Emma Spalding from GameSkinny came to talk to us at EGX. We spent a while playing and here's her preview of Insane Robots:
"I was instantly drawn in by the bright and cartoony graphics (...) Insane Robots falls into many categories. It has been described as a 2D 'rogue-lite' strategy game with elements of a turn-based card-battler in which you play a robot that has been thrown into an arena due to a malfunction. Your simple aim is to defeat all other robots in the arena and get out!"

Darkworld Gaming's founders Ian and Frankie Dingle spent some time playing Insane Robots with us at EGX Rezzed. Here's what they wrote about the game:
"If you’re looking for a unique gaming experience, look no further than Insane Robots. It is an exceptional card battler in which you duke it out with randomly generated survival arenas in a tournament style single player campaign. You may be scratching your head wondering how this could possibly work, but it really does."

We've posted an important message from our benevolent ruler, The Kernel, on the game's store page. His wisdom is truly inspirational, especially for those brave and selfless robots who are sent to make the ultimate sacrifice in the arenas.
There's a second message that we're only posting here.
Let us know what you think and which one you prefer?
