We want to introduce the new Clan Mercenary System. Every soldier will be able to join Clan Ranked Matches for multiple events in the upcoming patch. It will begin on February 20th.

1. Every soldier can join the Clan Channel.

2. Soldiers without a Clan can join the Clan Ranked Matches through buying a Mercenary License. The Mercenary License is available to purchase in the Medal Shop.

3. VIVOX - Voice chat will be enabled for Clan Ranked Matches.

Starting with the new Clan Mercenary System, we planned the following events for Clan Ranked Matches shown below:

Event Period: February 20 - March 27
The "Clan Ranked Match" will be added as a Special Mission.

• Current Individual / Clan Rank Points will be reset during the scheduled maintenance, and new Clan Ranked Points will be calculated.
  
• Rewards of Event 1 and Event 2 will be sent at the end of the events.
  
• Event 2 rewards are calculated based on the clan you belong to at the end of the event. You must have a record of participating in more than 30 Clan Rank Matches in the same clan.
  
• To receive event rewards, players must complete more than 30 matches.
  
• Players without a Clan or a Mercenary License cannot create or join a match room in the Clan Match server.
  
• Players with a Mercenary License, but without a clan, can only earn Individual Rank Points, not Clan Rank Points.
  
• To start a match, the minimum required Clan Members in a team is 3. Teams with only Mercenaries can not start a match.

• Fixed a bug where VIEW DETAILS>RECORD>WIN% displays inappropriately.
  
• Fixed a bug the leaving penalty applies not to the leaving the match solider, but to the other soldiers, when the solider leaves the match.
  
• Fixed an error BattlEye kicks out soldiers abnormally.

      • Now: As the number of matches left accumulates, Ban Time also increases. However, if you complete 5 matches of Competitive Matches, the match leaving penalty will be removed.
        
      • [Note] However, if the quantity of left matches reaches 10, the system regards that solider as an abnormal solider who is not willing to participate normally in a Competitive Match.
        
      
      
    • The Competitive Match Inactivity Alarm UI added for soldiers who do not participate in Competitive Matches for a long time.

1. Upload your videos on our Steam Store VIDEOS page: https://steamcommunity.com/app/550650/videos/
- All participating videos must contain "[UCC]" in the title.
- Submissions will be accepted until 12:00 AM UTC February 10, 2019
2. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube before you submit them on Steam Community.

4. 10 Finalists will be decided by the Black Squad Team
5. On February 18, the community votes for the best video through Discord!
