Kingdom Two Crowns - manualmartin

Building a Kingdom has never been darker with the new setting Dead Lands taking place in a gloomy mystical world with eerie mounts and spooky forests. And for the first time ever in Kingdom, players will not only be able to change their mounts as they explore and expand their Kingdom but they’ll also be able to switch between four different monarchs, each with a powerful and unique trait. These four new playable characters all come directly from the gothic horror action-RPG Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

Miriam

Miriam is the main protagonist in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night and the first playable monarch in Kingdom Two Crowns: Dead Lands before unlocking the other Bloodstained characters.

As an orphan Miriam was turned into a Shardbinder at a young age. Shardbinders are afflicted with a curse by Alchemists that slowly crystallizes their skin and gives them the ability to control demonic powers embedded in the crystals. She is deeply pained by the suffering of humankind caused by a long-time friend.

Kingdom Two Crowns Ability: A whip lash that sends out a powerful wave which freezes the Greed and stops their movement for a short duration.

Zangetsu

A Demon Hunter who originated from a country in the East. Master at wielding a katana, Zangetsu specializes in fighting demons and has dedicated his life fending off the demons that walk the earth. He has lost many friends, along with losing his left eye and right arm during his long journey of keeping the demons at bay.

Kingdom Two Crowns Ability: Raising his katana rallies the nearby Archers, Pikemen and Knights to increase their attack speed for a short time.

Alfred

Alfred is a soft-spoken, creative, and wise man who is fully equipped with powerful alchemic abilities that is unmatched among his fellow alchemists. A father figure to Miriam.

Kingdom Two Crowns Ability: Conjures a duplicate of himself and his steed that doubles his powers. The duplicate doesn’t take damage by the Greed or other hostile forest creatures.

Gebel

Gebel is a Sharbinder and long-time friend of Miriam. Apart from Miriam, he is the last surviving Shardbinder who was able to withstand the effects of the experiments done to him at such a severe level.

Kingdom Two Crowns Ability: Gebel can take the form of a bat which allow him to fly fast and deceive the Greed. After a short period of time as a bat he reappears on his steed.

Active the monarch’s ability by pressing:
W or Arrow Up-key

Note. With this update the coin drop is moved from the bumpers to D-pad down on controllers. You can still drop coins with the buttons:
S or Arrow Down-key

Kingdom Two Crowns: Dead Lands, does it support co-op? Damn right it does!
Kingdom Two Crowns - Kingdom

Since the launch of micro-strategy game Kingdom Two Crowns, monarchs have been building their Kingdoms in the classic medieval and feudal Japan-inspired settings. Now things are about to get darker and creepier with Dead Lands, a completely new setting that will change how you rule your Kingdom and overcome the Greed. Taking place in a gloomy mystical world with eerie mounts, building a Kingdom has never been more frightening than this!

For the first time ever in Kingdom, players will not only be able to change their mounts as they explore and expand their Kingdom but they’ll also be able to switch between four different monarchs, each with a powerful and unique trait. These four new playable characters all come directly from the gothic horror action-RPG Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night and include Shardbinder Miriam and three unlockable characters—demon hunter Zangetsu, summoner Gebel and alchemist Alfred.

Published globally by 505 Games, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night was created by legendary game developer Koji “IGA” Igarashi and his studio ArtPlay. The cover illustration for Kingdom Two Crowns: Dead Lands, with Miriam riding the mythic demon horse Gamigin, is drawn by ArtPlay’s Mana Ikeda, who created the original package illustration for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
