The following bug has been discovered in the arch-tempered Zorah Magdaros event quest "Undying Alpenglow," which was released on March 22 UTC.

It has come to our attention that performing attacks that generate a large amount of effects upon impact (such as Spread Ammo 3 for the Heavy Bowgun) would cause the game to crash when playing this specific event quest.

A fix for this issue is planned for title update 5.2, which is scheduled to be released on Thursday, April 4 at 00:00 a.m. UTC. Once the fix is implemented, we will extend the availability period for the event quest.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your patience while we sort out this issue.

During the Appreciation Fest, a bug occurred that prevented some users from obtaining their special daily bonus if they claimed their login bonus during a specific time period.

Upon investigation, it turns out that this issue was caused by a difference between the reset time for login bonuses and the update time for special daily bonuses, so we've condensed the update time for special daily bonuses to 19:00 UTC.

To make up for the special daily bonuses that could not be claimed because of this issue, we will offer the below item pack as a compensation the next time you log in.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

- Availability
February 14 19:00 to February 21 23:59 UTC.
