after the BIG Update and the skill names will be fixed soon through
next maintenance.

After next patch, some of skill stats will be modified as follows.
More details about Skill Renewal will be added on 07/12.

receive the 2 Fame to Faction.

On recent SOF Unity Event, there were quest error
which the quest item "Will of SOF " did not dropped
ingame.

Developers are currently working on this issue.

Dear SOF Community,

Sincere apologies for players having inconvenience
experience after the BIG Update.

We believe some of the players might have noticed
2 players have reached to level 150 via Character Ranking
on SOF website.

SOF have blocked the levels up to 140, however,
a bug regarding this "Level" issue has occurred for an unknown reason.

Hopefully, this issue will be fixed after the next maintenance.
Until then GMs will downgrade the players who reach highter than 140.

Much appreciate SOF players patience on bug issues.
We will do our best to fix soon!

The Enhanced ATK/DEF Event bug issue has been fixed.

As compensation for this bug issue, we would like to
extend the event period for one more week.

Change the period from 07/26 to 08/02

We would like to sincerely apologize for the late reply on ticket
lounge.

After the big update, we are receiving a large amount of ticket
regarding bug issues ingame and we are having difficulties
of replying the lounge ticket fast enough.

It really saddens us that some of players are not getting the
support fast enough due to late reply on ticket.

For now we are currently working hard in order to fix the bug
as soon as possible. However it could take some time for this
issues to be solved.

Therefore we would like to apologize for this situation and
appreciate your patient of waiting.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience after the

Client patch has been updated in order to fix :

1. Bug Fixed

- Button Delete : "Join House Honor" from NPC Fame Manager Kwan
will be deleted and players will be automatically
be participated to "Fame Ranking".

- Abyss Case.


2. Costume Block Issue

- Unfortunately, this issue can only be fixed by sending tickets via our lounge system. In order to unblock the costumes, please send us tickets if you're experiencinng this issue.

After the maintenance, we have found bug issues
related to "Costume block(Diao Chan)" and using
"Abyss Case" and now we are in the process of
investiagting these issues with developers.

Developers are trying their best in order to distinguish
the exact problem which causes the error.
