Hi, we've added basic categories and tags to Project Hospital workshop, so you can mark your content as either scenarios (and further as empty or equipped) or mods.
The tags are already set for the existing items, please just check that everything matches. And if you have any suggestions how to categorize the content further, let us know! :)
Hi all, we're happy and relieved to see that the release of 1.1 went smoothly, but there were still a few issues we wanted to address as soon as possible, especially the problem with language selection not loaded correctly on startup. So, thanks for all the feedback and bug reports, here's a small patch to address the recent issues.

This update contains roughly four months of work, already in production during the last two patches - because of the nature of the new features and content it made sense to test and balance everything together. Hi all, while we're working on some bigger UI improvements (we'll be soon sending new texts to translators so we can get everything ready in as many languages as possible), we're of course also paying attention to the reported issues, so here are a few fixes as usually.
