BLACK SQUAD COMPETITIVE MATCH – SEASON 5 will start with the next update.
We would like to introduce the schedule, the operation plan, the events and all of the rewards.

* Some parts of the SEASON 5 end rewards will be updated with an additional announcement.

• Start: January 15th, 2020
  
• End: April 8th, 2020 (12 weeks in total)

• New and highest tier, DRAGON, is added.
  
  
• The point criteria for DRAGON is added, and the point range for COBRA tier is adjusted.
  
  • The point sets for other tiers except COBRA and DRAGON tiers are same as before.
    
• Season 5 initial MMR Point is 800, not affected by the Season 4 result.

Various events with rewards will be available during SEASON 5.

Complete the in-game missions below in Competitive Matches to get immediate rewards.

• Goal: Complete rank placements in SEASON 5
  
• How to join: Play in-game mission in Competitive Match
  
• Note: Play 6 competitive matches to complete rank placement

  - 1, 500 Medals

• Leaving a match will lead to an immediate penalty.
  
• Temporary blocking for suspicious cheating users will begin.
  
• If you repeatedly or intentionally do the following activities in Season 5, you will receive a temporary or permanent ban from participation in Competitive Matches.
  
  • Leaving a Match
    
    • If the accumulated number of abandoned matches exceeds a certain number, you will be banned from entering the Competitive Channel and you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during that season.
  • AFK
    
    • If you do not play the game, you will be ejected from the match, and if you are continuously going AFK, you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during a specific time or current season.
  • Disruptive manner like insulting & Intentionally Losing a Match
    If you play with disruptive manners such as swearing, or intentionally sabotaging, trolling, or not playing properly that leads to consequential damage on your team while benefiting your enemy, you will no longer be able to participate in Competitive Matches during that season.

We are aware there are players using unauthorized programs in order to gain unfair advantage, and inform the results of the measures visible by month as a part of our efforts.

We have always taken the actions to gain unfair advantages seriously. When a player is found to use cheats, hacks, bots, or third party soft wares that provides unfair advantages, which seriously harm the other players' game experience and fun, the user will be permanently banned from the game. The progress or results information of a respective ticket or a report is not publicized. However, we keeps on striving to make level playing field and taking the necessary measures.
As a part of our endeavor and the determination against unfair advantage, we disclose the monthly fluctuation of the imposed bans.
※ The 2019 December bans are being counted, so it is excluded from the graph.


We always keep on seeking the ways to stand against the issues. Detailed opinions are carefully heard, and investigations based on the shared feedbacks are being operated. For your competitive game play, we are working to detect cheats and hacks, and welcome your reports.

We appreciate your feedbacks again, and are waiting for your valuable reports to be submitted with referring the following instructions.

BLACK SQUAD COMPETITIVE MATCH - SEASON 4 is ending very soon! You only have more few days until the season ends on January 6th. So make sure you get those competitive matches in and rank up to get those juicy end-season rewards!
