The 2.0.9.6 update will allow players to take part in the secret tests of the Blohm und Voss BV.203, the experimental German Tier VIII heavy fighter, and the unique equipment for this and other aircraft.

BV.203 — a typical representative of the Blohm und Voss's non-standard approach to aircraft design.

It is equipped with a hybrid power unit:

Two piston-type engines provide decent thrust when cruising, and two jet engines guarantee great acceleration when boosting. The combination of a pair of large-caliber guns and four large-caliber machine guns guarantee high firepower at all fire rates and the ability to destroy almost any target in one pass.

To add the Blohm und Voss BV.203 to your Hangar, you need to execute the special Secret Trials operation. You can purchase this operation in the Supply Service.

You may skip several operations or the whole chain of operations by purchasing certificates in the Premium Shop.

In addition, participation in the personal ratings will provide an opportunity to acquire the unique special projects of Germany — equipment developed by German engineers specifically for heavily-armed, high-speed aircraft.

It is suitable for all aircraft of the corresponding period and is distinguished by significantly higher characteristics than its standard counterparts.


Update 2.0.9.6 brings new in-game ratings.

By participating in battles and fulfilling the conditions for getting into the rating for each week, players will be located in one of five divisions and, on Wednesday, will receive prizes corresponding to their effectiveness — unique equipment, crews, and much more.

• Optimized the work of the game client with RAM and some graphic effects, which should increase performance on all graphics settings.
  
• Fixed a bug that caused a sharp increase in memory consumption by the game client when loading a battle while the game window was minimized to the desktop.
  
• Fixed a bug due to which the client would crash when quickly switching between aircraft in the Spectator mode.
  
• Fixed a bug due to which the total number of Personal Points earned did not match on the Battle Results screen and in the end of battle system notification.

• Tier VII-X aircraft from the British multirole fighter branch (Hawker Typhoon, Tempest, Sea Hawk, Hunter) are now available for research and purchase through the research tree.
  
• After the completion of the Operation Holiday Maneuvers Special, the Premium Hawker PV.3 fighter will no longer be displayed in the research tree.

• Removed the “Candy Raid” and “King of the Animals” achievements from the Profile-Memorabilia Hangar tab for players who did not receive them during the Operation Holiday Maneuvers Special.
