Aim Lab
New Task - Scattershot: As promised - The Scattershot task from the Logitech x G2 event has now been brought into Aim Lab for good! You can find this new fan-favorite in the “Flicking” category!
Task Repaired - Snipershot: Many of you have been in touch over the last week reporting that the Snipershot task was bugged for you - We’re happy to announce that as of this last update, Snipershot is now fixed! This means that all of your playlists, custom tasks and training routines can now be run to their fullest once more - Thank you for allowing us the time to get this fixed for you!
Creator Studio
New Map - Ascent: Finishing off the original trio of Valorant maps, Ascent joins the roster of templates within the Creator Studio! As with all previous templates, this is free for all creators to access, and can be found in the "New from template" option within the Creator Studio
New Interactable - Trigger: We’re really excited to see how you guys get along with this - A new Trigger-style interactable has been introduced into the Creator Studio, offering a number of different options for whatever you may need!
New Trigger - Teleporter: “Speedy thing goes in - Speedy thing comes out” Teleporters are now available within the Creator Studio! Featuring full momentum conservation and linking, these should be an excellent tool for creators wanting to focus on rapid environmental changes!
New Trigger - End Gate: Want to create an assault course for palyers to run through? Well, now you can! This new interactable allows you to set an area that will end the current round should the player walk into it - What you do with this is up to you! Set an end goal for your task, or a death-pit for your obsctacle course. The sky is the literal limit!
New Trigger - Trigger Spawner: Want to set off targets as soon as the player walks into a room? Or maybe you want a flurry of targets to spawn if one gets too low? Now you can! This new trigger functions similarly to the “TriggerSpawnersOnDeath” modifier you may be used to, and allows you to set off spawners when a player, bot or object walks into your Trigger field!
New Behaviors - Bot Sounds: Options for bot sounds on hit, kill and spawn are now available as a behavior for all bot types! Simply add the behaviour, save the bot and you're off to the races! Included along with this are dozens of unique, pre-installed sounds that you can select to ensure that your map feels the way you want it to be played!
New Feature - Drag Select: Ever wanted to move a bunch of objects at the same time? Well, now you can! Simply left click and drag over the objects you want to select to grab them all at once - Then scale, reposition, rotate or whatever else you desire to your hearts content, it’s just that easy!

New Task - Scattershot
Combining wide engagement flicks with small, rapid microcorrections, Scattershot is a one-size-fits-all task for just about any flicking need you might have! Playing through the task is fairly simple - Flick to a target, then destroy it, as you would in any other task, but with a twist - Once you kill a target, two more spawn right next to your crosshair. Kill them as fast as possible, then repeat. This task is fairly universally applicable for flicking - From Valorant to Hyperscape and everything inbetween, so definitely try to fit it into your routines!
Leaderboard 2.0
After much ado - The long awaited leaderboard 2.0 update is here! And with it - The ability to sort leaderboards by date range. What does this mean for you? And for everyone else - You’ll be able to see a clean history of the task, who’s the best and what they are doing differently to you. Share it on Twitter with #AIMLABCOMBINE to see how you shape up against your buddies! The event is live from today until the 18th of March!
SiegeEntry
Run through the Oregon map taking out targets as you go - But be careful, they shoot back! Targets will spawn around corners, behind doors and hidden in hard to reach places - Your goal here is to move through the map as quickly as possible, clearing sightlines and progressing through the map as many times as you can before the timer hits zero.
SiegeC4Arcs
Like a shield mains nightmare - C4 will come flying at you from behind cover. Destroy the blocks before they can explode to score points!
SiegeCapacity
Designed to benchmark and stress test your short term memory - Targets of various colors will spawn and respawn, with one target changing color every wave. Pick the right target to progress! Bonus points are awarded the further you go without a miss - But note, as you do better, the number of targets spawning per wave will increase!
SiegeDetectionShot
Being able to pick out an enemy in a complex background is one of the fundamental skills of Rainbow Six Siege - This task aims to do just that. Small targets will spawn all around the room, blending in with the background - Your goal is to identify, then eliminate these targets as quickly as possible. Bonus points are awarded for destroying the target quickly.
SiegeAudiospatial45
A remix on our existing audiospatial mode - This task spawns 4 targets all around the player and has one of them play a noise. Your goal is to take out this target as quickly as possible to spawn the next set. The faster you kill the target - The more points you get. It’s that simple.

Welcome to this week’s Creator Studio update! We have new & updated VALORANT templates, custom weapons, new bots and a community contest with G2 Esports with a prize pool of $4500! More info on each below!
Smart Bots
We have launched a new experimental bot type - Smart Bots. These bots behave a little more closely to what you might expect from a human player, dodging, roaming and reacting to the actions that you take. Currently, Smart Bots have 5 sets of overrides that you can choose from within the Creator Studio - Each of which has oodles of options to play around with.
We would love to hear any feedback that you might have on the new Smart Bots - And especially anything that you might want added, so be sure to reach out to us with any feedback you might have!
Custom Weapons in Creator Studio
Custom weapons are now fully supported within the Creator Studio - Including those that you have already made! This means that any custom weapons that you, or anybody else have put together within Aim Lab can be integrated and uploaded alongside your creations - Want to build a long range sniping course with actual projectiles? Go for it! Want to practice your Sova lineups on one of our VALORANT templates? Or maybe a gauntlet to practice your wingman shots? Now you can!

This week’s update brings you 5 new tracking tasks, from reactive tracking to tasks focused purely on smoothness, this update brings something for everyone! Each task aims to highlight a different component of tracking to help you become the best tracker you can be!
Spheretrack90
A remix on the task you all know and love - Spheretrack90 plays very similarly to the normal Spheretrack, but with a catch, the target will always remain in front of the player!
This should no doubt help out those of you that found yourselves running out of mousepad space, but on top of this, the focus is shifted more towards accuracy over resetting your mouse. It will help you in practicing tracking engagements against enemies that are mostly in front of you, rather than moving all around you. Spheretrack90 is super useful for games like Apex Legends or Hyperscape, for targets that stay mostly in front of you, but that are quite dynamic.
Arctrack
A new task with a new Greybox variant - Arctrack has you tracking a target that moves in a plain circle in front of you, with relatively high consistency and predictability.
This task focuses more on general smoothness and predictive tracking over anything else, and applies more generally to the games you play, rather than being better suited to one or the other.
Startrack
A new favorite of mine personally, Startrack! It’s another smoothness based task in the same vein as Linetrace, with one key difference, instead of shooting two targets at the end of a tracking target you follow a target as it moves between "Ghost" targets. The combination of vertical and horizontal tracking enables you to better engage enemies with jumping abilities, such as an updrafting Jett or a Jump padding Octane.
Microstartrack
A variant of Startrack, Microstartrack combines reactivity and smoothness by spawning targets much closer together - Super hand for games with reactive targets like Overwatch, Warzone or Apex.
Reactivetrack
A new tracking task focused purely on reactive tracking - Face a target that changes direction rapidly and try your best to stay on target as much as possible. This task is pretty much perfect for those of you that have trouble dealing with enemies that change directions frequently, and should be a perfect fit for those looking to improve your performance against higher level opponents.
Other changes
Removed the Chinese New Year event from the lobby
Fixed some issues that may have caused crashes or slow downs on some users systems
We recently put out EB 0.93 but had to roll back to the previous build, the update was causing the mouse cursor to not work for some users. If you were experiencing the issue before and could update to the previous build 0.92_HF2 and are no longer getting the issue and could let us know here it would be much appreciated.
Happy Chinese New Year from the Aim Lab Team! To celebrate we’ve added some special surprises to ensure extra good aim for you this year 🎯 The Year of the Ox skin for the 9mm is now available in-game - All for free! To equip it, simply select the 9mm and then select the "Chinese New Year" skin - It's that easy!
