New interactable buildings are added to Solar Systems. Outposts will be interactable without docking.
Outpost have Market / Bank / Repair services (Not added yet) / Trading interfaces. Players will no longer have to land in order to use the bank or sell the items they have.
New Ship Adjustments:
- Each ship model now has top tier ships. - Each ship model now has 2 top models: “Rare“ and “Very Rare” So a total of 23 new ships have been added to the game. - Ship stocks now differ from station to station. Not all ships are available for sale at every station. The ships that are purchased by the player are not restocked. Stocks vary dynamically.
Gameplay Adjustments:
- Most weapons and upgrades are now more balanced. - Higher difficulty adjustments are made making difficult settings more challenging. - AI is improved to adjust different levels of difficulties. Missions:
- Freeroaming quests are added to the game, and these missions are available through different planets and stations. - 13 new missions have been added to the game. 4 of them are chain, mini story based missions,. - The production interface has been improved in order to make it easier to use.
- New upgrades added for level 26 - 36 - Solar System map size increased by 50%. Now more events and missions will take place in same system - Enemy Armor and Shield bars has been improved. - The conversations with NPCs in the stations are improved. AI’s at the stations are now answering the questions according to the developments in the galaxy.
Note: This feature is still under development. They are only responding based on galaxy news and contracts at the LFP panel. In addition; AI can respond to the events that occur only after the patch, so it will take some time before this feature is activated in saved games.
The following bugs are fixed;
( reported by players as follows)
- Dialogue with Bartender get stuck when you try to get information, eventhough you do not have any bounty mission - The ships I purchased doesn’t appear in the hangar - When I dock to the Resistance Station after the Project Egi mission, the character is teleporting to the meeting table, but the next mission conversation doesn’t start. - The Lerisa mission (that should start in XK10 system) starts automatically when you enter any system belonging to Xziax. - I need to talk to Ukra when we first pass the resistence base, but the Ukra does not spawn on the map. - Missions do not progress when I'm using the StarGate perk with Path Finder ship - After landing on the planet surface of the planet Icury, I call the elevator to get back on board, but the elevator does not come. - When I enter Wormhole, I’m experiencing huge FPS drops - Game is crashing when entering the Core station ( We think we've fixed this bug, if the bug persists, please send the game log and the last save file to info@dbkgames.com ) - Some translation and visual bugs have been fixed.
• Interaction speed is too low when piloting Dart, • Ship doesn’t stop when approching the asteroids • Experts are not getting money for training. • After interacting with command console in Soma station, main menu does not open and camera contradictions become harder • The fees of mercenaries at Soma station continue to be paid after they die or left • Getting “Data Cores” from T3 anomalies • After gathering an anomaly the Misc Tool effect and sound don't stop until you jump out of system. • Players who experience crashes, please send the game logs and the last save file (or just MainSave99.sav) to info@dbkgames.com
- An-Thoter planet / anomaly research base - Miwei planet / Mining Facility - Weos planet / Wormholes Research Facility - Icury planet / Asteroid Research Facility
Now ; for gather an anamoly or an asteroid or for enter a wormhole, you first have to learn how to do it. For example, in order to gather gold ore, you must learn how to mine gold asteroids from asteroid research facilities.
Additionally, specialization on specific asteroids for more efficient mining has been added to the game. For example, you can specialize in plantumium asteroids to collect plantinium more effectively.
You can use the character interface to see your current expertise status.
Control improvements:
• Gamepad and Hotas keys have been revised. • 4 pre-set key combinations were added for hotas and gamepad. ( 3 for hotas , 1 for gamepad) Gamepad and hotas problems still exist in the use of some interfaces. (Note: We will work on that this week) • “Reset to default “key has been added to keybinding interface
The bugs reported below are fixed;
• Can't buy a new slot from the Galaxy bank station • The XTK-12 system does not appear on the galaxy map • Mission rewards interface does not fit on screen • Trader doesn’t spawn at C1 craft station. • Screen is stuttering when ship starts to change direction in auto mode. • Also some crashes have been fixed. • Some mission bugs fixed • Some visual and translation bugs fixed
- Can’t buy items from the market even though I have enough money - Raid summary interface stucking at screen when raid over or leaving the raid area - Bank tutorial interface stucking at screen - Detail interface doesn't show up at shops. - Contracts remains on LFP panel after completing or canceling - Cargo overweight isn't affecting gameplay when load a saved game - I'm getting unbalanced experience points when mining - All Scanner related bugs are fixed - Some translation bugs are fixed - Some visual bugs are fixed

New Features, Additions, developments and modifications:
ECONOMIC SYSTEM:
• New Feature: Dynamic Economic System; now there is a living / dynamic economic system in SpaceBourne. You can read the details of the new economic system in this guide.
• 18 new trade items added to the game • Trade convoys added. • Prices of all goods, ships and weapons are adjusted. • Tax system is added to trading. • Mission rewards are adjusted. • New Ship Type: Merchant Ships • 5 new merchant ships added to the game. • Hangars for merchant ships have been added. • New station section: Station Hangars • Now players can use hangars that they rent from the stations to stock trade items. Unlike the Galaxy Bank, the hangars are independent on each station. • New NPC class: Imperial Traders; these NPCs exchange trade items. Each station’s trader NPCs trade for the empire it is affiliated with.
SANDBOX GAME MODE:
• Alongside the main mission a sandbox game mode has been added to SpaceBourne. • 3 new main characters are added the game for the player to choose from. • 32 new side missions are added for the sandbox mode. • In the sandbox mode, many missions that are available in story mode can be completed freely.
BUILDING STATIONS AND AN ARMY:
• Players can now buy and develop their own station. • Players have 14 different station parts to add and develop the station they bought. • Players will be able to hire soldiers and pilots from their strategy center once it is installed. • These soldiers can be given orders such as defending the station or fighting alongside missions. • An internal economic system has been added for stations. Income is collected by renting parts of the station and collecting tax from the residents of the station.
New Maps and Solar Systems:
• New planet station: Core Station • New Galaxy Central Planet and Galaxy Central Station Core added which is open to all the races. • 24 new Solar Systems added • 2 new station map added
Other add-ons:
• New ship: “Chark” is now available in game • 2 new cockpits added • 26 new weapons added to the Level range 22 to 40 • 2 new contract types added • Added Holographic targeting HUD and 3D Radar to the cockpit • Added new panel for the trade ships in the ship market and a new section in the map to make trade ships more accessible • Added new calender system (YY/MM/DD) and Galaxy Calender • Added a new live info panel for the loot, experience points and social impacts
Improvements:
• Converted Star Map to interactive 3D model • Converted Galaxy Atlas to interactive 3D model • Converted Scanner interface to interactive 3D model • Trading interface is now improved and practical, as players can trade the goods in their bank and hangar without loading them to their cargo. • Diplomacy interface is improved and more functional now. • Loading is reduced by 40% during entering and leaving a station • Weapon sounds and effects differ now depending on the model • Stations are designed to be more populated and live • Wormholes are reorganized • Changed the main font of the game to make it more legible. • Instead of gathering the loot one-by-one post battle, now player can interact with a chest to loot everything in an area of 5 km radius
First of all, thank you for your interest and support in SpaceBourne during early access.
This release will be our final major "new features" update. So far we've added a lot of content to the game that early access players requested, adding anymore would make the game overly complicated.
Therefore, next updates will be focusing on development and enhancement of the current content.
First of I want to wish a happy new year to everyone!
Based on the feedback from the Early Access players of SpaceBourne we decided to make make big changes to the content of the game; thus we need to postpone the full release a bit further.
We will keep working on the updates till our EA players tell us that the game is “ready”. But we plan to launch the full release during the first quarter of 2019.
The big update we are working on right now includes:
• Dynamic economy /trade system • Dynamic diplomacy system • Sandbox mode that let’s player to experience the game with different characters • A new content with ability to buy some deserted stations and upgrade them • New weapons and ships
We plan to release this update in couple of weeks. We will have a very tight working schedule to make it in time so we may not be as active as we used to be on social media.
