Erwin’s class expansion, new dungeons and all-action in the Christmas event

Silent night, holy night? Not likely! December’s firing on all cylinders! Huge explosions with Erwin’s class expansion, additional combat zones in Grasscover Camp and a heap of gifts on the Christmas Event Map all ensure for some thrilling action over the next few weeks.




Erwin transforms into the perfect one-man army with his new skills. The Gun Jazz master switches swiftly between pistols, machine guns and even rocket launchers. His second firearm gets a cool upgrade in the form of an unfolding muzzle.



For the more feisty situations he summons his robot friend, who, armed to the teeth, then completes his mission in a breathtaking self-destructive explosion.

If the going gets tough, Erwin can even call in military support!

The battles in Grasscover Camp are stepping up a gear: face new bosses and their minions.



There’s Christmas magic in the air and the towns have lit trees to brighten the post-apocalyptic atmosphere.


Tender snowflakes will teleport you to the ‘Lonely Party’. Presents big and small, as far as the eye can see! But wait, what’s that? Nita, Naomin and their minions seem to want to dash the festive plans.

Event running: from 13/12/2018 until maintenance on 17/1/2019.


How the Christmas event works:

• Snowballs act as your entry to the Lonely Party map. You can get these from the Santa Grutin NPC in each town. You will need Snow Flower Crystals for these, which can be found in the districts and raids in all towns, including the Golden Citadel and Primal Park. (In Rucco Town you will find Snow Flower Crystals in the raid only.)
• The harder the district you enter, the more Snow Flower Crystals can potentially land in your inventory.
• You can enter the festive world 10 times a day.
• The time limit is always 2 minutes 30 seconds.
• Nita and Naomin’s minions only receive one damage point when you hit them.

As soon as you enter the Lonely Party map, you will find dozens of presents, large and small. Destroy them to get at their contents. While you try to do so, the demons and bosses Nita and Naomin will be hitting you with all they have got. The two leaders can, as with the presents, hold some particularly valuable items.

On top of all this, it pays to dish out the blows – every hit you land earns you dzenai!




Christmas Outfit

Get the particularly festive Santa Grutin costume, which is made of three parts:

• Ice Crystal Earrings (earned from defeating the Santa Box, Nita and Naomin)
• Rudolph’s Nose (earned from defeating the Santa Box, Nita and Naomin)
• Rudolph's Antlers (from Masterful Socks available from NPC Santa Grutin)

If you wear all three fashion items you will be able to use your special Christmas emote.

Note: Only the tradeable version of the costume includes the Christmas emote.

The same-named fashion items that cannot be traded (such as those available from the Recycle Points) do not include an emote, even if you equip all three pieces.

The Santa Grutin NPC can be found in every town during the event period. He not only restores snowballs, he also gives you more of them in exchange for Recycling Points.

This is where Yumi and Xivus come in!

• Buy a 10,000 dzenai stockings from Yumi
• Open the stocking to receive the Exchange Coupon Recycling Points. (The stocking cam also contain the title ‘Lucky Leaf’ or ‘Lucky Cookie’ and snowflakes.)
• If you get the title and do not need it, you can dismantle it with Yumi or Xivus for ‘Exchange Coupon Recycling Points’.

• Sell the Exchange Coupon Recycling Points to Santa Grutin (under the Recycling category) to receive Recycling Points.
• These points will let you buy various items which can then be located with Santa Grutin in the Recycling category.

Note: You will only receive the Recycling Points if you sell the Exchange Coupon Recycling Points to the Santa Grutin. If you sell the item to any other NPC, all you will receive is dzenai as usual.
