[Guide to the New Consolidated Servers]
Players can now connect to the new servers to verify their transferred character information.

Lilyanthes / Murabi / Chinuwa / Gagato were merged to form the new server [NA] Kairos.
EU
Physis / KuatRan were merged to form the new server [EU] Bacillas.
Daimon / Ventus / Ermekis / Baraka / Melacazeus were merged to form the new server [EU] Iriaphos.
[Server Consolidation Compensation]
As compensation for the server consolidation maintenance, Premium Membership buffs that were active during the maintenance time will be extended by 24 hours. However, please be aware that players must connect to the game within the 7 day period from July 25 (after maintenance is complete) to August 1st (08:30 PDT) to receive the buff extension.
1,000 Lumena has been added to players’ account inboxes as an expression of our thanks to users who have waited for server consolidation.
[Recovery of Purchased Items]
Items Purchased from the Special Currency Shop
Items from the costume/ mount costume/ pet costume/ Extend Function categories of the Special Currency Shop, if owned by a character that was deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or character limit, were collected and converted into Lumena (amount equivalent to purchase price). The Lumena was then given to the player’s character with the highest level on the new server.
Inventory Slot and Character Slot Expansion Items
Inventory Slot Expansion items and Character Slot Expansion items in inventories or storage that have yet been used were collected and converted into Lumena (amount equivalent to purchase price). The Lumena was then given to the player’s character with the highest level on the new server.
Founder’s Packs, Lumena Packs, and Premium Memberships will be delivered to players’ account inboxes in turn.
If characters that own Founder’s Packs, Lumena Packs, or Premium Memberships were deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or character limit, the aforementioned items will be collected and delivered to the player’s account inbox as a package that excludes the Premium Membership Buffs and Lumena during server consolidation maintenance.
As Premium Membership Buffs are applied account-wide, they do not need to be recovered. Lumena will be collected and recovered through a different method and is therefore excluded from the packages that will be delivered to the player’s inbox.
Although we plan to deliver these items in turn during server consolidation maintenance, we also expect the delivery process to continue even after maintenance is over. Therefore we would like to ask for your understanding and patience in this matter.
*Note
According to the above character preservation standards, some characters on servers to be consolidated may be deactivated after the opening of the new consolidated server.
If a player would like to reactivate a character that was deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or character limit after server consolidation, then please contact our Customer Support. ※ Please decide carefully as faction changes can be made through our Customer Support only ONCE.
If by any chance a guild leader character gets deactivated after the server consolidation maintenance, the guild will also be deactivated. Any guild member can contact Customer Support to request that the guild be reactivated by making one of the current guild members the guild leader. The criteria for selecting the new guild leader is as follows: ※ First priority - the character with the higher guild ranking ※ Second priority - the character who joined the guild first ※ Third priority - the character that has logged in most recently within the last two weeks ※ If a guild has only one member (and that member is the guild leader and is deactivated), the guild will be deactivated and will not be recovered even if the guild leader character is restored. In order to prevent this, make sure to add at least one new member to any single person guilds and appoint the new member as a vice guild leader before the server consolidation maintenance takes place.
Character names on a player’s friends list may be changed or deleted after server consolidation. Please double check when sending mail or gifts.
Overlapping character names or guild names can be modified beginning July 24, after the server consolidation maintenance.
If a character that was deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or character limit was a guild member, then the character will also be removed from the guild members list.
After server consolidation, players with with battle ranks (Command Class) will maintain the ranks assigned from previous servers until the next evaluation.
As ranks were recalculated during server maintenance, please be advised that those who applied for a battle rank promotion evaluation before server consolidation may not receive a separate system notification even if their rank promotion application failed.
During server consolidation, the battle ranks for those who have applied for a battle rank promotion in their old servers will be recalculated based on the applicant’s points.
Those who fail to obtain a battle rank promotion will not be notified by a system message. We as for your understanding in this matter and hope that there will not be any confusion.
- The system can be accessed by clicking on the “Attendance Check” icon in the System Menu.
- Players can redeem their rewards by logging in with the character they’d like to have the reward sent to and by clicking on the “Collect Daily Reward” button.
- The Attendance Check rewards will be sent by Mail and will expire after 7 days.

Fixed an issue where the “Stolen Treasure” story quest couldn’t be completed if the player defeated the 3 quest monsters all at once.
Fixed an issue where the “Stop the Assassination” story quest couldn’t be completed if the player defeated a Grandezza Assassin NPC without attacking the target monsters.
- Added a condition that makes the player fail the quest. The quest can be restarted if the player re-enters the quest area after having abandoned it or after having been killed by an NPC.

Event Notes:
The Attendance Check resets every day at 00:00 depending on each region.
The Attendance Check is complete only after logging in, clicking on the “Collect Daily Reward” button, and claiming the reward.
Even though attendance can be checked by all characters in one region, the rewards can be redeemed by only one character.
Although Attendance Check is available in the Tutorial Zone, you will not be able to access the mailbox. Please collect your Attendance Check reward once you finish the the tutorial and are able to access the mailbox.
The rewards will be sent via Mail and can be found in the claim queue for 7 days. Make sure to redeem the rewards before then since they will be deleted from the Mail Inbox.

All character information on the servers to be consolidated will be transferred to the new server once server consolidation maintenance begins at the above scheduled times.
Once server consolidation maintenance has finished, players will be able to connect to the new servers.

- Increased the chances of a player obtaining Dungeon Points and Gold Ore when defeating a Boss. Players are now able to obtain additional Dungeon Points or Gold Ore at a 60% probability.
Increased rewards for Royal Quests. Players can now obtain gold as a reward when completing individual Royal Quests.
Replaced the “Energy” related option associated with “Sprint” with another one in the “Hilan Wind Binding” accessory option.

- Command Class: Added Royal Order of a Feat of Arms as a reward, which can be sold for 10 Gold.
* Tip: The Command Class evaluation request can be done by talking to the “Promotion Supervisor” NPC in each faction’s main city. A Command Class is assigned to players with the highest attack point count during the previous week (Calculated every Tuesday 23:00 PDT, 2:00 CEST).

Targeting mode can now be changed regardless of class (with the exception of some classes).
With the exception of the Berserker and Paladin classes, players of all classes are now able to change their targeting mode through the character selection window or the interface options. - Mage, Ranger, Guardian: Both Action-targeting and Tab-targeting - Berserker: Only Action-targeting - Paladin: Only Tab-targeting
Added a “Target Tracking” option when using Action-targeting. - Added the “Target Tracking” option in the Interface Settings when using Action-Targeting mode. (Default : Target Tracking ON)
Fixed an issue where action-targeting based characters’ tab-targeting movement would change after the character dies and is in spirit form. The way a character moves in Spirit form depends on the selected Targeting Mode.
Added an advanced settings option within System Settings > Graphic Settings.
The settings below can be adjusted in the Advanced Settings menu according to each computer’s specifications in order to improve the client’s performance.

Fixed some errors found in the Ranger skill tooltip as well as some sentences and explanations that didn’t match the actual skill’s effect. • Added some missing content from the [Sudden Attack] tooltip: Casts a [Stun] effect on the target for 1 second and reduces their healing effect by 50% for 5 seconds. • Added some missing content from the [Retreating Shot] tooltip: Pushes the target back 5 m. A [Crowd Control] and [Position Control] immune effect is applied while using the skill.
Fixed the icon shape and name of the passive effects that appear when growing the node for the Paladin’s [Interruption Tactic] and [Protection Tactic].
ii. Dungeon
Fixed an issue where the “Pillar of Biting Cold” effect in the Migra Turis (Normal) dungeon would disappear at times.
Fixed an issue where the door wouldn’t close at times after defeating Flogas in the Migra Turis (Normal) dungeon.
Fixed an issue where the dungeon UI would be forcibly opened if another player requests to join and after having closed the dungeon UI.
iii. Item
Fixed an issue where a quest item couldn’t be deleted after putting it in the Warehouse and abandoning that specific quest.
Fixed an issue where the EXP Sub Crafting skill percentage on the tooltip effect for the “Golden Ratio Magic Dust” item didn’t appear correctly.
iv. Esc.
Fixed an issue where a Hieron player would go towards a Union faction Soul Capturer when trying to resurrect in certain locations in Campagna.
Fixed an issue where players under Level 44 could see missions related to the Certanon Arena (Level 45).
Fixed an issue where an error would arise when hovering the cursor over the icon of a party member that had applied a distance condition on the Party bar (widget).
Fixed an issue where the content related to the distance display in the Party / Raid bar (Interface Settings -> Game Settings -> Status Information) would appear as an error message.
v. Translations
Fixed and improved the translation for some skill names.
Fixed an issue where the location displayed on the tooltip for “Contorted Scale of the Beyond” wouldn’t appear correctly.
Fixed an issue where some contents of the dialogue would overlap when talking to Mathias during the “Insistent Chase” main quest.
Fixed an issue where the dialogue for Hieron and Union would appear mixed up in the Zeeto’s Laboratory (Mascu race) cinematic.
Fixed an issue where one of the dialogue choices wouldn’t appear correctly when talking to Professor Dafne before completing the “Missing Professor” main quest.
[Event]
The “Dungeon Exploration Event” that was supposed to last from July 4th until July 18th has ended.

Upcoming Content and Changes
Migra Turis (Elite) Update (7/18)
We have added a new level of difficulty to Migra Turis, which comes along with new rewards! Amongst other adjustments, players will now have a chance to obtain a Level 45 Heroic weapon from defeating the final boss, Flamelord Fogas.
Dungeon Drop Rate Changes (Coming Soon)
We know you all have been asking for a change in the dungeon drop rates. So, sometime soon after the 7/18 update, we will be hugely increasing the drop rate by doubling it. Further adjustments may still be made to the drop rate after we hear your feedback on the changes, so please let us know after you’ve tried it out!
Combat Targeting Mode Changes (Coming Soon)
Many of you have been asking to have the option to switch targeting mode for different classes. As such, we have been working to bring you more options. In the next change to the targeting mode options, you will be able to switch between modes with all classes except the Berzerker and Paladin, which will still be locked to action targeting and tab targeting respectively. As the Paladin needs to use tab targeting to effectively heal and the Berzerker skills were optimized for action targeting, we have not yet been able to give both mode options to these classes that resulted in a positive player experience. We will instead be adding a target tracking function for the Berzerker (and the other classes as well) that we think will address many of your issues.
Balance Changes (Coming Soon)
One major focus for the balance changes is PvP. We are making adjustments to the classes in ways that we think will contribute to a better PvP experience. We look forward to hearing your feedback after you have tried out the changes, as balance is always an ongoing process. We are also working on PvE balance to improve the feel of each class in group play; amongst other things, we are working on buffing the aggro-holding ability of the Guardian.
Though we are working to bring you this new content and new improvements, we are also still working to address other big issues that you have brought up, such as optimization and additional balance and bug fixes. We appreciate the feedback that you continue to give us, and will keep using it to make Bless Online even better as we move towards launch.
