Hi all, here's what we've been busy with the last few weeks - Patch 33 is now live with a bunch of improvements and small features.

Features and content
- Added Swedish translations of infectious diseases
- Updated Italian translations
- Optimized floor rendering, possibly a 2-3% overall CPU performance improvement
- Added scrolling indicators to all tables
- Added an icon over portrait to easily distinguish patients from events
- Added more dress code colors
- Added tooltips for notification setting in options that show the whole text of each notification

Fixes
- Implemented release of a part of hospitalization doctors for need filling even from on call rooms of departments with critical patients
- Implemented cancellation of collapses already triggered and waiting for something while all critical symptoms have been treated in the meantime
- Fixed disabled diagnoses shown on the list when running with 'no hints in diagnostics' manifesting as some diagnoses shown twice
- Fixed ambiguous patients sent home counted as untreated twice
- Fixed a few typos in Czech translation
- Fixed planned lab tests cancelling after any department switch (code was from the ancient times before individual lab department)
- Fixed page panel for walls shown unnecessarily even if all walls fit in the panel
- Fixed overflow of insurance reward texts in insurance management
- Fixed thorax surgery requiring overqualified staff
- Tweaked big printer use offset so characters do not go outside when printer is placed next to a wall
- Fixed a couple of symptoms possibly causing collapses that were not counted as critical
- Fixed a few treatments not automatically cancelled when the patient got transferred to ICU
- Fixed dead patients not deleting from pathologist's card when sent to funeral services
- [TRAUMATOLOGY] Fixed opthalmoscopy's broken description with traumatology installed

Traumatology Department is ready to save lives of the most severely injured patients! This expansion of Project Hospital brings 35 new diagnoses, helicopters, new equipment and events.

Most critical cases will now arrive in a helicopter, new equipment includes wheelchairs for transport of patients with lighter wounds, special equipment and new decorations.
The DLC also introduces new graphics and animations for injured patients, including visible wounds, you'll see patients leaving with bandages or walking with crutches. Note: wounds can be hidden in options using the 'Show blood' checkbox.

New challenging events focused on the department let you deal with the consequences of different disasters, accidents or crime.

We also took this opportunity and smuggled in a few fixes and one little improvement ;-).

- Fixed broken buttons in building catalogue if the first thing you do in the game is click ambulances, then click prefabs
- Fixed dress code colors not switched immediately for employees at home or commuting
- Fixed order of prefab rooms of DLC departments not matching other departments

Hi all, while the release of the Department of Infectious Diseases DLC went surprisingly smoothly, we still found and fixed a few minor issues plus a few more reported on Steam and on the official forum.

Here are the release notes:

Changes
- [DID] Changed outbreak popup heading to mention outbreak instead of 'daily news'
- [DID] The new chartboard object can now be used by doctors when doing differential diagnosis
- [DID] Switched biohazard areas marked by the player to work as accessible to patients to allow 'biohazard waiting rooms' etc.
- [DID] Implemented same rules for patients with only infectious possible diagnoses as for patients with an infectious final diagnosis

- [DID] Enabled object reservation in blue rooms overridden by a biohazard zone by the player, was causing examinations not starting at ICU and isolation not accepting patients

- Fixed technologists only earning skill points when giving results to patients (so not when running tests for hospitalized patients), added a new tweakable
- Fixed patients triggering reception examination while the receptionists were still walking back to reception, causing weird behavior
- Fixed problem with game load when an already deleted character is still in history (list of portraits in character card)
- Fixed a rare case of patients activating a collapse symptom when already on their way to a doctor at the clinic, causing a confusing popup about unavailable treatment
- Fixed a rare case of patient stuck trying to start a wrong hospitalization after selecting a different one in their card
- Fixed switching to game mode or management by clicking the main buttons not cancelling object or area move action in building mode
- Fixed green send home icon sometimes still shown for collapsing patients
- Fixed unnecessary cleanup of all planned procedures when switching to controlled doctor and the patient is already controlled (so the procedures were already planned by the player most likely)
- Fixed events unlocked in some sandbox levels
- Fixed a few En texts in Cz translation (regression in patch 30)
- Fixed broken formatting causing a weird text with xml tags shown for the broken room message in Potruguese
- (Everybody's favorite category) [CAMERA ROTATION] Fixed tiles cleaned by janitors not immediately updated in other camera orientation than the default one

Project Hospital - Department of Infectious Diseases contains 65 different diagnoses and comes with all the specialized equipment needed to treat them. Transfer your patients to an isolation ward and make sure you prevent a potential outbreak. You can control in which areas of the hospital your staff will need to wear masks and infectious patients will be even transported on special stretchers.

New events focused on the department bring some extra challenge, for example a big wave of COVID-19 patients. The DLC also comes with more content including a new ambulance and a new sandbox level.

Hi all, as we're approaching the release of the Department of Infectious Diseases DLC, here's one more patch with a few fixes.

Changes
- Finalized support for features coming in the Department of Infectious Diseases DLC
- Added specific state description in technologist's card for taking samples from a patient or giving back results
- Reduced the rate of how quickly dirt accumulates in the hospital, it's now also a tweakable

Fixes
- Fixed some role buttons in employee card not working in a couple cases after switching specializations, for example surgery to anesthesiology
- Fixed popup with no treatment showing problem with main treatment of the diagnosis even if the problem is with a treatment of a critical side symptom
- Fixed a few cases of wrong bed reservation not correctly showing patient portraits above their beds
- Fixed unnecessary transport between trauma beds in collapse script
- Fixed internal medicine with missing outpatient staff not causing its icon on main panel to blink
- Fixed a few cases of lying patients clipping through stretchers or CT/MRI
- Fixed ambulances overshooting parking entrance at highest game speed and very low frame rates
- Fixed black screen shown instead of main menu after accidentally setting UI scale to less than the minimum value
Project Hospital - Oxymoron Games
Hi everybody, a new patch is out with mostly smaller improvements and fixes, but there's one change we should give you more details about - a system for handling incompatible mods we introduce with this version.

We've noticed that there are a few mods that are still widely installed, but haven't been updated in a very long time and are causing problems, typically untreatable patients at Internal Medicine. We can now mark these as incompatible not only on the workshop, but also directly in game, so they won't get loaded and you'll see a warning in main menu. This shouldn't be causing any problems with loading saved games, also there should be alternatives for most of the affected mods already available on the workshop.

If you're an author of one of the mods, please get in touch, we'll be happy to give you all the info about
what needs to be updated, so we can re-enable the mod.

Moreover, the list is accessible in the Twakables.xml file, so if you really love one of these mods and don't mind the side effects, it's possible to re-activate it there (TWEAKABLE_INCOMPATIBLE_WORKSHOP_MODS).

Changes
- Rolled back Unity version for Mac and Linux back to 2018.2.7f1 to hopefully fix a regression with text rendered in bold for certain languages, Windows version needs to stay on 2018.2.17f1 because of Citrix, but we'll also try to put a build with the previous version on a new branch (bold-text-fix).
- Implemented mod compatibility system
- Implemented re-roll of available doctors to ensure getting some interns for hire after getting the 'great interns' reward
- Implemented sending patients to hospitalization from waiting rooms
- Implemented prioritized selection of technologists in the same room if a patient has just finished an examination at radiology
- Blocked building foundations over parking road, allowed only certain surface types, fixed visualization not colored red
- Added ingame 10 min delay to lab procedures before they can be selected by technologists so equipment cabinets with samples can't get reserved by technologists between multiple samplings of one patient
- Increased maximum manual UI scale for 4k resolution by ~25%
- Allowed diagnosed patients to choose a new doctor when waiting (not always returning to the doctor who diagnosed them)
- Disabled counting of planned only rooms in department workload statistics and daily workload statistics
- Implemented opening of matching departments surgery table for ICU patients

- Fixed technologist easily stolen by another patient if their patient has more examinations scheduled that the can perform

- Fixed interview after lunch teleporting doctors because of accessing use component with other object still reserved
- Fixed switching janitor's workspaces interrupting them during needs and free time without actually cancelling the script
- Fixed surgery table always showing surgery for the diagnosis even if the patient is waiting for another surgery of a symptom
- Hotfixed objects reserved by employees at home (also for janitors, was already in place for other professions)
- Fixed undo not correctly working for all prefab rooms
