It has a been a long road, but here comes the final Guildmaster chapter. Thank you all for being with us until the last stitch!
We are now turning our eyes towards the finish line ... just wait and see.

CONTENT:

- The last mercenary joins the roster on this glorious day, this is of course the Sawbones.

- The Seventh and last chapter of your Guildmaster adventure with 4 new missions and a boss, the Winged Horror!

- To wrap things up properly, the more persistent guildmasters might also uncover a final boss mission and face the Dark Rider.

Another quick update to fix some issues and update some of the logging so we can track down some of the other issues. Will hopefully get another update out early next week but it will be in the Open Beta this weekend if anyone wants to try it out.

A chittering hooded figure is getting assaulted in broad daylight- it has become a common occurrence in these days. Sadly for the aggressors, this one fights back; well... bites back? You're not sure really.
As you're wondering about the proper nomenclature, the man starts screaming as he witnesses his flesh turning green then black, whilst his companions are drawing their weapons, unsure about what's happening.
As soon as you move in to help the assailed, two other men drop dead on the floor, several black arrows piercing their back. As a tall character emerges from the shadows, the remaining assailants start running away from their certain doom. But can they really outrun this one?

GATHER AROUND TO WELCOME THE NEWCOMERS!

Your steps have led you to the gates of the city. You have just heard the news: two newcomers are looking to join the fight. Will you succeed in recruiting them for your own guild?

Esteemed guildmasters, let me introduce you to the (Squid Face) Plagueherald.
Harrower Plagueheralds are a small sect of Harrowers who are one of the main reasons the entire species is in disrepute among polite Gloomhaven society.
Either misguided or ignorant of other races’ physiology, Plague Heralds believe that the spread of disease throughout a society will strengthen it and propel it towards great things.
“Harrower” is only the name given to this race in the common tongue, as the name in their own language of chitters and hisses cannot be easily translated. A single Harrower, as typically seen by other races, is actually a swarm of thousands of insects who have merged their intelligence to form a hive mind capable of highly sophisticated thought.
They are a squishy ranged character, and thus you will want to avoid putting yourself in a position to take hits. They specialize in reducing the effectiveness of enemies or putting debuffs on enemies that will make your allies’ attacks more effective through the use of Curse and Poison.
But be wary of allying with a Plagueherald, fellow adventurers, as their ability to spread decay and death across both sides of a battlefield is a terrifying thing to behold.


Let me keep you around a little longer as yet another mercenary has arrived in town.
Meet the (Angry Face) Doomstalker!
Though most Orchids live a life of meditation, there is a sect who believes that enlightenment should be achieved through hard work and not getting lost in thought for years on end. Because of its beliefs, the sect fled Orchid society across the Misty Sea to build farms and raise livestock in the wilds around Gloomhaven. The wilds are still dangerous, however, and the Orchid class of Doomstalkers is tasked with keeping these modest settlements safe.
The calm mind of the Orchid makes the Doomstalker an excellent bow hunter. He never misses a shot. The Doomstalker is a medium-hp, giant hand-size ranged damage-dealer. And ranged damage-dealer he is, as he can inflict some really high damage from quite far away. His Doom mechanic also means that he has a unique rhythm to his playstyle that you will need to learn to master.

Known Issues:
-Sometimes at the end of a scenario it brings you to the results screen with no button.
-In Multiplayer, issue can occur after a character levels up - you can work around this by rejoining after leveling up.
-Joining mid-scenario can cause problems if there is a spawner in the scenario. A workaround is to ensure all players are present from round 1.

We are working on a patch for these issues asap.
