Our team are back at work after a well-deserved break over the Christmas holidays. They are beavering away on a multitude of fixes and improvements for the topics which we have received from your good selves.
We appreciate all the feedback, good or bad, and are using that to enhance the game wherever we can. So even though we might not reply to everything, we read it all and log everything that needs working on.
Our focus for January is to eliminate the remaining major bugs, balance parts of the game, and adjust some areas of the overall experience. As you know, the game is enormous and complicated, and there are a few things that we'd not expected despite all our testing. Having so many new players has been an absolute honour, and reading your discussions and ideas is exciting.
So what can you expect in the coming weeks?
Early next week will see us deliver a big patch of fixes, with further drops regularly coming in thereafter.
Over time we will improve areas of the game identified as needing some extra loving - so prologue pacing, NPC depth/dialogue, task variety (item fetching replacements), crafting accessibility and QOL and much more.
The Tavern Update and Chapter 2 are also being worked on to prepare them for full production. We'll have more detail on when those will be ready in future messages.
