- Made a little change to sword fighting: Small enemies now get thrown back by all of your hits, giving it a more smashy, satisfying feeling
- Made the red sword have autofire (hold attack button for 10+ beats per second)

Some more features and little adjustments to the sword changes from V1.3

- Added Depth of Field toggle button in video menu (option doesn't save yet after closing the game)
- Lowers sword cooldown of old savegames to new default value (from 1s to 0.125s)
- Added 2 more sword damage upgrades (one in Red Town shop, one in a new chest hidden nearby)
- Added 5 more coins in Red Town
- Fixed shot buttons being magnetic; can't float them up anymore now

- Major change on how the sword works: can now swing it much faster (8 times per second) but can't keep button held anymore and it does by default only 2 damage. Replaced swing speed upgrades with damage increasing ones. Damage upgrades reduced values. This should make early game fighting a lot cooler
- Removed player movement acceleration - this might help a lot of people with motion sickness? Please try and tell me what you think!
- Removed aggressive depth of field effects during tutorial and in red town
- Added failsafe that chests can't kick you through the ground while opening them
- Fixed "100%" display having a rounding error
- Added new logo to menu and credits
- Fixed chinese translation missing a few lines
- Removed flags from Chinese language selection - there seems to be some political argument over what flags to use and people voted down the game because they thought I was trying to make a political statement - which I am certainly not.
- Fixed being able to get out of Carrot Town without Strength upgrade
- Changed exit of Carrot Town in order to teach player how pixel brick destruction ability of strength
- Changed NPC in Carrot town to give you an additional hint towards the strength upgrade
- Added another NPC in Carrot town telling you about the pickaxe use
- Added NPC in facility secret telling you that you might be missing an ability
- NPC near the stomp upgrade with hints about jumppads now only spawns after you get the stomp
- Made some glass sheets less transparent because some didn't see them well enough
- Fixed being able to skip the puzzle before entering the purple crystal pit
- Updated pretty much translations and added new font files to avoid missing characters
- Made yellow force field puzzle before facility easier to understand
- Added additional NPC hint during endboss puzzle regarding player color
- Made shells in Red Crystal area better visible
- Fixed fake solution to the crate pushing puzzle after escaping the purple crystal pit
- Reduced size of steel bars covering the last golden barrel
- Added a button on the other side of that door that leads to the onslaught game incase someone gets locked in there
- Pipes now make a beep sound when you open them
- Fixed a couple of saving problems where you could screw up your savegame by closing the game at very unlikely small moments
- Added new Supraland Logo to menu and credits
- Backup savegames happen less often now
- Fixed holy gun upgrades giving you the holy sword achievement
- Fixed music in Red Crystal Tower region not playing constantly
- Fixed checkpoint not being saved after endcredits
- Fixed being able to start credits sequence multiple times at once
- Fixed being able to reset to last checkpoint during cutscenes

Supraland 2
I am making plans for Supraland 2 and I want to work with some people because some parts of the game never got as much love and attention by me as others, but they should.
- I need someone who can create and animate characters (in Supralands style) very well and is generally skilled in UE4
- I want someone to take care of designing enemy behaviours, creating interesting combat and so on (and you need to be good in UE4 of course).

- Reduced sword movement while running
- Achievements will now carry over from the demo to the full game
- Reworked the music system, this makes sure music doesn't stop playing so often
- Added backup-save system. It creates a backup savegame about every 15 minutes, just incase you get into a situation that breaks your game.
- The Force-Beam delay to delete it is a little longer when using a gamepad because the trigger buttons take longer to press
- Fixed some out-of-bounds problems
- Changed the way the red battery is hidden
- Added 2 subtle hints for the facility puzzles
- Small translation updates
- Added little visual hint at "push crate with beam" puzzle at the purple crystal
- Added a few carrot-town signs
- Made yellow-chamber-ball puzzle behind locker room a littler clearer
- Supraballs now have yellow trails (instead of red)
- Fixed Suprastar door not having collision
- Jumppads now make a sound on activation which helps understand some puzzles better
- Added new music after robbery sequence
- Added a hint-npc in the stomp-cube puzzles telling you if you have what you need or not
- Fixed slomo effect in carrot town staying forever under certain circumstances
- Made some glass planes less see through because some people didn't see them
- Added a new pixel brick in the frontyard of blueville
- Lots of small improvements and changes

- Fixed being able to get into Blueville too early and get stuck there (only applies for newly started savegames; old ones might still allow it -> don't enter Blueville before you have the Force Beam!)
- Added stomp button on other side of green shortcut pipe in desert 2 region
- Made Gravejumps stronger next to pencil
- Fixed 3 yellow rings misplaced in glas tower (in front of facility)
- Removed metal pots in Supraball Loser house (because you would like to use them as conductor but they are just decoration)
- Fixed that stones, keycards and carrots receive decals
- Prevent door saving problem if you close the game while the door is opening
- Rearranged items in Blueville Store
- Made button on cactus a bit higher so you can't reach it from the bottom
- Added an NPC with a hint in the "yellow cabin" behind the locker room
- Made stromp chest be golden
- Fixed Pipe handle stomp being unreliable
- Fixed at that same pipe that you can look through the meshes
- Made timing in 166-star puzzle easier
- Preventing fake solution in last puzzle before endboss
- Added an additional button on the other side of the door that leads to the Buckle-Chest because someone got in through the roof and got stuck
- Fixed 2 carrots in blueville not being eatable
- Made light of your buckle be less bright
- Added missing space in text of the shell-guy
- Fixed being able to glitch through steel bars in Red Town with translocator
- Fixed being able to get to Supraball Pitch too early and breaking the game
- Now preventing player movement while playing Warum Warum again
- Should have fixed progress showing 100% even though you are not finished because of rounding error (please let me know if it's ok now or not)
- Fixed being able to use a red moon with an already filled slot and then losing your moon
- I added the achievements to the demo version - if they will carry over to the full version, I don't know and I can't really test it. If someone figures this out, please let me know!
- A few small improvements

Hotfix 1.1b
- Fixed collision of round yellow ball button thingies - I screwed up their collision in the previous update


More changes are coming soon. I just wanted to get this one out there asap because of the BlueVille locking bug ruining the game for too many people.

Finally release day!



I'm so thankful for all of you guys who supported Supraland so much during the past 14 months of early access. You showed me so many bugs, abuses, fake solutions and stuff. Without you I wouldn't have been able to polish everything so much! And you have given me so much motivation to go on. If you just developed something for so long without anyone seeing it, you'd really become miserable and lose the will to go on.

I will probably do some more little updates, but really just when necessary. Console releases are also still an option; we'll see.

Beyond that, the ideas for Supraland 2 keep piling up in my head and I seriously can't wait to start!

Some more polishing work!

- Fixed that the gun projectile would get stuck at the prison bars
- Prison bars now get translucent when you get close to them so it's easier to see the 2nd fire instructions
- Prevent jumping during Force Cube tutorial, so you realise you don't need to jump to make it spawn under you
- Translocator can now be also colored by your gun projectile
- Put a translocator into blue guy's hands for when he runs away from you
- Made flies move to the object they are attracted to instead of snapping them
- Removed electricity thing from onslaught
- Fixed that you could get into the little house next to the supraball pitch without using a combo
- Lowered ground in front of endboss coloring machine to not allow putting things on the Cube to color them
- Translocator ball always glows now when you hold it in your hand
- Fixed mom now pointing at the castle gate when she asks you to open it to avoid confusion
- Fixed tutorial labels respawning after loading the game after the tutorial is finished
