We have confirmed that the update for iOS, which was the major issue, is now available from the last night, 11 pm.
Also, we have checked the in-game disconnection and lagging issue during the emergency verification that we did yesterday and the server has stabilized now. However, please understand that there might be a temporary verification today. We will make an announcement if we happen to we carry out a verification.
Every player will be compensated for this issue, since we would like to make an apology for the inconvenience. The compensation will be:
■ A compensation for the in-game issue - 500 diamonds
■ Compensation period - November 2nd (Friday), 2018 ~ November 8th (Thursday), 12 am (Seoul/Tokyo time)
