The level design is by Exschwasion, with tutorial tracks contributed by Riya. Test your skills with a variety of track shapes in this high-energy, high-tempo battle.

Two New Track Styles: Neon Light and Gems
Undo and Redo: Use Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y to undo and redo your changes in the editor

Happy New Year! This also happens to mark one whole year of free updates, we hope you’ve been enjoying everything we've added so far. We have more updates planned for 2020, so be ready for some very challenging levels in the future. We’ll also be adding a few more level editor features along with them.

Also...don’t forget that you can find other players’ custom levels by joining our Discord server: http://discord.gg/rhythmdr

Thank you all for your support! We hope you enjoy the new world and the new editor features. We’ve seen some very, very impressive custom levels on Youtube and we love watching them. We look forward to adding more new features and levels in the future!
World 9, 'Classic Pursuit', has been added! The song is by the musician cYsmix, and the level design is by Aratonati. Test your skills with tight corners while escaping an alien invasion!
New level editor features:
New custom background options: Now you can make custom backgrounds loop, or even have a parallax effect! Set backgrounds to tiled for funky repeating patterns, or set them to unscaled and set the size of the background yourself, allowing you to make sprawling landscapes that you can explore throughout your level!
Camera settings: Now you can set the camera at the very start of the level! Want a cinematic angle right off the bat for your favorite action movie song? Well go ahead and make it a reality!
Color and animate track events: The Change Track event has been replaced with two new events: Color Track and Animate Track. You’ll be able to do the same things you’ve always been able to do with the original Change Track event, but now you don’t have to worry about managing a single gargantuan event each time!
New track color options: Now you can add a pulse effect to animated track color types (glow, etc.), letting you make cool waves of color that move throughout your level. Speaking of animated track color types, there’s now a few more you can play around with; Blink and Switch color types will give you plenty to experiment with! Tip: Set pulse length to 2 for a fun disco pattern!
Recolor track event: Introducing Recolor Track! This will allow you to change the color - and even the style - of a section of track, right in the middle of your level! Now you can do cool effects, like changing the color of the whole track to fit the mood at different points in a song, among other things. See what cool things you can come up with!
Set filter event: Introducing Set Filter! This lets you add all kinds of cool filters to your level. Make the game look like it’s on an old 80’s TV, or like it’s on an arcade machine, or add some rain, or even make it look like a pencil drawing! You can even add several filters at once! VHS recording in a blizzard? Yep!
Hall of mirrors events: Introducing Hall of Mirrors! Have you ever won Windows Solitaire? Well add a little of that fun card-snake magic to your level! It might look a bit weird on its own, but try combining it with background flashes, or even some filters!
Shortcuts panel: Don’t know how to use the fancy keyboard shortcuts needed to use some of the editor’s features? Just press ctrl + H - or click “Help” in the file actions panel, to get a handy little panel telling you all the shortcuts you’ll need to know. Now you’re creating with power!
Improvements and bug fixes:
Editor: fixed possible desync when starting in the middle of a level (thanks Nichipe!)
Editor: starting in the middle of a level with large offset no longer adds an extra long delay before starting
Midnight Train can keep up with the planets during Speed Trials

Hello! We're back with a whole new world added to the game, plus new features and tweaks to the level editor. Now that we're done porting the game to iOS and Android, development is progressing on the additional worlds that we're adding for free. Enjoy!

World 7, 'Spin 2 Win', by guest musician Cadence Hira, has been added! This world tests your ability with new rhythms by changing the direction of your orbit while moving around tight corners. Good luck!

Minor bug fixes and adjustments
Future
We are continuing to work on new worlds that explore new track shapes, as well as working on small additions and changes for the Level Editor. We're a small team, so we appreciate your patience. We will have a new world for you to play later this summer. Thank you for playing! And thank you again for the very kind Steam reviews.
You can play hundreds of custom levels created by other players by downloading them from our Discord.
Hello! It's been a little while, but we've been pretty busy working on new versions and features for the game. First of all, the game now has a level editor! We know there's been a lot of requests for the ability to make your own custom levels of any song you want, so now you can.
Aside from that, you can now find the game on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store! The iPhone and Android versions have been adjusted to match the art of the Steam version. Have fun!
Version 1.1.3 Patch Notes
We've implemented a few changes and tweaks to the game, mostly for optimization. Here's a list of them:
Features:
Custom Level Editor: You can now upload a .mp3 or .ogg file and create your own level for it. You can find the editor by moving to the left on the Level Select menu. We wanted to create a simple and intuitive system, so you can create the shape of the track really quickly using your keyboard. Saving your level will save it as a .adofai file, which you can share with friends. We look forward to seeing what people can do with our game mechanics!
Play Custom Levels: If you'd like to play a custom level that someone else has made, download their .adofai file along with the audio file in the same folder, and then open the .adofai file using the in-game Custom Level Editor. Now you can play it yourself!
Changes:
Visual changes: We've remastered and re-optimized some of our visual assets. Most of the changes are small, but they're most notable in the level 1-X.
Adjusted audio issue on level 4-1.
Bugfixes:
Minor bug fixes and adjustments.
Future
Due to the expanded scope of the game, especially supporting the Level Editor and playable custom levels, we are increasing the price on Steam to be $3.99 USD. We feel that this is a better match for the size of the game. The change will occur on Friday, May 10th. You can still get the game this week, before then, at the old price. Thank you for understanding!
Now that we've finished these graphics remasters and released the level editor, we can focus on working on free additional levels. We've got a few ideas in mind, so thank you for your patience as we finish the levels! And thanks again for all the very kind Steam reviews, it means a lot to us.
We will update you on here and on our Twitter/Discord when the first additional world is added to the game. You can also hang out with the 2000+ members of our Discord, and see what levels they've come up with using the Custom Level Editor. And if you encounter any bugs, let us know!
Welcome both our new and old friends, happy Easter festival!
So finally, Clocker major update is ready now, with a limited-time sale up to 30% off!
I’ve already been overwhelmed by your feedback I’ve received from the players' community, we've added many in-game hints to help to solve the puzzles much easily! There's also a new mini-game to get the clues.
So when is the best time to add Clocker to your steam library? RIGHT NOW!
Hello! It's been about two weeks since launch now. Thank you so much for all the purchases, suggestions and reviews of the game! We read all of them and they make our day. Especially appreciate your time in leaving a review, we know it takes time to write but it keeps the game alive enough for us to keep working on new levels for you.

Soundtrack
We've just released our soundtrack! It includes the 7 main tracks of the game. It also includes a few bonus things, including a thank-you, a set of "tips and tricks" maps (think of it as borrowing a Strategy Guide from your neighbor), and a little secret hidden within the files.
Also available on Bandcamp for streaming or purchase.
Misc
To fellow music theory people: here's a breakdown we wrote of the rhythm theory behind the game. https://redd.it/amh7wz
Are you a musician? If you're interested in making a unique level for the game for money, please get in touch via this email: fizzd at 7thbe.at! We're looking for levels that explore different shapes than what's already in the game.
Future
Level Editor! New levels! We aim to release a new update at the end of each month, whether its a new level or level editor prototypes. We'll confirm them when we can. New level when 30% of you beat the game just kidding The best places to follow us for updates are either on Twitter or our Discord! Our Discord server includes over 1,500 active members and is a great place to hang out and discuss our two rhythm games. Plus you can brag about beating Pulse.
A Dance of Fire and Ice is a simple one-button rhythm game.
Press on every beat of the music to move in a line.
Every pattern has its own rhythm to it. It can get difficult. This game is purely based on rhythm, so use your ears more than your sight.
Note that it is quite strict and unforgiving, so please play the online version here if you're not sure if this is for you! If you've played the Rhythm Heaven series - this is about as strict as that.
Explore the cosmos: Soar through each genre of music in a variety of colorful fantasy landscapes.
Predict every moment: With a track that shows you every rhythm ahead of time, you’ll learn to sight-read levels as they come. No tricks, and nothing is reaction-based.
Play new levels for free: Tackle new songs and new rhythms as we expand the game with free level patches over the coming months.
Calibrate your experience: Manually adjust your calibration on-the-fly, or use our auto-calibration method. The game is precisely timed, and you won’t experience any slow desync over time like you might with other music-based twitch games. (We’re musicians and off-sync games hurt us.)
