As we have discovered a side-by-side error that randomly occurred when launching Digimon Masters Online, we have applied according solutions for the error and the players who have experienced it.

The following are the reported issues that we have confirmed so far.
1. Unlocked Evolution slots of Digimons resetting when player re-logs in after being offline for a while 2. Unlocked Riding Modes of Digimons resetting when: same as above 3. Digimon’s EXP and Skill Point resetting when: same as above
Accordingly, we have dealt with the problems as the following:
1. All initialized evolution slots are restored, however, Evoluters and evolution-related items are planned to be compensated for at around:
10:00 AM, Nov 8th (GMT+9) 05:00 PM, Nov 8th (PST)/08:00 PM (EST) 01:00 AM, Nov 8th (GMT).
2. Riding Mode slots have not been restored. But instead, Riding Mode items have been provided. 3. Digimon EXPs and Skill Points have been restored to equivalent/higher values than the original.
※ Note: All compensation items will be provided to Gift & Reward Storage. Please kindly be reminded that the items will expire after 7 days if not moved to inventory.
