As Smalland: Survive the Wilds continues to grow, we want to make the community aware that from Monday (31 July) the base price of the game will be rising by five dollars to $29.99.
This reflects the investment in new content that has been made since our early access launch in March, including two major content updates and ongoing quality of life improvements, and our commitment to producing even more high quality gameplay additions on the way to v1.0.
The game remains discounted as part of the Steam Weekend Deal until 6pm BST (10am PST/1pm EST) on 27 July and will still be available at $24.99 - or your regional equivalent - until Monday.

Known issues:
We are currently aware of some words and phrases not localized. We deeply apologize for this and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible
The creatures are getting stronger Vanguard, can you say the same for yourself?
With the new experience and attributes system, you can!
Whenever you kill, harvest, or complete a key story moment, you will be rewarded with experience points. Different creatures and resources will reward different amounts of experience.
In turn, this will give you points that can be spent in four areas;
Strength determines how much damage you deal
Dexterity increases movement speed
Constitution increases base health
Endurance increases base stamina
Player characters have a level cap of 100. You will not need to start a new character to take advantage of this. All existing characters will be designated Level 1 when the the Forbidden Monuments update goes live on Thursday.
More experienced players with more powerful gear and armour will naturally level up faster, so we anticipate all characters will quickly reach the level they would have been at had the levelling system been in place when they were first created.
Though these new levels and attributes aren't just for you! You can level up your tamed creatures to level 10 and increase their stats.
Creatures will spawn in the wild at different levels, so you might even want to search around using antenna mode to find a creature with a desirable baseline of stats before taming so you can get the tankiest or fastest creature you can!
Rest assured, we will be monitoring and refining this system to give you folks a fulfilling and balanced experience.
The Stinkbug may not be as threatening as a venomous arachnid or as icky as a squirming cockroach, but they're still unpleasant to deal with nonetheless.
As the name would imply, the stinkbug stinks, its main deterrent being the acrid secretions it blasts out. These clouds will linger, ticking away at your health and hanging stagnant in the air around the creature.
But fret not! You can harness that stench for yourself, in the palm of your little hands. Slay these creatures and you can fashion their glands into thowable bombs that poison foes with area of effect damage!
Stay tuned next week for another look at what's coming up in the Forbidden Monuments, as we take a deep dive into the new character and creature levelling system.
Few who venture into the Forbidden Monuments come out alive, and with good reason. This is the nesting place of the Blue Tit bird - a colourful creature you may have seen in your garden, but one that takes on a terrifying new aspect when you're a snack-sized Smallfolk!
This is the new apex predator of Smalland: Survive the Wilds. Watch out for its swooping attacks, devastating pecks and brutal area of effect slam.
This is definitely a top boss tier enemy - but unlike other boss creatures, this is one that can be tamed. And if you can tame it, can you fly on it? Yes, you can! Ride on its back and you'll gain fast 360-degree free roaming flight, completely changing how you navigate the Overland.
Don't expect such a reward to come easily though. You'll have to earn it. A creature of this power will not be swayed by something as simple as bait, No, someone spent months learning how to earn the trust of this feathered titan, so you'd better be ready to compensate them for their knowledge...
