Eureka! This may be one of our biggest quality of life improvements yet! Programming the cross-platform play system has been no easy task, but we did it!



We want Cells players to have full control where they want to play. To get started, you'll need an email account to connect your Android or IOS device with your Steam game.

*PLEASE NOTE: This system acts as a save transfer and does NOT auto back up. You must manually upload your save to your cloud account, and then download it to the other device. Your Steam backup will still be in place.

I Can't find "Game Transfer" on my Phone??
This feature might not be available on your phone right away. We are currently rolling this out on phones so if you do not see the "Game Transfer" button you do not have the latest update. It will be there in a few days.



Mesozoic Mania is going strong! People have been voting away for their favorite dinosaurs, and we're gearing up for the big finale! Get ready to see the big winner crowned in the garden, as well as given a special Evolutionary Trait card!



OTHER FEATURES INCLUDE:
- The T-Rex cutscene has been fully optimized with re-recorded audio and a fixed wireframe.
- More IAP options have been added. Thank you to everyone who supports the game through Darwinium! Buying cubes goes directly to further development of Cells.
- Fixed International Space Station + 100 Information Ages bug.
- Background music lowered (we don't want to make your ears bleed).
- Ammonites trait card description now relates to Fossil Tap instead of All Dinosaurs.
- Select icons updated in the main tree.
- The Mesozoic Mania Warm Climate card no longer displays the card count and now states Prestige.

HOTFIX (5_70)
- Frame rate cap back in. Normal mode is 60 fps and low battery is 30fps.

Hi Cellular Cadets,

We are rolling out a new patch. The big feature is cross platform transfer. For a while players have been requesting the ability to transfer there steam game to their phones and vice versa. This was no simple feature as it required a bit of complicated server programming, but we did it!

At the moment you can create an account on your steam game, unfortunately you'll have to join one of the phone beta to also access that feature on your phone, so it's a bit complicated to test at the moment. 

Here are directions to join the public beta on Steam or your mobile Cells.


List of all the changes in update 5.62

1.-Game Transfer:
-Create an Account and upload your game data to the cloud.
-Try to Recover your game data back from the cloud and if you are playing in another device try log in with you account info and download the data from the cloud.
-If you are playing in another language besides english, Please check if there is any missing text on any dialogue boxes.
-If you are playing on STEAM, please make sure that when typing your account information, you do not trigger any dev hotkeys. (If this happens, please let me know)

2.-Universe Reboots
-If you can, please perform at least 2 reboots and check if you are able to track your metabits countdown. Recently we fixed an issue where the metabits weren't properly shown on the Simulation Statistics

3.-International Space Station: This used to auto buy the moment you bough 100 Information Ages.

4.-Background Music:
-Recently we lowered the music volume on android by 20%. Is still too loud? Please let us know.
