We apologize for our delay in getting this set up.
If you've purchased Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition in the past week that means you will have received the "launch" discount of 20% as opposed to the 50% loyalty discount. To make this up to you, we have come up with the following 2 options.

You can either receive a free Game Character Hub DLC of your choice or an equivalent amount in RPG Maker Web store credit. Please email games@degica.com with your receipt and we will set this up for you.

We also wanted to mention that for a short period of time the "loyalty" discount was stacking with the "launch" discount. This would have allowed you to purchase GCH:PE at 70% off :O This was unintended but if you got the program at that super discount, congrats!

Our next update for GCH:PE will be to release the original GCH DLCs in PE format. If you own the original DLC, you will be able to use them in PE free of charge.

Expect to see Steam Workshop compatability following shortly after that.

There has been a lot of discussion over the weekend about Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition.

The developer Sebastien Bini has just created a thread addressing some of the concerns and detailing what is in the new version:

Essentially, Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition is a complete new product, and not just an upgrade to the original Game Character Hub. It's been rebuilt from the ground up to support RPG Maker MV and has a lot of improvements and tweaks.

The developer is also committed to updating it for free for at least the next 2 years. Just like he did with Game Character Hub, he'll take feature requests from users and implement them.

We realize that some users may be upset as the MV update was originally going to be released last winter as part of Game Character Hub.
We apologize for the lack of communication on our part and any confusion it may have caused.

Here's how we're going to fix this:

1. Loyalty Discount
We are looking into setting up a 50% loyalty discount for any GCH owners who purchase GCH:PE. Any GCH owner that has already purchased GCH:PE will receive equivalent RPG maker store credit or a DLC pack. We will have more details on this shortly.

2. Free Trial Version
We'll be releasing a free trial version of Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition in the next 1-2 weeks. It will be a fully featured 15 day trial so you will be able to see for yourself what the new Game Character Hub is like.

3. Future Updates
Sebastien plans on continuing to update Game Character Hub: Portfolio Edition. He's focusing on Steam Workshop support as well as improvements to the drawing tools. He's also welcoming user feedback and suggestions for improvements.

We really appreciate the support everyone has shown for Game Character Hub over the past few years. We hope you'll forgive us this honest mistake and join us in Portfolio Edition.
