On the 5th of December, it will finally be possible to delve into the mysteries of this uncanny clock-world in Japanese as well as in Swedish. So whether you find yourself in the chilly, northern parts of Scandinavia or in the eastern islands of Asia, get ready for an intense co-op experience with your friends and loved ones.
Tick Tock: A Tale for Two will also be released on the Nintendo Switch on the very same date, so get ready for even more cross-play options!

While it may be too scary to do so on your own, bringing a friend along not only helps the courage a bit, it also makes it more fun! We have some exciting news! Tick Tock: A Tale for Two has been selected as a nominee alongside a bunch of other amazing games for the international IndieCade Festival which celebrates independent games from all over the world. It takes place on October 10-12 in Santa Monica, California, so if you plan on going we invite you to come and find us at the beachy West Coast for some exciting adventures!
We’ve added a Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil) version of the game, just in time for summer in our part of the world 🌸 We hope you’ll enjoy this update!

Besides implementing and testing the two new languages we’ve also:
Fixed a few shader issues in the Mac version
Tweaked some animations
Corrected a spelling mistake in the Danish version
Optimized the game more
We’ll get back to working on some more languages now, have an amazing Steam Summer 🙌
We are so excited that we have added Chinese as one of our in game languages and are so happy that our Chinese speaking players can delve into Tick Tock and experience the game in their native language 😍 Thank you for letting us know about some inaccuracies in the language format, we have now updated everything and hope that the game runs smooth for all our Chinese players 🤞 We are hoping to add more languages very soon. A brand new language UI to make room for some cool upcoming languages that are currently being tested
More reactive UI interactions
Fixed a bug where collectable items would remain after being used/not show up properly in the UI
Fixed a bug when entering a building and the back button wouldn’t show up
Fixed a bug where exiting and entering a room would delete some sprites
Optimizing the game to prevent any remaining crashes - mostly dealing with memory issues here
Fixed text formatting errors that occurred in certain translations
Reworked Simplified Chinese translation + added Chinese logo of the game
Small changes to German translation to fit the style
Just finished testing and translating Tick Tock: A Tale for Two in Simplified Chinese...
And French!
Just change the language in the settings in the main menu ⚙️
And until the 17th of March you can still buy one game and get one for free to send to your friend here on Steam 🎁 As you're all in different time zones that day might come earlier or later. The 2-for-1 pack is called the Supporter Pack so if you see that name when you buy the game you made it in time, otherwise we hope you'll want to join the adventure anyway 😁
The mobile version of the game is waiting for approval - so should be live soon too.
This new update should also fix the crashes some of you were experiencing.
