As we're preparing for Alpha 30, i.e. The Soundtrack Update, we're today deploying the last update for Alpha 29 to the default branch. It contains a series of very important bug fixes for various systems but mainly regarding remote stands. It also contains a few new minor features such as three additional aircraft and a subset of general process improvements.

As we're preparing for Alpha 30, currently live on the experimental branch, we've thrown together a contest that lets you have your ultimate airport designing skills featured on the main menu of the game. To learn more, check out this Forum topic!

Hope you've had a good weekend. We're kicking off the week with a new default deployment which has been soaking on the experimental branch over the weekend. The main fix in this update is a completely new delivery system taking care of the bugs reported for construction material and aviation fuel not being delivered. We've also added a paint brush tool to speed up the beautifying process of your airport and is an initial start on the work of supplying you with new tools to better help you plan and build your airport.

There are also a series of minor bug fixes and an update to the mod kit for the most recently added aircraft!

We're back with another stability update, one of the last ones for the Alpha 29 stretch. As announced in yesterday's dev blog we have the soundtrack update coming up next week and will deploy that as Alpha 30, but do not worry as bug fixing and stabilization will continue with more or less daily updates on the experimental branch for Alpha 30 just like it has for Alpha 29!

We expect to have at least one more default branch deployment on Alpha 29 in order to fix the construction material delivery bug (currently being internally tested) before the weekend is here.

We discovered that some critical bugs had slipped by the experimental testing phase and made it into the new version of the default branch. This patch should fix the two most urgent ones, where the runway is not extendable and arriving flights fail to show up.

We're back with another stability update. This one continues to target issues with remote stands, some minor performance improvements, stability fixes for the delivery system and initial fixes to reports of stalled persons.

More stability updates will be continually deployed to the default branch in the near future and we're as of right now running daily updates to the experimental branch focusing mainly on bug fixes. We're back with another default deployment thanks to the continued bug reports. This update mainly target the many issues reported regarding remote stands, and a few other minor issues related to other complex processes.

We'll continue to keep the pace on default updates for Alpha 29 as out target is to fully stabilize this version of the game, while we've also branched off and are working on new, larger, features in separate environments.
