Hello Chasers

It's been a long time coming but we are finally here with some exciting news for the future of KurtzPel.

We have been hard at work to bring you a content update that would be impactful and meaningful to KurtzPel and we are finally here to tell you all about it.


New PVE Dungeons
We are changing the way you play PVE in KurtzPel with the all new PVE dungeons. You will go through sections of a dungeon and fight countless monsters along the way before fighting the boss at the end.


PVE Character Progression & PVE Equipment
Your character will now level up from gaining EXP from PVE dungeons and you will also receive PVE equipment from clearing dungeons or completing quests. PVE equipment will have different item grades with stats so you'll be able to optimize the perfect gear for your playstyle. Lastly, these new PVE equipment will not affect PVP in any way shape or form so you won't have to worry about feeling like you are forced to play either PVP or PVE.


PVE Combat Mechanic Change
The combat mechanic and system in PVP will remain untouched but in order to make the PVE experience more fun and exciting, we are making some changes to how some of them work in PVE.
• Movement will no longer cost Stamina (Dash & Evade)
• Blazing Fist can now grab multiple enemies at once
• Karma Switching attack will not have any cooldown
• Chase Attack can now hit multiple targets (Lift up multiple enemies at once)
• Cooldown on skills will be decreased


Potion System
Potions will be added to PVE. These potions will only work in PVE and can restore HP and MP. This will increase the amount of skill you can use during combat without feeling helpless once your HP or MP runs out.

Resurrection System
You will now be able to resurrect not only yourself but your allies using your resurrection stones. This is also a PVE only feature.

Quest System
We are adding a Quest System to share the lore and story of KurtzPel to our fellow Chasers. The quest system will not only serve as a mean to expand the story of KurtzPel but also to work as a guide for players to continue their PVE progression. There will also be helpful items provided as a reward for completing certain quests.


Story
You can now discover the story of KurtzPel by playing through the new PVE dungeons. As you clear more dungeons, you will find more about the dungeons and the region they are in.


We will also work on the following for the future:
• Challenging PVE Content
• Continued update of dungeons & Karma
• Continued update of Character and Equipment growth
• New PVP Modes
• Updates that impact the stale PVP meta

1. Special Supply Box Ticket
- During the Event Period, stay connected for 30 min to receive 1 'Special Supply Box Ticket' each day

2. Spirit of Karma
- During the Event Period, play PVP and PVE to receive 'Spirit of Karma' at chance
- PVP: Win a match to have 50% chance at acquiring a Spirit of Karma (AI, Custom, Tournament and Survival Excluded)
- PVE: Clear a mission to have 30% chance at acquiring a Spirit of Karma
- Spirit of Karma: Receive 1 Spirit at random from below


3. Advanced Supply Box Synthesis
- You can Synthesize the following items during the Event Period


※ When the event is over on 2020-11-18, all Event Synthesis Material items will be removed during the maintenance
※ When the event is over on 2020-11-18, all Karma Supply Boxes will become inactive and won't be able to be used. You will only be able to sell these items for CP

• Fixed the error where Kunai’s Demon Blade Unleashed rage skill’s RMB would restore endurance
