Issue Report
A wrong reward spray has been given to the players of the top 2 - top 10 clan.
This issue has been fixed and the members who already received the wrong rewards will have another message at inbox for the correct one. The wrong spray will be removed afterwards.

※The list of Top 4-10, 11-20, 21-50 has been arranged by alphabetical order, not by rank.
※All the clans tie in clan rank point have been included in Top 21-50.
The eligibility for the rewards is extended to the clans having played 10 or more clan matches, from a player of 30 clan matches in the clan the player belong to at the end of the period. That is, the door has been open wide to the clan members who having clan matches at least once during the event period. However, the members who had not played a clan match in their own clans during the event period cannot receive. Matches as a mercenary are also excluded from the count.
As announced before, you need to stay the clan you belong to at the reward delivery. If you move to another clan, unfortunately you may not receive.

To give the rewards to more participants, the rewards will be delivered on Dec. 17 at the maintenance, delayed by 1 week.

The masters of the top 3 clans are now able to claim clan emblems for top 3 clans.
To the masters of the top 3 clans, the codes have been sent via DLC Inbox. Contact support center before

From this season of Competitive Match, there are significant operation changes.
Get ready to jump on the new season with the following advice about the differences.

The period of Competitive Match is shortened to 8 weeks from 12 weeks. It will give you to get the season end result faster and keep you stay focused.

As explained in the glint at the previous notices, our plan is set to position Competitive Match as the individual achievement. Right. Competitive Match is the filed for you to wield your own skills and strategies. Clan Match will take the team play more.
As well, the matching often led you against unwanted opponent teams of big point differences. There have been many criteria for matching: the number of members teaming up, MMR/ELO point, region, ping, and so on. However, teaming up nullified the standards and made search could not guide you enough to the plays with the players of similar MMR/ELO. Moreover, some players exploited the teaming in order to gain unfair advantages. That is one of serious topics what we wanted to solve.
To disable teaming to queue is inevitable and we hope this move will let players enjoy better matchmaking. The previous seasons enabled the plays with friends of big differences in MMR/ELO, but it consequently gave unsatisfying play experiences. Since reconfirmation of what Competitive Match heads for, we clearly state a teaming which bring down matching balance will not be adopted. The best way to team up to play is saved for Clan Match to be taken place regularly in the future.

The required level has returned to level 30.

Now MMR/ELO point decrease by inactivity will be applied faster.

The current currencies have their own roles for the designated purposes. We found the currencies are misused against the original intention, and they will be reverted to serve their respective goals. As going through the watershed of this season, Medal is back as the rewards for personal achievements, obtainable only from participation of events or promotions. Of course the use of medal will be kept on expanding in near future.
Season end rewards by tier will be notified with another announcement as before. Also, there will a change based on utilities. Higher tier will receive more useful weapons, available till the date of next season reward delivery.
As well, we are planning additional rewards for season end rewards. The details we cannot share the shape it will become yet because it is in progress, but the result of this season will be applied. We will back to update with the announcements for it in the future.

• Completed matches only count for special missions. Surrendered matches will not count up the plays.
  
• The tier rewards can be obtained by the tier at the end of the season, not the highest tier you reached.
  
• Any attempt to dodge MMR Point decrease by inactivity without playing a competitive match may lead a permanent ban. The point shown to the other players is refreshed at the time of a player's log-in. However, the decreases have been queuing for your log-in by system. Also at the end of the event, the decrease will be applied even you do not log in even the decrease is not shown. Any claim with abusing of the system display will be deemed as an attempt to gain an unfair advantage, and the related account will be penalized.
  
• Leaving a match will lead to an immediate penalty.
  
• If the accumulated number of abandoned matches exceeds a certain number, you will be banned from entering the Competitive Channel and you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during that season.
  
• If you do not play the game, you will be ejected from the match, and if you are continuously going AFK, you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during a specific time or entire season.
  
• If you play with disruptive manners such as swearing, or intentionally sabotaging, trolling, or not playing properly that leads to consequential damage on your team while benefiting your enemy, you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during that season.
  
• When you come across players misbehaving, please report it through in-game report or the Black Squad Support Center
