Update 0.0.26, which will be released on Patreon this month and on retail stores (including both Steam and Itch.io) on July, focuses on Rita, as many of you already know.
One of the main events featured in the update is the "Shooting". You might remember that the cute, shy Rita went down a path of transgression and lust when she discovered a sexual world that was always behind her grasp. Until she met you, of course!
Rita started to wonder if there was something different in having sex with people that weren't her ex-boyfriend Luke or the Doctor himself, so she began to move into "the life", getting more and more interested about cuckoldry and her role as a "sweet girl".
This time Rita met a famous photographer at her icecream shop and when he asked her to be his model for a shooting she immediately accepted, bringing you with her. Watch and choose how events will play in this situation and watch her being pleased in front of you by a stranger, or leave them be and argue with her later to try and bring her back to a safer relationship.
As with every other part of the game, your choice will matter AND determine the outcome of your relationship with Rita in 0.0.26.

The latest part of the 2nd Anniversary Celebration is the release of the game's Original Soundtrack as a separate DLC for the game.
There are 11 tracks in MP3 format, composed by indie musician Ann Sharova specifically for this game.

The picture above shows another concept art for the game which never went through the final product. The Doctor was made for a whole new character model, using Daz3d's brand new (for the time) Genesis 3 and making Rita a bit different. While The Doctor was very handsome I reverted to Genesis 2 eventually because there was no way to fit a Doctor's coat over a Gen3 character. A year later the Doctor's model was revamped with a newer Genesis 8 character, allowing for animations and for an higher definition character.

This picture shows a very early draft of the game, maybe the very first picture I made for the game which of course didn't get into any part of it.
You can see a very rough quality, and the Doctor wasn't wearing his coat. He even didn't have any beard, but its iconic hair were already in place! Also, that patient looked very pretty and sexy, and she was the first concept art for Rita, but she never made it into the game either and her character model was later re-used for Nurse Thompson character a few updates later.
The clinic was there, at least the main examination room. This picture is dated 13/05/2017, and development of the game progressed A LOT thanks to an oustanding fanbase which built around this Visual Novel.

Everything started in May 2017, the game was unlike what you are looking at today, I wasn't a full time developer yet and my wife was pregnant with my firstborn.

As I already posted before, one of the most rewarding experiences of this job is to read and listen to the players' feedback about the game.
This feedback is most of the time very useful as it points out elements of the game which just simply don't work, or others that can be improved and also some that are a complete mess!
Many feedback revolved around the User Interface for actions throughout the game, stating that it was difficult to understand, ugly and... well a complete mess! Of course, the game is still in Alpha and Early Access, therefore fans usually agree that many elements of the game are temporary and just "work" right now, but as the final release approaches week after week I'm finalizing temporary elements as well!
That said, I'm introducing you the new user interface for the game, probably the ultimate one before release hits the shelves.
The upper bar features new colored icons for the stats, preferences, codex, cell phone interaction, relationship status and a "report a bug" button (in alpha/beta releases only).
The font for the time and date has been made more readable, and so are the icons for the money, energy and the return button as well. Tooltips will appear below each button for an easier readability too!
The newly introduced staff management screen will be replaced with this version, with "Section" names that will highlight in the section-specific color (in this screenshot it's read for the midwives), while the user interface has been cleaned and made more understandable. Also, the money you actually own are clearly displayed in the top right corner.
Finally the examination screen. This has been completely overhauled. Buttons that will allow to undress the patient have been outlined to stand at attention. Icons for advanced examinations have been replaced by a tidy set of buttons similar to those used in every game's menu.
Finally, a mannequin (male and female) has been added to the right portion of the screen to choose which area of the body to examine. Since one of the most annoying and reported bugs was about icon placement as different body types have different coordinated within the screen, the mannequin will show icons in the very same position, regardless of the patient, and are usually a better way to show informations.
Always remember that you can hide all game's interfaces by pressing the "H" button on the keyboard if you wish to look at an image without any element to cover it.
This changes will be published in the game between 0.0.26 and 0.0.28, I hope you'll enjoy them.
One of the most requested features is the ability to improve the skills of your staff members, because many times they fail at the most simple task just because of bad luck or inexperience on their part.
Starting with 0.0.25 we are going to introduce a new way to manage your staff members. This management screen (which is a work in progress since it will be improved as well), will allow you to choose which course your personnel will follow and who will be asked to go there.
You can choose a single staff member or ask a whole department to attend. While taking a course you won't benefit from your staff members' presence of course, and the number of turns in which they are staying away is displayed on the Daily Report Screen.
Improving your staff skills will also increase their weekly wage of 250$ for each point given. Of course staff who already got the maximum skill points won't take any lecture and can't be sent to improve their skills.
Every different course's costs will vary depending on the skill, so plan ahead carefully who you're sending and where, because budget is always tight and you can't do everything.

General Practitioner's 2nd birthday is coming in two weeks and we're on our way to bring you a Beta in a few months, with the full game be polished and released by the end of the year.
While The Coroner Saga is also on its way to launch and another cool Visual Novel will be announced in a few weeks on Kickstarter, we're also thinking about the future of this game as well, because its full release won't mean the game being abandoned! On the contrary, we are already planning to add exciting new features such as new events, scenes and medical scenes!
One of the most asked features of the game are animations (which are being added update after update for the sex scenes) and some of you also asked for a "VR mode".
That said, take a look at the above video to see what we're working on (the overall quality reflects our VERY EARLY stage of development for this).
We're going to feature animations in most of the game's situations (dialogues, medical exams, interviews, examinations) AND we're also working on a "General Practitioner VR", which will allow you to interact with patients more or less like it's possible on such games as "Summer Lessons" which some of you might've played.
VR compatibility and animations is no small feat though and it would be almost impossible to achieve by an "one-man indie studio" such as mine, so we added two different goals on our Patreon Page that, if reached, will allow us to deliver you one of the most different VR experiences available on the market (yeah, I'm quite confident about this!)

After a long thought I decided to discontinue my discord server starting in a few days. The reason behind it is very simple in fact: I don't regularly check it as I check the forums, the posts around the web and the email inbox, which I check on a daily basis.
Instead that providing a disservice to my fan community just because "everyone"'s got a Discord server it's pretty useless, and people who contact me on Discord do expect to get replies from me, which are very scarce to say the least.
I find the whole Discord app confusing when having to wrap up bugs, suggestions or even mere feedback about the game, and that reflects on the quality of service I try to provide as well.
But worry not: there are plenty of ways to contact me, the most simple being the Steam Forums or directly by mail at development[at]brunimultimedia.com, where I usually reply every day to who contacts me. ;)

The long-awaited update nicknamed "Colleagues, Lovers" will be shipped in a few weeks while crowdfunders on Patreon will be able to play it a few days earlier.
This update will focus on Erika's romance, with brand-new events and situations involving our favourite nurse! It also features three new medical exams which are a little different from what you're familiar with in terms of both situations and gameplay (at least for the "Story" event).
New animations have been added to sexual situations, some of which are new on their own. The update is about three hours long in gameplay and I'm sure you'll like all the situations and high-definition pictures it brings along!
Lacey's examination, which you can see in the picture above, has been written and requested by one of our Patreon crowdfunders, a 30$ patron with the "Character request" reward of my page!
