      The Continuous service effect is different for each department, and the effect gives the title and armband.

      However, if an employee who has obtained the service effect of one department is placed in another department, the service effect is reset.

      Employees who have worked for more than 10 days in one department for the longest period of time will become excellent employees in that department and will receive additional benefits and a special armband.
