We would like to sincerely apologize for the late reply on ticket lounge.
After the big update, we are receiving a large amount of ticket regarding bug issues ingame and we are having difficulties of replying the lounge ticket fast enough.
It really saddens us that some of players are not getting the support fast enough due to late reply on ticket.
For now we are currently working hard in order to fix the bug as soon as possible. However it could take some time for this issues to be solved.
Therefore we would like to apologize for this situation and appreciate your patient of waiting.

2. Costume Block Issue
- Unfortunately, this issue can only be fixed by sending tickets via our lounge system. In order to unblock the costumes, please send us tickets if you're experiencinng this issue.
After the maintenance, we have found bug issues related to "Costume block(Diao Chan)" and using "Abyss Case" and now we are in the process of investiagting these issues with developers.
Developers are trying their best in order to distinguish the exact problem which causes the error.
Once we find the problem, we will notify players as soon as possible.
