The Demonic War Update is coming this summer and of course, all warriors need to prepare for any battle. The intel we’ve gathered for you below contains classified information and serves as a sneak peek into Demonic War and what it will bring.

 


 

Evil never sleeps! Imperial scouts report an imminent attack of monsters from the City of the Demon Gods. Gather up to 10 allies to fight the formidable generals striking terror into the hearts of all in the empire.

 


 

Space and time are terrifying things, made more apparent with the new challenges to be found in the new Elements of Life dungeon, which will be available for players level 69 and above. Brave the floors of elements alone or explore in a group of five.

 


 

Get ready for new adventures! You can now gain additional characteristics with the improved Soul Grid. Visit the guild dungeon to get materials to upgrade soul crystals.

 



 

Treat yourself to a morale boost in the form of a new wardrobe filled with stylish outfits from the most renowned tailors in all the empire! There will be new cosmetic collections containing new apparel, accessories, mounts, and wings. Any spare outfits can be stored in a special wardrobe with a fitting function at any time. Battles shall also be even more dazzling thanks to a technological breakthrough, allowing you to change the animation of your general and special skills.

Get special rewards when you participate in the Guardian of the Skies Promotion, from now until May 3, 2021 (05:00 server time)! Soar stylishly through the skies in special cosmetics like the Skyborne Harmony Wings and Skyfeather Fashion, just by spending Aurum. The more you spend, the more rewards you earn.
 
For every set of rewards you receive, you’ll receive one guaranteed reward along with a choice of two extra rewards! Not got enough Aurum? No problem! You can top up your Aurum and start riding the wings of victory.



 
To choose your items, head to the in-game store and select the ‘Guardians of the Skies’ icon. Once you have chosen your rewards, they will be automatically sent to your in-game mail.
 
IMPORTANT: Only Aurum that is spent in the in-game store will be eligible for rewards, regardless of whether you exchanged the Aurum or purchased it on the website. Gifts also count towards the promotion.

Are you ready to rumble? Enter the Colosseum IX between now and January 6 at 23:00 CET for your shot at immortal glory and rewards that can’t be found anywhere else. There are rewards just for entering, but to the victors go the ultimate spoils…
 
Join any of the active PvP Battlefields (press ‘H’ to access the PvP interface in-game), duke it out with other players to rack up points, and climb the leaderboard toward all-new prizes. Achieve a spot in the top 100 players to receive the Seal of Strength (Back Accessory), twin swords that are a mark of honor among Nuanor’s greatest champions.



If you’re aiming even higher, landing in the top 10 will earn you the honorable ‘Fearsome Tyrant’ title!



Please note that Legends of Nuanor kills and assists will NOT provide you with any points in the Colosseum IX.

Claim up to 25 gifts from MY.GAMES Market between now and December 31, and get your Daily Quests from the bear Sir Hugs-a-Lot (requires participation and victory in Gift Rumble). The Moonlight Prince can be found in Sulan until January 18, 2021 at 09:00 Server Time when your Golden Leaves will also expire, so you’ve got plenty of time to unlock awesome rewards!
 

Transform into a Bear or a Gremlin for a holiday showdown! Collect as many presents as you can as the Bear, or steal them away as a pesky Gremlin. The more presents a Gremlin steals, the more points they earn, while Bears can maximize their points by taking out particularly troublesome Gremlins.



You can access Gift Rumble until January 4, 2021 at 09:00 Server Time by pressing 'H', selecting the Battlefield PvP tab, and clicking ‘Gift Rumble'.

Put your Yeti skills to the test by slaying enemy players! Play as Peeps or Fluffy and use three different attacks – Quick Grab, Great Haste, and Sweet Cudgel – to grab other players, boost your speed, and dish out damage with your candy cane. You can earn two points per enemy slain, and the first team to reach 50 points is the winner. Watch out for gold coins – throw your candy stick to grab them from the river to boost your fealty, which can be used to buy attribute boosts to increase your Yeti’s power.



There are three types of Attribute Boosts:

• Amulet of Good Health: Boosts your maximum health by 10%
• Amulet of Defense: Boosts your defense by 10%
• Amulet of Fury: Boosts your attack by 5%

 
There are nine different achievements to earn in Yeti Battle (check them by pressing ‘Y’, clicking ‘Battle’, then ‘Yeti Battle’. Attain them all to receive the ‘Go with the Flow’ player title!



You can access Yeti Battle until January 4, 2021 at 09:00 Server Time by pressing 'H', selecting the Battlefield PvP tab, and clicking ‘Yeti Battle.

We’re back with another round of updates from MY.GAMES and NetEase! We’ve prepared solutions to a few known issues, and we’re actively investigating other ongoing issues. If you have any questions or need further assistance with anything featured in this article, please consult our support hub or contact the MY.GAMES support team.


With help from NetEase, whose players were also affected by issues with the 120 Step quest, we have finally found a resolution to this bug. If you contact our support team, we can find the quest after it disappears from your log, reset your progress, and remove it from your log. You will then be able to pick it up again and continue as normal. If you encounter the bug again, don’t hesitate to contact our support team so we can assist you again.


We are happy to announce that we have been able to locate some specific cases of missing items from players’ Battle Companions. We are working on ways to return them and will keep you updated.


As we mentioned before, we are always looking to add improvements and changes to the Colosseum event. However, these will not be ready in time for the arrival of the next Colosseum. You will see new rewards in the ninth iteration, and we will continue to keep you posted on any updates or changes to the rules we plan to make.


Unfortunately, we are still experiencing issues with this feature. When we first tried to launch it, EU players were able to see the NA Auction House, and vice versa. This should not be the case, and it comes with several risks if we were to launch it in this state, including but not limited to loss of aurum, loss of items, and other potentially large-scale bugs and issues. We are working together with NetEase to resolve these issues, and will share more news as we receive it.



We are aware that the Voras event planned on Wednesdays does not start as planned. We have shared all relevant information with NetEase, who is currently looking into the issue and will share more information after further investigation.


We are aware that the Auction that appears after certain events currently isn’t appearing as it should. NetEase is aware of these issues, and we will share more information as we have it.


Throughout September, we implemented server upgrades in an effort to combat issues with lag faced by some players. We didn’t initially announce this so we could study the impact rather than presenting it as a fix-all solution. Subsequently, we received player reports that indicate the issue has not been remedied. Our IT specialists believe that this is a coding issue rather than an issue with server hardware. NetEase have gathered relevant details and are currently investigating these issues.


We have investigated the possibility of returning Aurum on Steam to its unbound state. However, the reports we received still show we cannot do this in an immediate manner. We are now looking into the implementation of a verification method which will allow Steam players to purchase unbound Aurum without limit. Stay tuned for further developments.


We are aware that the Weapon Skin merchant was giving players incorrect items. This will be resolved in an upcoming patch. For players who received Orange Grade weapons that have not yet been given out in a Colosseum event, these items will be removed from your characters.


The scrap item vendor will return in an upcoming patch, it was removed in error in a previous patch, but other issues took precedence over this.


Over the previous weekend, Darkfall and Tidewater suffered unexpected downtime that led to some issues. We will issue compensation to Darkfall users for Territory War and Starshatter Rumble, and we will issue compensation to Tidewater users who were not able to claim their Fishing Event rewards.

You can earn rewards just for enlisting, but if you want to get the best by being the best (those in the Top 100 will each receive the Gilded Emperor Floating Accessory and the Top 10 can look forward to Bloodforged Weapon Skins), you’re going to have to battle hard and fight smart.
