1. NEW COMMANDER-SPECIFIC ADD-ONS:
A) Commander E. F. Walker's new Add-On:
The Tungsten-Enhanced Rockets boost his Omni-Buster skill by giving it a chance between 15% (at level 1) and 30% (at max level) to crit units when defending.
B) Commander Ylva Brandóttir's two new Add-Ons will enhance her Battle-Hardened skill:
a) The Tungsten-Reinforced Plating decreases the damage received from units when attacking by 10% at level 1 (and up to 30% at max level).
b) The Toughened Rapid Blaster gives between a chance between 10% (at level 1) and 30% (at max level) to crit units when attacking.

2. SALVAGE ADD-ONS IN THE COMMANDER ARMORY:
- The salvaging of an Add-On is permanent. After the action, the Add-On is destroyed.
- Salvaging will be available only for Add-Ons that are not equipped.
- The salvaged Add-On will provide Scrap.
- The inserted Power Cores will be extracted automatically but their quality will drop by one level.

3. AUTO-UPGRADE ADD-ONS:
Once activated, Auto-Upgrade will continue until:
- You cancel the action
- There aren’t enough resources
- A Core Slot is unlocked
- You tap on the “Back” or the “Info” icon

New water-based event

• We proudly present the first water-based event in WPO!

Update 9 has been deployed and it’s promising exciting new challenges for the year 2019. The holiday cheer will be in the air too, with special winter events that will undoubtedly elevate your spirits!



Join forces and work together for the construction of the new World HQ – the most vital building yet. It will serve as a symbol of a new beginning and as a seat of power for the global leaders. The Faction that completes the task first will be able to select one out of 4 given World policies which will be enacted immediately and affect each and every base in the World!
The players have to complete 4 special Faction Chain Events in order to build and unlock the World HQ. After each build chain event the winning faction will need to choose one policy that will take effect till the end of the next build chain event. Also, after each stage of chain events, the World HQ will upgrade visually.

Voting
• If your Faction has won the Chain Event, you will be presented with a Policy Choice.
• Simply go to your Faction menu -> Manage -> Vote
• You can then browse through the different policy types, choose to vote for one of the Policies, check how many votes each Policy has and check the time remaining for voting
• Note that you can vote only once and you will not be able to change your mind after you cast your vote.
• Players with a Lieutenant Faction Rank and above will be eligible to cast their votes. If you leave your Faction or join another one during the voting, you won’t be able to vote.
• If there is a tie between certain policies, a random policy between those ones will be chosen.

This time protecting what’s yours will really pay off! Sentinel points will now be awarded to Factions who have not only successfully attacked other player’s capitals but also defended their own. Thus, the event points received and the rewards will depend on the level of the defended capitals.
• The sentinel points will be 5 per faction capital level controlled at the end of the event.
• The event points for capital control will be 500 per capital level controlled every 1 hour.
There will be an additional reward for the winning World in the Cross-World Assault event – i.e. the new World HQ Policies will be empowered.

• These winter holidays, presents will lurk from every corner. Send a commander to collect them and receive the new delicious and valuable currency – the Gingerbread Cookies. Don’t get short of them and pile them up to exchange them for awesome stuff at the Trader. He will arrive at your base in a festive zeppelin and an outfit designed especially for the winter celebrations!

The pink is not dead and they are coming in their full splendor to prove it. But don’t be fooled by their pretty looks. The ladies from the Vixen Force replace the gentlemen from the Alpha Order with the promise to steamroll any enemy that stands in their way. You will spot their painted war machines all over the province map like an ominious glitter – attack and defeat them to take the new Spray Canister and craft some awesome gear for your commander!

3… 2… 1… Liftoff! Yes, we did it – Update 7 has blasted off! And so has the Rocket – one year later, its mystery is finally revealed. And its destination? Read on and find out!



The time has come, Generals – the Space Center has finally started its operations! Watch the Rocket finally fly off to the Orbital Command – your Faction’s newest super weapon!
Launch your rocket as often as possible to upgrade your Faction’s Orbital Command. Levelling it up will unlock unique strategic abilities and bonuses that will provide cosmic support for the ground operations of your Faction.
Use space missions to send Construction Supplies and Core Energy to the Orbital Command.
The Orbital Command is unlocked as soon as the Faction is created. It consists of one Orbital Command Core and 5 unique Modules which provide 5 passive bonuses and 5 active abilities to all faction members.When you upgrade a Module you increase the power of its ability. Each Module and its respective ability have 30 levels.
Only Faction leaders can activate Orbital Command’s abilities and decide which one to use and how to deploy it. Now, charged and ready to go, nothing can stand in your way!

Easily switch between presets so you always have the right loadout for the task at hand. It’s as easy as 1-2-3! Unlock more Preset slots as you advance in the game. Concentrate more on their strategic and tactical decisions, while removing the need to micro-manage equipment before each mission.
In order for Presets to be applicable, you must have your VIP Status Active. After your VIP expires, the last used preset will become your default one and every other preset will be locked.



Nothing brings people closer than a common enemy. Now it’s time for the true leaders to step forward, and lead their factions into a united front against the Renegade Bases.
All faction members will now receive additional Sentinel XP reward based on the number and level of capitals they control at the end of the event and during the event all renegade bases will get the overpowered bonus that will increase their army bonuses with (50%) and rewards.

We have reworked the faction event reward system so that it now benefits the active players. Now, a faction member should first reach all the event milestones in order to receive the leaderboard rewards his/her faction has won.

They despise order, break all rules and hate new leaders. Pure destruction is running in their veins and their sole calling is killing and looting what’s not theirs. Hunt down the Marauders and purge your lands from the pest. Gather great spoils of war and use them to create new highly valuable seasonal gear for your Commander.

• Boss Renegades – Meet the Level 6 Bosses – they are 3 times stronger than the Level 5 ones but they give 4 times more Commander XP
  
• Renegades – they are now slightly buffed but the rewards they give have been increased
  
• Capital Guards - Level 3+ bonuses increased; Level 4+ bonuses and unit count increased
  
• Capital Defenders (player controlled garrisons) - Unit tiers adjusted; Bonuses increased

The battlefield will be the hottest place this summer, Generals, as Update 6 has now been deployed! It comes fully loaded with glorious decorations, a brand new World vs. World event, and the brutal Renegades from S.I.G.M.A.!


All the war planets out there are now on a razor-edge with the new cross-world event - the World Assault. Summon all your trustworthy allies and build up a strategy to pillage other world’s provinces. Get your World to the top of the leaderboard and win exclusive spoils of war for everyone. The event will evolve in a similar fashion to the cross-world Conflict event with several differences.


Do you want to be the talk of the World? Why not change the looks of your base and avatar – be sure your enemies will be all green with envy, while you gloat over your new outlook. You can choose between 4 city decorations, a lot more avatars, and brand new avatar frames.
You should have Hologram Shards to unlock a city decoration type or exclusive avatars from the Renegade seasons. You can get those new tokens in bundles and from the Trader, once in a while, so keep a sharp eye.


No more free lunches! From now on, players from other factions that mine on your territory will pay tax and the Faction leaders will re-distribute the collected taxes. You can amend the tax rates with the new researches - 1 more faction research - Gathering Tax, and 1 more player research - Gathering Tax Reduction.

Your provinces will be more war-torn and fractured than ever as the deadly threat of the S.I.G.M.A. Renegades is now creeping in! Hunt them down and gather great spoils of war that can be used to create new powerful equipment for your Defensive Commander.


• New active sentinel skill “Bulletproof Battle Plan” – on your next solo attack, your units are damaged instead of destroyed, up to your Garage capacity.
• New passive sentinel skill “Stockpiler” – gathering on your faction territory will also fill up the Faction depot (up to 10%)

Rules
• Only players who have their HQ at level 12 or above can join the event.
• Players at level 11 and below can still participate in a Cross-World Conflict event when they are in their own world – they will score points by defending their bases.
• Once, the event starts, players can transfer to another world using a special cross-world quantum teleport from the events menu.
• The first teleport to another world is free and the return to the home world is free, too. If you require any other quantum teleports, you can get them with medals.
• When the event starts all factions that are from the same world will be set to be in a union relationship that will last till the end of the event.
• While players are fighting on the foreign front, their original base in their home world will be protected by a green peace shield.
• Invading Players can attack any province they want as there is no need for the pillaged provinces to be connected.
• During the event all battles on capitals will result in losses for both sides (this rule also applies for neutral capitals)
• During the Cross World events players from union relationship factions can’t teleport to faction capital regions of other factions. Only the owner faction can teleport in their faction capital region.



In time of war, the right tactical choices are vital and you must use all your skills and knowledge wisely! So we are introducing a brand new global skill set for your defensive Commander - the Sentinel Rank, to encourage your military creativity. It includes 4 active skills and 14 passive skills linked to different aspects of the game – Base, Defense, World Map, Faction and Offense.
Only the most dedicated Generals will take advantage of these new skills as unlocking them will demand special Sentinel points. You accumulate them when you level up your Sentinel rank and you level it up when you gain enough Sentinel XP by taking part in specific events and reaching the leaderboard and milestone rewards!

Information is a necessity, communication is essential – these are the things that no General can do without. That is why we are improving one of the most important tools for this – the in-game chat. We are introducing even more fun and cool ways to express yourself: Emojis!
In addition:
• Global chat – no more separate topics, Generals. Talk to the whole World the same way you are doing this in your faction chat.
• The max message length is increased to 300 characters, for those who wish to share more detailed plans with their allies.



Meet the super intelligent and breaking bad forces of the new renegades – Pax Mechanica! Those brave enough to confront their high-tech armies and stop their tide of aggression will be rewarded lavishly with resources and cutting-edge materials! Collect as many of those as possible and craft exclusive Equipment for your Commander and you will be able to push your bonuses and Skills beyond limits!


Sometimes it’s hard to say who the best general around is. Is it the one with the most kills? The highest rank? That is why we are introducing 3 new leaderboards: Sentinel Rank, HQ Building Level, and Defensive Commander Level

• Elite mines list revamped – the scrolling and order of elite mines have been fixed. Now, you can see the available mines on top of the list sorted by type
• UI improvements – the in-game notifications have been placed better so that they won’t cover important information
