As of 22nd the Budget Run contest closed! It was a great event with many participants and fights for the best times with your lowest budget cars.
While DocOld dominated the race, he is one of who already won our respects, helped many times to us and already has his character in the game as Revhead. We have decided to give records for others as well, since he is with us so long and his professional background and expertise also showed up on this contest and let little chances for others. Another proof that our game has real stuff underneath. If you know the real thing, you can use it in Revhead.
Congratulates for the winners! (some special prices will be announced later)
Thank you for everyone how participated and posted his or her times!

We are featuring our game as part of the Capitalist Fest!
Our game is all about cars and racing! We have designed this game from a special angle, focusing on what is behind any race. In this game, economy is the key. You need to earn money before you can spend it!
How would you make your money to support your race?
This game has a unique angle on cars and racing. While the goal is to win races, you need to have the right car for it. You can't just buy it, you need to build it! However, the road to winning a race is long road with full of obstacles. You need to find the right car and the right parts to make them work together before you can even get yourself into a race. However, without money, you can't get it done!
This game offers a variety of ways to earn money, from fixing cars to selling cars to racing with them. Which one would you be to support your race carrier? A mechanic? A car dealer? A racer? Or all at once?
Grab a copy for 33% discount during the Capitalist Fest and find it out for yourself!
Do you already have a copy of the game? Keep your eyes on our game, new special contest will be announced soon with unique prices to win!
Here comes a long waited feature: The Map! Many of you were asking for it since years, finally it has arrived!
A map from the time when no GPS nor Navigation devices helped you. An old-school paper based road map, which helps you to navigate, but won't do it for you by its own. You still need to figure out where you are, just like it was in those old times. Remember, the game is set back to 1997!
Currently, the map is only available during drive and walk. (We will replace the old map in the garage later.)
We have marked all important location on the map, from shops to parking areas, race locations, petrol stations and even the garages you can buy.
We are introducing speech as the first time. During the intro scene a typical Aussie voice will guide you through. While this is helpful for the starters, we are aiming to add more speech to the game to increase the immersion in Australia.
NOTE!
If you are playing with an existing profile, you need to manually assign a control to the map! We don't want to screw with your existing controller setup. New profile will map it correctly.

Dear Revheads!
We are going ahead with full Steam!
The upcoming months will bring many new updates. As our community grows and Revhead arrives to new platforms, we find it important to reach out our users more than ever!
First, we want to make sure all Steam users, including SteamDeck and Mac Apple Silicon versions are fully supported.
Next, we are bringing community news into the game. What better place for it then the newspaper you already use every day! The newspaper now includes a community / dev page, where we can share news, contests and more! Also, in-game ads helps to find local shops and hints. More informational, helping contents coming soon! The community page will be available only in English!
Finally, we are rolling out new contests, where winners has the chance to be included in our game as NPC or Revheads or win a free key for Revhead and its DLCs. Check out the game newspaper for more information about actual contest!
Also, to be able to push our game further in our own way, we have decided to leave PlayWay as our publisher! We both agreed that our way is not exactly the PlayWay's way and would be better for everyone to do it on our own as we did it in the past 6 years! No hard feeling left, we are all agreed what is best for our players!
Full support of SteamDeck (text size increased for better reading, fixed text type-in, etc)
Special build for native support of Mac Apple Silicon
Newspaper extended with cover and community page, including developer news
Newspaper extended with in-game ads for local shops as help for our players (more to come)
Tweaked humanoid animation for better quality and added sprint animation for faster movement
Fixed OSX M1 visual glitch reported by our Steam users
It is that time of the year, when players like YOU can VOTE and NOMINATE a game for Steam Awards!
Since we are keep working on the same release since 2017, the only one you can vote is Labor of Love.
Which is exactly our strength!
In the past 6 years we stick into one version and released over 40 updates followed our players requests and wishes. We are one of the most communicative dev groups on Steam and if you join to our discord server you will see how many of you gathered together to share not only the best moments in the game, but real life stuff, real life cars and many more.
If you like our game and you think it is worth to be awarded, please consider to nominate us!
