The abundance of talent in the Dota 2 Workshop continues to prove far too vast to fit within a single offering of the Collector's Cache, so this frosty Diretide season welcomes a second round of treasure to keep your heroes bundled up tight.

The Diretide 2022 Collector's Caches I & II are available for $2.49 each, and both will remain on sale until January 12, 2023. All items in the Caches are untradeable and unmarketable, except for the ultra rare Tiny and Chaos Knight sets. Unboxing 14 of these treasures will automatically grant you 36 Battle Levels, and the odds of receiving a bonus rare item will increase with each one you open. You can also recycle any unwanted items for 2 Battle Levels.

The recently released Wintry Treasure 2022 unintentionally reused two already shipped sets. As a result, we're making a few fixes:

• The Lifestealer Cold Rage set is now a second style on the Obsidian Atrocity set. That set can be received either from the Wintry Treasure 2022 or The Battle Pass Collection 2022, and both the red and blue styles are unlocked no matter where the set was received from.
  
• The Night Stalker Harvest Night set has been replaced with the existing Frightful Revelries set from the Hallowed Chest of the Diretide. We've also created a new style that is unlocked on that set no matter where the set was received from.

The winter breeze may have stripped the trees of their leaves but a select group of heroes are bundled up more snugly than ever as the time comes for the seasonal Dota Plus update to appear, filled with a new seasonal treasure, plus refreshed Seasonal Quests and Rewards for you to explore during the grey days and gloomy nights ahead.

The Winter 2022 Seasonal Treasure is here, available for purchase with shards. Exclusive to Dota Plus members, this treasure features all new sets for Lifestealer, Storm Spirit, Vengeful Spirit, Spirit Breaker, Oracle, Night Stalker, Elder Titan, and Sven. There's also a chance to unlock Frosty the Seadragon, a courier preloaded with random ethereal and prismatic gems.

Today’s update also comes with a new set of Dota Plus quests to help lay away some extra shards for new relics and the Seasonal Treasure — offering up to 115,200 shards over the course of the season.

And as always, in addition to the changes above, the guild rewards for Silver-, Gold-, and Platinum-tier guilds have all been switched for the winter season.

From now until Monday, November 14th, the final candidates for the Collector's Cache will be featured for preview in the Dota 2 client, where all players can see a lineup of the item sets for easy comparison.
