A new season on the horizon means that new units will soon be marching over it, and you could have a part to play in helping to identify one of them!
Our latest competition is an exciting one, as we’re giving you the chance to contribute to the background lore of Conqueror’s Blade by not only naming but fully writing the in-game description for one of the game's next batch of units!
There are some obvious restrictions in terms of length and from where to draw inspiration, but if we like what we read of your suggestions your creation will soon be in the game for all to see!
We request that you consider all the rules of entry (below) before entering, and be sure to post your suggestions before 15:00 CEST (12am PDT) on Thursday, April 2nd. We will be announcing the winner and profiling the new unit in great depth shortly afterwards. Once the unit is accessible in-game, the winner will be fully credited.
Good luck!
The rules of lore:
Unit names must not exceed 20 characters - the shorter the better.
The unit description should not exceed 350 characters in length.
Unit names and descriptions can only include characters of the Latin alphabet and associated accents. Numerals, most punctuation marks and special characters should not be used.
Unit names and descriptions should be consistent with one another, as well as with other units and themes planned for Season III, which include Pavise Crossbowmen, Fortebraccio Pikemen and Condottieri Guards.
Entries can be in any supported language (FR/DE/ES/RU) but all entries must include English translation of the unit name (subject to the same 20-length character restriction as above).
Entries must be made to the official Conqueror’s Blade Facebook page.
Only one entry will be considered per person.
Usual community rules apply: No offensive, racist, or obscene names or descriptions will be considered.
Suggested names should not refer to real or known places, events, internet memes or intellectual properties.
All entries will be judged by the MY.GAMES team in close collaboration with Booming Games.
We reserve the right to edit or amend the winning entry, or to replace it at any point in the future.
From today (March 25) until Wednesday, April 1, we’re looking to reward teams that can collect the most points in a single siege battle. The idea is simple, join up with four other players, and if after any siege battle you’ve amassed a high number of points (as calculated below), you and your buddies could win Sovereigns and Premium Account time.
The three highest team scores submitted in the week up to April 1st (regardless of the server) will win for each member the following:
1st place: 1100 Sovereigns and 30-days Premium for each member
2nd place: 525 Sovereigns and 30-days Premium for each member
3rd place: 525 Sovereigns for each member
Scores are calculated to include:
10 points per hero kill
3 points per hero kill assist
1 point per unit kill
5 points per 100k damage dealt
3 points per 100k damage received
Rules:
To be considered, each team leader must submit screenshots of each team member’s post-battle screens (including Player Stats, Player stats in the Team Stats and Unit graph) - a total of 15 screenshots. Screenshots must be unedited and full screen.
Screens should be posted with the team name by the team leader to theShow Us Your Skill Discord in the #skillevent channel. They are four channels to post screens - one for players from each server.
Players can only represent one team. If a player appears in more than one team, they all will be disqualified.
Teams can improve their score and post entries until the event ends on April 1st. (Make sure you put the same team name with your screenshots).
Efforts to boost scores (like having friends suiciding on you to raise numbers) are forbidden and could lead to disqualification.
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team that does not adhere to the rules or the spirit of the competition.
Be aware that the points system and rules of entry are subject to change. Any adjustments will be communicated in the event Discord channel.
For more information about this event, you can contact the host on Discord at FauxCheur#3249, or just ask in the #help channel of the event Discord.
The three teams leading the event and their scores will be updated throughout the week in the above Discord channel.
Please be aware that from 9:00 CET on Wesneday 25th (1:00 AM PDT), the Conqueror’s Blade servers will be inaccessible. The downtime is expected to last for 5 hours.
Please refer to the Patch Notes for documented changes. Meanwhile, stay tuned to our Discord channel in case of any immediate server updates.

Formed in the primordial soup of pre-seasonal Conqueror’s Blade, Heretics have recently started to rise up from the melee of Season II to become a cornerstone of the NA’s IronEmpire alliance. We recently tracked down founder and leader Odinn, as he was out and about looking for new members to join the cause.
How did you find out about Conqueror’s Blade?
A member of our Reavers group (from other games) sent me a link and I pre-ordered the Conqueror’s Pack right after. This is the game I wanted for so long, a non-tab targeting, MMO RPG RTS. This is one of the few games where group tactics, training, and quality over quantity can truly shine.
Why did you decide to set up a house?
I have run many groups in different games but I didn’t originally set forth with the plan to start up a house. After being an officer in another house, after persistent calls to "just go start your own house so we can leave" from people, we formed Heretics: We played till the end of pre-season, returning again for this season (Season II).
What do you think makes Heretics different?
We focus on our community being close-knit and more like a family. It’s very common for the leadership to message members to ask how they're doing. Members aren't just numbers to us, they are brothers and sisters forged through bloodshed. Even if it's virtual bloodshed!
This house was founded by Pagan leadership, so we have a very low tolerance for bigotry and culture hate. We play on many different games, still holding our loyalty to the Heretic name. We also have open rooms in our Discord for people not even in our house to group and play with us.
How have you met your goals?
Our goal was to build a force that many would respect with a core of loyal warriors and I would say we’ve met that goal. We have multiple members that have been with us for the entirety of Conquerors blade. We have an extremely loyal group of warriors. As for respect, most of the enemies we have fought seemed to respect our group. We always try to keep battle friendly, often congratulating enemy leaders for their victories, or, if we beat them, ensuring they leave with a positive attitude. For us, the glory is the battle. We want other houses to thrive just as well as we do.
What has been the most difficult or rewarding aspects of managing a house?
Managing anything is an extremely time-consuming process. Even a video game group takes time and commitment for it to grow. For me, the most rewarding thing has been the loyalty and care of our members. I’m amazed that I (and Heretics as a group) has had so much support for so long.
In the long term, what does the house hope to achieve?
To continue growing our group and for Heretics to be a name known throughout various gaming communities.
What’s your favourite class in the game?
Poleaxe - it’s the closest weapon class to something a Beserker would wield.
What is your favourite unit to compliment it?
Men-at-arms is my favorite unit and has been since Pre-season. They may not be the best, but with skill and correct use, they always bring satisfaction.
Who are your most trusted warlords?
We have so many trusted warriors in our group. The most notable to bring up would be my co-leaders/Underlordsm, namely Helots and Aloki. If not for Helots returning this season, I would not have had the drive to push our house back to where it is now. Meanwhile, Aloki has been such a positive force for the Heretics to keep pushing on.
Respect must be paid to "El Presidente" SoulKeeper who is no longer with us in CB - if not for his badgering, I would have never have formed Heretics.
If someone wanted to join your house or start a dialogue towards trade or a pact, what should they do?
Join our Discord and contact Helots, Aloki or me (Odinn)
Are there other houses that you admire (friend or foe)?
When we left at the end of pre-season we sent our warriors who wished to stay in the game to the banner of Chaos. While our leadership was away, they lead our warlords to victory, and always showed them great respect and regard.
As for our foes, ChaseGrunt of PrimalMark recently showed us a lot of respect. Even when we were burning each other’s land, we still ended up wishing each other well.
Many thanks to Odinn for answering our questions. If you know of a house that is deserving of similar recognition that we should profile in the future article, please make your nomination via our Discord channel.

In the wake of this week's climactic Territory Wars event, a number of issues came to our attention that, after some investigation, we narrowed down to the following areas of Seasonal gameplay:
Earning Glory in battles
Levelling up Battle Pass
Using Khan’s Edict
Completing Weekly Challenges
Completing Attire Challenges
We have already applied a hotfix to all servers, but as a result of the above being especially pronounced for those playing on EU West 1, we have returned the Season's Campaign stage to 4. This means that final Territory Wars battle for the Conqueror's City - on EU West 1 only - will be rerun on Saturday 21st March.
In addition, we’ve had to temporarily disable the “Get” icon on the Campaign screen across all servers. This will be reactivated after EU West 1 completes Campaign Stage 4 this weekend, after which all players will be rewarded in line with their House’s campaign efforts.
The above issues were related to the decision to extend Season 2 to April 2nd. This was necessary to offer some respite to Booming Games, which continues to work under restrictions imposed to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, we are aware that many players who are now similarly impacted were unduly affected by the above issues, for which we apologise and will ensure do not reoccur.
When the Conqueror’s City is occupied, the influence on Nobility titles will be calculated separately. If control of the Conqueror’s City is lost, the control and influence will be cleared and reset after the weekly calculations instead of instantly as it does now.
Battle Lines visuals have been optimised. They will display differently depending on who is in each line. Blue is friendly, red is hostile.
Expanded the silver bonus pool in the Conqueror's City and the Gates.
As the dust settles from a devastating siege battle, a mysterious cache of Sovereigns has been discovered! With warlords from across the land seeking to lay claim to this glorious treasure, it only seems right that everyone has an equal shot at the prize...
Simply purchase Sovereigns during the Pool of Sovereigns event to enjoy an additional 50% bonus! The bonus Sovereigns come from a pool of 1,000,000 Sovereigns, and the offer is only available until the counter runs down to zero. Once the pool runs dry, the sale is over!
Event Details
Top-up your Sovereigns via the link below, and receive an additional 50% Sovereigns on top of your initial purchase.
Bonus Sovereigns will be taken from a special pool containing 1,000,000 Sovereigns, represented by a counter on the top-up page.
Once the counter reaches 0, the event will end.
If the Sovereign pool is not fully depleted by March 22nd at 15:00 CET, the event will end.
Sovereigns can be used to purchase hero and unit attire (cosmetic skins which have no impact on gameplay), and to invest in additional consumables or convenience items via the in-game Store.
If you’re looking to fill up your Sovereign reserves, don’t miss out on this exclusive, limited-time offer!
