■ Game Data Transfer Period: February 25, 2021 (Thu) 22:00 - May 31, 2021 (Mon) 23:59 (UTC)
We have outlined below some of the important information that all Adventurers should know about the Game Data Transfer. Please take careful note of the steps below, as failure to comply may prevent the transfer of your data!
1. Please note that when the Game Data Transfer period is over, players will no longer be able to transfer game data. All non-transferred data will be deleted and unavailable for restoration after May 31, 2021.
2. From February 24, 2021 players can no longer access Black Desert through Kakao Games. Players may only continue playing on the Black Desert NA/EU Service with their original Family Names, if they have successfully completed the Game Data Transfer to the Pearl Abyss service.
3. Adventurers accessing Black Desert through Steam also need to complete the Game Data Transfer in order to continue using their Family Names from February 25, 2021 onward.
4. Pearl Abyss is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to not registering for the Game Data Transfer. Pearl Abyss cannot help players in any way if they fail to register for the transfer before the cut-off date.
5. The Game Data Transfer will be made on a per account basis. Thus, if a player possesses two Family names in the NA and EU servers respectively, both of which are tied to one account, both Families will be transferred and all character data in each Family will be transferred.
6. After completing Live Registration for the Game Data Transfer, you cannot cancel the Game Data Transfer. Please take note of this fact and proceed carefully.
7. If you do not agree to the Pearl Abyss Homepage Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, registering for an account or for the Game Data Transfer will not be possible. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more detailed information about Personal Information Collection at Pearl Abyss.
8. Players can check the status of their Game Data Transfer through the corresponding page on the Pearl Abyss Official Website. You may access this data by logging into your account, or via update notices received through your registered email address.
9. If you have additional inquiries regarding registration for the Game Data Transfer, please submit an inquiry at [Customer Support].
We will be performing a scheduled maintenance for Black Desert Online on March 03, 2021 in order to improve our services and bring you the latest updates.
During the maintenance, all services related to the Black Desert Website, Game Login, Web Central Market will be temporarily unavailable.

Major Update Details
Hadum, the goddess of despair, will bring forth the Elvia Realm into the Black Desert world.
Various new items that can be obtained with the Elvia Realm will be added.
The Value Pack's Combat/Skill/Life/Mount EXP buff will be increased to +30%.
