The Streamer who will have more heart vote ( ) for each server will become the caster of the Final!

Informations needed:

• IGN
  
• Twitch link
  
• Of which server you would like to stream the Final
  
• What Language you will stream in
  
• (Optional) If you have a message for players to vote for you or something special you would like to highlight about you or your streams

Streamers can add informations and Players can vote on the channel from  today (12th Feb.) 18:00 CET to Sunday (18th Feb.) 18:00 CET.
So, be fast! 

Notes:

• Only Heart ( ) votes will be counted 
  
• Streamers will be granted a special Observer grade during the Finals to permit to observe and stream the game in best conditions. Grades will be granted 30 minutes before the match, and as an Observer, the Caster will not be able to reach normal servers until the end of the Finals.
  
• Finals dates will be decided on 19-20 Feb with teams
  
• In case of close votes, Partners may be chosen in priority

1. Select a clan representative from among 5 players who will participate in the Semifinal. Clan representatives are in charge of all communication with opposing clans and the Admins (Black Squad Team, Medics, Discord mods) throughout the whole tournament period.
   
2. Clan representatives are required to confirm their participation in our Discord(CLARE CUP #confirmation-of-participation) with following information.
   - Clan Name
   - 2-week Rank
   - Preferred Region to Play Tournament: 1st and 2nd preference
   - A screenshot of your clan profile, displaying your Callsign

• If clan representatives DO NOT confirm their participation on their submission dates, you CANNOT participate in the Semifinal.
