Hello everyone, happy Spooktober! We have a special spooky update for you so let's get to it!



So we have some new seasonal features for you all and some of the more permanent ones. So let's start with the spooky ones. There are some I will mention here and some I will leave as a... surprise. So let's get to it!

You might want to check out that cabin location again. You know the one.



Popular from last year the spooky fog is back! Giving you all that ominous feeling on the island and excellent excuse to drive on roads like jackasses.



But we he heard the concerns from the last time fog appeared on the island, that it got really annoying after a while being always on. So we now introduced a proper fog system. The fog will now have a chance to appear depending on the time of day and weather change. But when it hits it hits hard, so make sure you keep that situational awareness because you never know what dangers the fog brings.



Have you ever wondered "hey I am using this sword to kill so many puppets but my weapon is never bloody?" Of course you did our little psychopaths, and we are here to oblige you. Besides what better way to seethe horror into your opponent hearts than charging at them with a bloodied weapon right before you get shot.









We added bikes recently and in that post we promised more variety of them and we are here to deliver. For those extreme sports enthusiasts and energy drink connoisseurs, mountain bikes are now in!





So get your tightest pants for maximum speed and go break a leg, yours or someone else makes no difference to us.



We have a new POI on the island right now the Salt ponds! That is right, we decided there is not enough salt on the island because killed players do not count. Jokes aside these things are all over the Croatian coastline so it felt weird not adding them in. Located in Z2 sector, you can find the souls of players from your favorite MOBA franchise.









But the location was not just added willy nilly it actually represents a new feature. You know that huge meat storage you got in your base after committing geno.... animal depopulation across the island? Yeah it turns out fresh meat turns bad real fast if not prepared properly, who knew?

So we added a new feature where you can salt meat to help it preserve longer! All you need is to find a little bit of salt, grab a slab of meat and just slap it. A little love tap. In reality you just need to select salt and the meat you want then a simple right click and bum salted meat!





Alright my fellow gun nuts. We heard your requests of wanting to show of your arsenal or have thee option to quickly load out when you RP being under attack. So we added the gun racks.





Just build one of these, or multiple if you want, and you can showcase your favorite weapons and keep them close by your side. You can even lock them and it will visually show a chain appear keeping your little friends safe.



  • Fixed the bug where on some locations you can hear water running even though there isn't any.
  • Fixed the bug where barbed wire traps would deal damage to players in vehicles.
  • Fixed the bug where the UI would flicker when dragging items over other items.
  • Fixed the bug where sometimes the vehicle camera would autorotate.
  • Fixed the bug where sometimes player could not sometimes rest on beds.
  • Fixed the bug where you could not force open locks with high STR stat.
  • Fixed the bug where respawn screen would not correctly show FP cost when modifier is changed.
  • Fixed the bug where it was possible to glitch the ammo count to constantly show.
  • Fixed the bug where chopping one fish would give other fish meat.
  • Fixed the bug where the 1911 fire sound would not be heard in close proximity.


  • Chopping female deer will now properly spawn doe corpse, and chopping male deer will now properly spawn buck corpse.
  • Driving a wheelbarrow no longer gives driving skill experience.
  • Puppet and prisoner arms now do melee and throwing damage.
  • Wardrobe, large log shed, small log shed and storage shelf are now repairable with toolbox.
  • Water bucket will now be crafted empty of resources.
  • Small impact projectiles no longer do damage to BB elements.
  • Updated translations for French, German, Russian, Japanese, Spanish, Chinese Simplified and Polish translations.
  • Tweaked health value on small shed, large shed, improvised wardrobe and storage shelf.


  • You can now also spawn in vehicles, puppets and animals on the location or the player that you want to.

    Arguments for those commands are next:

    • #spawnitem <name> <count> Location "<location>"
    • #spawnvehicle <name> <count> Location "<location>"
    • #spawnzombie <name> <count> Location "<location>"
    • #spawnanimal <name> <count> Location "<location>"

    Please remember if you want location spawn to work you need to put the location in quotation marks.

Hello everyone and welcome aboard another hotfix. We also have an important announcement for you as well so pay close attention!



Big news on the International front. Not only have the people in the translators section working hard nad already delivered on in game translations, we are now launching the Community ambassadors section. You already know on our steam forums we have multi lingual section where you can write in your own native language now we have people capable to rely that information to us. They will have the mod tags so you know they are legit. but it will not only be available on Steam forums but on our official discord.

New international channels have been created where you can communicate with each other and the ambassadors. You are not in the official discord yet? What are you waiting for, you can join in here!


  • Fixed the bug where sometimes electric doors in the Killbox would be open right from the start of the game.
  • Fixed the bug where photomode would prevent players from treating wounds.
  • Fixed the bug where check firing mode would show a white square.
  • Fixed the bug where sometimes item in prisoners hands was visible even though the prisoner is not.
  • Fixed the bug where there was no tooltip for the INT stat.
  • Fixed the bug where announcement messages would not show up properly.
  • Fixed the bug where custom zone base building setting not working properly.
  • Fixed the bug where it was possible to claim kills more than once.
  • Fixed the bug where you could not wash rags and rag strips.
  • Fixed the bug where some items would not show up in inventory UI when taken in hands.
  • Fixed the bug where third person cam in vehicles would randomly twitch.
  • Fixed the bug where server list would sometimes not refresh properly.


  • Removed the environment temperature indicator from the ICU monitor as it was too confusing, you can still see the temperature in the STATS panel.
  • Bicycles are now repairable with toolbox.
  • Decreased AI perception loudness of bicycles.
  • Explosion damage now works on doors properly.
  • Removed the extra baseball bat in deathmatch brawl.
  • Popcorn can now be crafted with an empty pot.
  • Improvised fishing rod will now only be craftable with long wooden sticks.
  • Tweaked vehicles cameras.
  • Barbed spike trap no longer damages player while driving a vehicle.

Hello everyone, we meet again! Time for another update! Something new and fixes of the old



Yep, yall kept asking "Bicycles when?", well bicycles now! Get your tracksuits and shorts ready, helmet or not and prepare to ride down the road not caring about any traffic laws and then wonder why everyone hates you!



Currently only one bicycle is available, the old classico. Very common in Croatian used ad sites, this bicycle may not be fast, or attractive, or sturdy but it will get you there!



So whether you are doing Tour de SCUM or running away from puppets, just hop on and pedal away.





You have already seen some screens about it, and now it is here. Attention all you tourists that are looking into a perfect and cheap location spot! The camping site is now set up. You are now free to set up your trailer or tent, relax, put on your socks and sandals and head to the first mountain so you can get lost and need to be rescued. By rescued we mean killed by surrounding puppets who were probably people that had the same idea at one point.











Located in the C0 sector, waiting for your arrival.



We have some new items for you, specifically you sneaky bastards. Adding some new suppressors to the M82 and the Hunter rifles!

  • Fixed the bug where C1 injuries would have too long stabilization time.
  • Fixed the bug where sometimes you could not unbury 2 chests next to eachother.


  • Water collectors won't lose durability anymore when drinking from them
  • More BB elements now take explosive damage.
  • Improved third person camera on vehicles.
  • Tweaked the stamina recovery for some actions.
  • Redesigned the photo mode UI.
  • Bomb defusal minigame will now properly scale on widescreens.
  • Pressure cooking bomb can now be crafted with empty pots.
  • Puppets now take more fall damage.
  • Crafting metal tip crossbow bolt will now add XP to survival skill.
  • Improvised short paddle now has proper weight value.
  • Added Japanese language.

  • Custom zones can now allow base building on POI areas.

Hey everyone, what do you know a hotfix after a patch. You know we won't leave you hanging so let's get to it.




  • Fixed the bug where puppets could not take fall damage.
  • Fixed the bug where admin drones would show prisoner HUD.
  • Fixed the bug where rain collectors would disappear like regular items when outside vicinity.
  • Fixed the bug where Desert Eagle .50 stove pipe malfunction would bug out.
  • Fixed the bug where rain collectors would show wrong usage numbers while in chests.


  • Fishing reels are now repairable with toolboxes.
  • Entering a zone now displays its region name instead of the configuration name.
  • Water collectors won't lose durability anymore when drinking from them.

Hello everyone happy Friday! We have a new update for you and boy is it a good one. Also we are making a round of shoutouts for the projects they have been working on with passion for the game. So check it out!

PSA: listed below is a bugfix for the Shelter bug, but in order to be rid of that bug we had to wipe old shelters, so make sure you create new ones!!!


First of all a highly requested feature not only by you guys but also internally during testing.

You can now switch seats in the vehicle without getting out!



Took a while to do this feature but it is finally here, so if you are chasing that thief across the map and need to switch seats to get a better shot or maybe want to go high speed charge someone and switch seats to confuse them, now you can!

The default keys for switching keys are F1, F2, F3 and so on depending on the number of seats available. Keep in mind you can switch yo seats you can physically access, so you can't just hop out to the back of the pickup mid drive from the inside.

Note that you will have to rebind the event scoreboard from F1 in order to be able to switch to the driver seat.



Ever walked around the woods, lost for 2 days, thinking to yourself "Man. I'm so hungry I could eat a carcass."

Well guess what buddy, now you can!



On those desolate parts of the map, there is chance to find an old carcass! You can definitely loot it to try and find some food, but we do not guarantee the quality of the meat.



Another POI has hit the scene! Welcome to the town of Rogoznica!









A beautiful coastal location set in the Z3 sector,



Introducing the Admin panel. We have gotten requests from all of the server admins for better and user friendly control of their servers. Well here it is! Currently the option to set and update zones in real time is added but more functions will come to it soon!



The interface is user friendly and allows a lot of options on the fly. You can set the position, size, shape even color of each zone and then set what you want to allow or disallow in it.

There are 3 options for each zone:
  • Ignore
  • Allow
  • Block

Allow and Block are pretty self explanatory but what is Ignore? Well in a chance you want to create overlapping zones and there is a parameter you want to keep from another zone in the overlap area, you put ignore on that parameter. Otherwise the region that comes first takes priority, or in case of no overlap the parameter just takes default setting.

After you've set the zones and color you press apply and the zone will show up on the map.



Oh and this also works in Singleplayer!



  • Fixed the bug that caused server crashes.

  • Fixed the bug where it was possible to extend the zoom on scopes more than it should be.
  • Fixed the bug where increasing or decreasing Weapon Scope display brightness would turn the flashlight on/off.
  • Fixed the bug where puppets would sometimes bug out.
  • Fixed the bug where puppets would not drop attached items when looted(ex. arrows).
  • Fixed the bug where relogging would make your body disappear.
  • Fixed the audio bug on eating meat skewer.
  • Fixed grips on opened variations of dog and cat food.
  • Fixed the bug where in some cases non alphabetic characters would not show up properly.
  • Fixed the bug where player would sometimes not be able to cancel the load action.
  • Fixed the bug where puppets struck with with thrown weapons would go blind.
  • Fixed the bug that caused FPS drops when looting other players.
  • Fixed the bug where explosions would not deal damage to BB elements in SP.
  • Fixed the bug where it was possible to overload boltaction rifles.
  • Fixed the grips on drumsticks(meat, we have not added drums so don't even ask).
  • Fixed the bug where the bow would bugout when added to full inventory.
  • Fixed the bug where you could not max out a skill when the attribute related is on border value.
  • Fixed the bug where it was sometimes possible to fuel vehicles with water.
  • Fixed the bug where you could infinitely decrease intensity on lanterns.
  • Fixed the bug regarding shelter and bed spawns.
  • Fixed the bug that sometimes caused binoculars to be useless after leaving combat mode.
  • Fixed the bug related to the quick access.


  • Adjusted nutritional information for pinecones.
  • You can now drink Isopropyl Alcohol if you want.
  • Improvements to server stability.
  • Added new variations of dirtbikes.
  • It is now possible to drive motorcycles and hold a gun in the hand.
  • Chopping animal meat will now result in meat with same durability like the item that was chopped.
  • Crafting arrows and bolts will now properly give XP to survival skill.
  • Washing clothes on wells now use 2 liters of water for full wash.
  • Added cause bleeding injury characteristic to more melee weapons.
  • Fixed quiver visibility when prisoner is in vehicle.
  • Added a winter clothing item for prisoners that start in cold areas on the island.
  • Added further translations to the game.


  • Admins can now set fake names to others.
  • Adjusted the animations for controlling boats to make it possible to shoot while operating them.
  • The killbox panic button will now only be active when the killbox door closes.
  • Adjusted the time when the killbox door starts to close.
  • Admin drones can now see door upgrades information.
  • #spawnitem command can now also set the dirtiness level on items.
  • #spawnitem can now work in 4 different ways, either you can use long sting for location that you can acquire by pressing CTRL and C while using quotation marks, same goes for the location that is acquired by doing #location (player name), you can also use steamID of certain player to spawn item next to him.
