- Fixed a bug causing the game to get stuck at the elevator event in Kuroko's story. Thanks @Koby! - Much better performance with the custom setting Ui Quality set to High (instead of Very High / Ultra) or when using the global quality preset High or lower. The FPS increase should be major on a system with a low performance GPU and a high resolution display. - Fixed the Anime videos not showing on Linux.
Note: If you have a black screen on Linux please try this command line parameter: -force-vulkan To set this parameter, please right click on the game's icon on Steam > Properties > General > Set Launch Options. Thanks @DarkeoX!
Battles - Fury is now on the main command menu and can be skipped / activated when needed. Some stats are temporarily +33% when in fury. - Adding an elemental orb to the armor will reduce the damage received from that element. - Merging orbs will now also give access to the base orb. - Added a few more orb combinations using the "Everyone" orb. - Haru's orb sword will now work without an elemental orb. - Weapons elemental damage is now merged with the initial damage - no more weird multi damage animation. - Static stats per character and level - no more randomness in stats when leveling up. - Added many voices in Japanese that triggers in various situations during battles, for both Haru and Kuroko, with subtitles. - A few visual improvements: New lightning orbs GFXs, elemental orbs are now visible on the weapons, etc.
Misc: - Added the battle zones to the completion %. An easy fix is needed to update your global completion: Please load any of your saves, go to the field menu then return to the title screen. - Modified a few dialogues such as the first cutscene with Emiko and the ending cutscenes. - Added subtitles to the OP Anime. If you've completed Haru's story you can watch it again on the title screen > Extras > Anime. - Updated Unity from 2017 to 2019 which have removed the resolution dialog as it's now deprecated. Though you can launch the game with command line parameters if needed: https://neko.works/upload/650.png - Added a few input alternatives as requested: NumPad5: A.R. Goggles. E: Validate. - Updated both DLCs with a few more art.
And many more minor improvements and fixes!

Hi everyone, quick update about Episode 2 of my turn-based Japanese-style RPG series Light Fairytale.
After the full release of Episode 1 on Steam in May 2019, I've been working on the consoles ports - PlayStation 4 and Xbox One - until the last release in the end of November 2019.
I was only able to focus on Episode 2 since December 2019, though the development is progressing smoothly. I've implemented 2 towns and 1 dungeon, I'm currently working on the 2nd dungeon. I'm planning 3 towns and 3 dungeons overall for this episode which should release on Steam around July 2020.
If you haven't already, please add it to your wishlist to be notified on the release!
Improved battle system: The timer is replaced by a turn system which allows for both more strategy and faster battles. Please check the video bellow to see it in action!
The user interface including all 2D elements such as texts and portraits is now rendered separately in a higher resolution resulting in sharper details. The 3D elements still depends on the internal resolution. So, you can now mix high resolution 2D with low resolution 3D (good performance while still having readable texts).
New graphics setting: User Interface. Set it to either High (default) or Ultra (for high-end devices).
New graphics setting: Horizontal Resolution - which complement the Internal Resolution setting. Set it to 75% for a decent performance boost while still looking good enough.
New stairs/bridges system: The player will now reach the other side automatically. If the animation gets stuck (which should not happen), press Start / ESC then select "Skip this scene" to reach the other side instantly.
