1. Added water flow effect during river battle ★ Every turn, every boats will have chance to get effect by water flow ★ Effected boat will be washed away from 1-5 distance, and caused damage. ★ Higer navy stats, higer stability It is time for Wu's navy

3. Added City Debuff when defending the city, the development rates will be worsen if defend the city (siege battle) ★ Longer time, more debuff to the city

2. Added city feature productions ◆Some unlocked city feature gives specialty items. ◆The force will be received a specialty item when city feature is unlocking. ◆The unlocked city feature gives item every year with a chance. ◆Larger city, higher chance.
3. Enhanced Strategy - Cajole ◆ Now you can cajole prisoner and free officer ◆ You need item to cajole, better lv item, better chance and effects ◆ Cajolement successful, the target will have item on equip or use(one off item),Cajolement failed, the item will be returned to force. ◆ You can not cajole health target with medicine, if the target is injured, the target will 100% accept your gift.

5. Enhanced Personnel - Manage Seize - Removed auto seize the item from prisoner when entered the city. So you have to seize the item from prisoner manually.
6. Enhanced Item - Medicines Medicines are "Backward compatible" High lv medicine can heal lower lv wounds Dying > Severe wounds > Minor wounds Fox example, life extends medicine can heal anything Severe wounds medicine can heal minor wounds
7. Improved notice of warning Now the notice shows ETA of enemy's legion
This patch fixed and added many new things, continue with the old Save may not active all new features, so we recommend to start a new game. Sorry for the inconvenience.
