We’re back with another round of updates from MY.GAMES and NetEase! We’ve prepared solutions to a few known issues, and we’re actively investigating other ongoing issues. If you have any questions or need further assistance with anything featured in this article, please consult our support hub or contact the MY.GAMES support team.


With help from NetEase, whose players were also affected by issues with the 120 Step quest, we have finally found a resolution to this bug. If you contact our support team, we can find the quest after it disappears from your log, reset your progress, and remove it from your log. You will then be able to pick it up again and continue as normal. If you encounter the bug again, don’t hesitate to contact our support team so we can assist you again.


We are happy to announce that we have been able to locate some specific cases of missing items from players’ Battle Companions. We are working on ways to return them and will keep you updated.


As we mentioned before, we are always looking to add improvements and changes to the Colosseum event. However, these will not be ready in time for the arrival of the next Colosseum. You will see new rewards in the ninth iteration, and we will continue to keep you posted on any updates or changes to the rules we plan to make.


Unfortunately, we are still experiencing issues with this feature. When we first tried to launch it, EU players were able to see the NA Auction House, and vice versa. This should not be the case, and it comes with several risks if we were to launch it in this state, including but not limited to loss of aurum, loss of items, and other potentially large-scale bugs and issues. We are working together with NetEase to resolve these issues, and will share more news as we receive it.



We are aware that the Voras event planned on Wednesdays does not start as planned. We have shared all relevant information with NetEase, who is currently looking into the issue and will share more information after further investigation.


We are aware that the Auction that appears after certain events currently isn’t appearing as it should. NetEase is aware of these issues, and we will share more information as we have it.


Throughout September, we implemented server upgrades in an effort to combat issues with lag faced by some players. We didn’t initially announce this so we could study the impact rather than presenting it as a fix-all solution. Subsequently, we received player reports that indicate the issue has not been remedied. Our IT specialists believe that this is a coding issue rather than an issue with server hardware. NetEase have gathered relevant details and are currently investigating these issues.


We have investigated the possibility of returning Aurum on Steam to its unbound state. However, the reports we received still show we cannot do this in an immediate manner. We are now looking into the implementation of a verification method which will allow Steam players to purchase unbound Aurum without limit. Stay tuned for further developments.


We are aware that the Weapon Skin merchant was giving players incorrect items. This will be resolved in an upcoming patch. For players who received Orange Grade weapons that have not yet been given out in a Colosseum event, these items will be removed from your characters.


The scrap item vendor will return in an upcoming patch, it was removed in error in a previous patch, but other issues took precedence over this.


Over the previous weekend, Darkfall and Tidewater suffered unexpected downtime that led to some issues. We will issue compensation to Darkfall users for Territory War and Starshatter Rumble, and we will issue compensation to Tidewater users who were not able to claim their Fishing Event rewards.

To get involved in Colosseum VIII, join any of the active PvP Battlefields (press ‘H’ in-game) between now and June 1, 23:00 CEST (02:00 a.m. PDT) and the more points you amass from winning, the higher up the leaderboard you’ll end up. You can earn rewards just for enlisting, but if you want to get the best by being the best (those in the Top 100 will each receive the Gilded Emperor Floating Accessory and the Top 10 can look forward to Bloodforged Weapon Skins), you’re going to have to battle hard and fight smart.



Please note that Legends of Nuanor's kills and assists do NOT provide you with any points in this Colosseum.

Play at home, stand united!

The Gates to Voras, the Skyfeather Kingdom are closed, the Demonslayers of Ausgyth must work together to open the sealed gates that confines us!
 
Upon the launch of the Skyward World update, players from each server will need to work together by collecting Skyfeather Crystal Fragments which drop from the Temple of the Twelve Dungeon. Once players have collected some Skyfeather Crystal Fragments, they should head to Mira Armstrong at the Skyfeather Camp of Eltmere Ravine and hand them over to her to help progress the seal break.



Upon gathering a good amount of Skyfeather Crystal Fragments, the Imperial Society will be able to break the seal, and a Zodiac will announce his descent to Ausgyth. Zodiacs will only descend to Ausgyth at 19:00 CET on Saturdays, and if the Zodiac is not defeated, they will return the following Saturday. The Zodiacs will appear in an order, cycling through from the Rat all the way up until the Pig, once they have all been defeated, the gates will open, and players will be able to ascend to Voras.
 

Skyfeather Crystal Fragments are dropped from the Temple of the Twelve dungeon. Based on the hall’s difficulty, you will receive a different amount of Skyfeather Crystal Fragments:

• Front Hall: 1 to 4 Skyfeather Crystal Fragments
• Center Hall: 3 to 5 Skyfeather Crystal Fragments
• Rear Hall: 6 to 8 Skyfeather Crystal Fragments

The average players who does every hall each week will receive a minimum of 40 Fragments.
 
Collect Fragments and submit them to Mira Armstrong to directly obtain a series of rewards!
 

• Synergy Horns
• Big Synergy Horn Pack (Contains 300 Synergy Horns)
• Common Battle Companion Scroll I (Astera, Calia, Qorian, Hyphaean Princess, Mantou, etc.)
• Rare Battle Companion Scroll I (Ren, Yue Zhang)

Even when the seal has been broken, Mira Armstrong will still gladly accept your Skyfeather Crystal Fragments and reward you for doing so. Don’t hesitate to turn them in!
 

With sufficient Skyfeather Crystal Fragments, a Zodiac will descend upon Ausgyth. Players must work together to defeat the Zodiac, once the Zodiac has been defeated, players will be rewarded based on their ranking. (Slayer mode and Battle Companions will not function in this area).



Players will be ranked according to their level, class, and based on the amount of fealty they earned during the event. The top 20 ranked players can get ranking rewards. You must damage the Zodiac or heal your allies to obtain fealty.

Caution: It is recommended to keep the Zodiac in place, as going out of range will despawn it for a short period of time! Although the respawned zodiac will keep its depleted HP status as before, players need to attack the Zodiac once again to be eligible for rewards.
 
The top player of each Zodiac slain in the server Fealty Rankings will each obtain a unique permanent title:

• Astuteness of the First
• Resilience of the Second
• Righteousness of the Third
• Loyalty of the Fourth
• Judgement of the Fifth
• Tranquility of the Sixth
• Devotion of the Eighth
• Vivaciousness of the Ninth
• Discernment of the Tenth
• Prudence of the Eleventh
• Innocence of the Twelfth

They will also have an exclusive statue of their character erected in the Skyfeather Camp!



Ausgythians, let us work together and break the seal of the Zodiacs, Voras awaits us!

The Dark Progenitor has infected the Disciplinary Officers of Ausgyth, Empyrean Cabal needs your help. Twice a week, he enlists his Imperial Wargames challenge and sets bounties on tainted Disciplinary Officers for Guilds to offer up their strength in battling against the Dark Progenitors powers.



The Empyrean Cabal will list out the tainted Disciplinary Officer of Sidus Ur, Vincent Zao, as the first bounty target, then another random tainted Disciplinary Officer after 5 minutes! The guild who first damages, last hits or are ranked Top 5 in damage against the listed Disciplinary Officer will earn Guild Auction rewards, as well as Guild Acclaim based on damage rankings!



Participation Requirements:
You need to meet the following requirements to take part in this event:

• Be a Member of a Guild
• Be level 20 or above.

 
Participation Method:
Open the Ausgyth World Map at 22:00 (server time) on Wednesdays and Fridays and look for bounty tickets on the map, head to the location of the bounty and start attacking the tainted disciplinary officers!


 
Areas the corrupted Disciplinary Officers can appear:

• Entrance to Sidus Ur
• Sidus Ur
• Mech Citadel
• Misty Hollow
• Stonefall pond

 
Please note: In areas which are protected by Disciplinary Officers, once the Imperial Wargames start and the Disciplinary Officers become corrupted, the areas are no longer protected. This means that players who are in Slayer mode will be able to hurt you without any punishment.
Guild members who strike the First Attack and strike the Killing Blow will appear in the Damage Rankings and will receive a large amount of damage contributions upon their actions.
 
Player’s damage to the Disciplinary Officer will accumulate the Damage Contribution according to each damage value, and the guild’s damage contribution is equal to the sum of all members’ contributions when attacking a single Disciplinary Officer.
 
Damage statistics will be accurate to 0.01%. If the damage contribution of two guilds are the same, the guild that enters the list first will be ranked higher.
 
Tips:

• Disciplinary Officer’s defense will gradually decrease over time, and can only receive 1,000,000 damage on every hit received.
• The defeated Disciplinary Officer will be refreshed at 01:00 AM (server time) on the next day.

The Empyrean Cabal of the Nine Heavens who once blessed the Officers have noticed the player's efforts. Players will receive the following Achievements.
  
Guild Fealty and Guild Auctions are awarded based on Top 5 Damage Rankings, the first guild that attacks the Disciplinary Officers and the guild that strikes the Killing Blow.

• First Attack Basic Reward
  o Guild auctions are guaranteed to yield Advanced Synergy Horn, Panacea, Battler's Aquavit, Skill Hex, Heartlink Stone, Ausgyth Gift Box, normal Battle Companion Skill Keys.
• First Attack Surprise Reward
  o Guild auctions may yield guild apparel, Advanced PVP Marks, Royal Ink, Rare Treatise on Cultivation, Book of Enchantments items, Advanced Battle Companion Skill Keys.
• Damage Ranking Basic Reward
  o Guild auctions are guaranteed to yield Advanced Synergy Horn, Panacea, Battler's Aquavit, Holy Spirit Scroll, Heartlink Stone, Ausgyth Gift Box, normal Battle Companion Skill Keys.
• Damage Ranking Surprise Reward
  o Guild auctions may yield guild mounts, Advanced PVP Marks, Royal Ink, Book of Enchantments items, Advanced Battle Companion Skill Keys and Ultimate Battle Companion Skill Keys.
• Killing Blow Basic Reward
  o Guild auctions are guaranteed to yield Advanced Synergy Horn, Panacea, Battler's Aquavit, Skill Hex, Heartlink Stone, Ausgyth Gift Box and Normal Battle Companion Skill Keys.
• Killing Blow Surprise Reward
  o Guild auctions may yield guild apparel, Advanced PVP Marks, Royal Ink, Book of Enchantments items, Ultimate Rune [Box], and Advanced Battle Companion Skill Keys.

 
The Top 10 guilds in the Disciplinary Officer damage rankings will receive massive amount of Guild Acclaim dependent on their rank:

• 1st place Guild Acclaim Reward
  o The no.1 guild in the Disciplinary Officer damage rankings will receive 96 Guild Acclaim.
• 2nd-3rd place Guild Acclaim Reward
  o The no.2 - no.3 guilds in the Disciplinary Officer damage rankings will receive 64 and 48 Guild Acclaim, respectively.
• 4th-10th place Guild Acclaim Reward
  o The no.4 - no.10 guilds in the Disciplinary Officer damage rankings will receive 32 Guild Acclaim.

 
The top 5 guilds that defeat the Chief Disciplinary Officer will receive additional guild rewards.
Players who participated in the event will receive a Personal Participation reward as long as they attacked the Disciplinary Officer. (Maximum of 1 reward per day)
 

• A guild must have a minimum of 5 participants on each Disciplinary Officer to be eligible for Guild Acclaim and Guild Auction rewards.
• All guild members who participated in the event will still receive a Participation Reward.
• The first Disciplinary Officer will be spawned at Sidus Ur, then another Disciplinary Officer will spawn in a random location after every 5 minutes for twice. (The Disciplinary Officer’s position will be marked on the map)
• Rewards for guilds that deal the First Attack and guilds that strike the Killing Blow are doubled on Fridays! All players around the Disciplinary Officer will also be forced to turn on slayer!.

 

• The player who strikes the First Attack will receive the title “Killer of Darkness” for 1 day, as well as providing a chance to yield Noble Shallow, Rare Skill Cultivation Books, Advanced Skill Key Chest etc. to their respective Guild Auction.
• The player that dealt the Killing Blow will receive the title “Fatal Blade” for 1 day,as well as providing a chance to yield Snow Gentry, Ultimate Rune Box, Advanced Skill Key Chest etc. to their respective Guild Auction.
   
  Players without a guild will not be eligible for the leaderboard, and therefore will also not receive any of the above rewards.
