We have extremely exciting news! As you all have noticed, It has been quite some time since our last update... this is because... Black Squad will officially launch out of Early Access on JUNE 26th 2019!

We want to take this moment to thanks all our players' love for Black Squad, only because of you were we able to service Black Squad for the past 2 years during Early Access.

We will continue to do our best to provide enjoyable gaming experiences for our players through regular updates, creating events, and making improvements based on player feedback. We wish we could implement everyone's wishes for the game, but we must evaluate each feature based on priority and the balance of the game.

Black Squad’s first update leaving Early Access will take place on the upcoming Wednesday, June 26th.

We have updated Black Squad's Code of Conduct. Please take note of the following:


The Black Squad Team reserves the right to apply sanctions to cases not defined in this list when necessary.


When participating in communication, you are responsible for how you express yourself. You may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others, whether it is provoked or unprovoked.

Hate speech and discriminatory language, such as xenophobic, racist, and sexist speech is inappropriate, as is any obscene or disruptive language.

Threatening or harassing another player is always unacceptable, regardless of the nature of the language used, tone and repetitiveness of the threats or harassment.

Violating any of these expectations will result in a temporary account ban. More serious and repeated violations will result in greater punishments and may result in a permanent ban of your account.

Any name the player has the ability to customize — such as Name Tags, or Clan Name — must be appropriate and inoffensive. Any name that violates our standards or disrupts the community will be changed automatically without warning.

It is prohibited to use names that can be used to impersonate a member of the staff, including "GM" "CM" "Mod" and any variation of terms related to the management or staff of the game. Any nickname found or reported containing these terms will be renamed without prior notice.

You are responsible for how you and your account are represented in the game. Cheating in any fashion will result in immediate action. Using third-party programs to automate any facet of the game, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating and could lead to a lifetime ban of the account and/or your PC.

Any form of promotion of cheats is considered an offense and will be punished accordingly. According to NS Studio and NeoBricks' decision, hack promotion could also lead to a lifetime ban of the involved accounts.

Exploiting other players is an equally serious offense. Account sharing or selling, win-trading, and anything else that creates an unfair gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties such as an account reset or ban. This will be applied to players as well as to clans.

Please note that if your clan is caught cheating in any way, for example using hacks or boosting, your clan may lose all XP, rank points, and become ineligible for all further rewards from events.

In all cases in which an experience deduction is due as part of a punishment, the Medics' criteria will be used based on each particular case.

Behavior that intentionally detracts from others' enjoyment such as: AFK, teaming in solo/duo competitive, leaving games in competitive, supporting the enemy, etc. is unacceptable. Excessive occasions will result in a permanent ban of your account.

Discrimination, Racism, Sexism will not be tolerated, excessive behavior will result in a permanent ban of your account.

Acceptable behavior is determined by player reports and the Medics’ decision, and violating these guidelines will result in account restrictions.

The Medics are the designated staff to enforce this Code of Conduct and Punishment Policy. Any threat, insult, harassment, name shaming, or any other form of attack towards the Medics, or any other Black Squad staff, is forbidden and will lead to penalties according to each case.

If you encounter players violating any of the rules above described, we encourage you to send us a report containing proof such as screenshots or videos here: http://support.blacksquad.com; so we can act against violators as soon as possible.

We are aware there are players using unauthorized programs to gain unfair advantage in gameplay which seriously damages the integrity of the game. We always strive to preserve the game experience for our players as well as our game environments. We have been taking serious actions against exploits of hacks and cheats that keep you from enjoying Black Squad. We are working on the issues by the following measures:

-Automatized restriction via Battleye

-Restriction after the review on the tickets sent by our players

-Internal monitoring and restriction

Exploits of unauthorized programs will lead to a permanent ban without any notice, during the last 3 months, approx. 500 accounts have been banned per month.Serious actions have been taken against cheat creators and the technical analysis with implementation. We know your frustration when you are one of the victims of the exploits, in spite of our continuous efforts to provide fair environments. If you face a cheater, a player promoting a hack, or a distributor of unauthorized programs, please submit your report, and we will review with priority.

#BlackSquadSummer

Our official Discord has been remodeled so that you can access the menu with better visibility. Some menu channels have been merged together. And most importantly we have introduced direct communication between players and the Community Managers / Discord Moderators.

Direct Communication can now be done through our new Discord Bot, Modmail, which enables you to communicate and/or report directly to the staff. All you have to do is direct message (DM) the bot and this will automatically create a Support Ticket for you with a designated ticket number. Black Squad Medics and Moderators will then answer each of your tickets as quickly as possible, to the best of our abilities. You can check the Discord #help channel for further instruction.

The Discord ban process has become clearer in Discord. And we have added universal FAQ for each supported language across Discord, Steam Discussions, and the Support Center.

We are also planning to provide the community cup summary as a calendar, so that players who want to join a community cup can see when and where they will occur.
