Ever wished you could discover a prehistoric treasure? Well pick up the Prehistoric Random Box from the NosMall between 11th October (11 AM) and 18th October (11 AM CEST) and become a true palaeontologist!
With a pinch of good fortune, you could dig up the prehistorically brand-new Baby Raptor Blue pet, a Gecko Paladin, Little Princess Venus or one many other long buried treasures.
In celebration of NosTale’s 14th anniversary, we’re running an international fan art contest in which players from around the world can compete to win some really cool in-game items.
But that’s not all! The theme for this competition is ‘Items and Equipment’, by which we mean armour, weapons, pets, partners, wings and costumes. The winning designs will be passed on to the game’s developers Entwell, and if they find a concept they like, they may even implement it in the game!

In addition to your design (max. 20MB), please include in the email your character name and the server which you play on (so we can send you your prizes if you win).

If your entry is implemented in the game, you’ll get 5 copies of the item for you and your friends.

All submissions will be reviewed from 27th October and the winners chosen from an internal vote open to all NosTale team members. After the voting is closed (~2 weeks), the winners will be officially announced and receive their rewards, with their submissions posted in our forums and on social media.
Please note: Winning does not guarantee that your idea will be implemented in the game; the final decision is down to game developers Entwell Co., Ltd. in South Korea.

Free Kangaroo Mount!
Here’s your chance to pick up a bouncy 14th Anniversary Kangaroo! Simply collect it for free from the NosMall from Monday 18th onwards. If you prefer a mount that packs a punch, then pick up a Boxer Kangaroo Random Box which may contain a 14th Anniversary Boxer Kangaroo. If you don’t manage to find this antipodean pugilist after purchasing 30 boxes, you’ll get the exclusive mount together with the 30th box guaranteed.
The Great Collectors’ Event
Mimi Mentor is sending you on the hunt for various letters and numbers. These can be collected when defeating monsters. Use them to restore HP, MP or SP, or exchange them for exclusive event prizes from Mimi.
Collect the letters N, O, S, Y, E, A, R and the number 14 and exchange them for a 14th Anniversary Medal from Mimi Mentor. This will earn you and your NosMates 10% more experience points for 15 days, and increase attack and defence by 10%.
Collect the letters Y, E, A, R and the number 14 and exchange them for a 14th Anniversary Buff from Mimi Mentor. This increases your max. HP and MP by 10% for 3,200 seconds (~53 minutes).
Collect N, O, S and refill your basic specialist points.
EXP Event
Gobble up double experience between 22nd October (midnight) and 25th October (11:59 PM CEST) for defeating monsters and completing quests.
Make the most of the Family XP Event and gather experience with your NosTale family even faster. During the event, the rate you earn FXP will increase by 100%.
Being part of a NosTale family has never been so rewarding. Between 08/10 (11 AM CEST) and 11/10 (11 AM CEST), you’ll get tons more family experience (FXP) which you and your NosTale family members earn for completing daily missions and achievements. These points allow you to improve your family and climb the rankings.
If that’s not enough for you, then you can even increase the rate. Using FXP Boosters you can double the amount of FXP earned for 1, 3 or 7 days. You’ll find the FXP Boosters in the NosMall.
