Server Maintenance tomorrow at 01:00 pm CEST

Tomorrow there will be a server maintenance at 01:00 pm CEST, all servers will be down for at least 2 hours. The service should be back up and running at 3:00 pm CEST. In addition, the US East server will be taken down for additional 2 hours and should be back at 05:00 pm CEST. However, the extended downtime will only effect the US East server, you still can play on both US Central or US West servers at 3:00 pm CEST. We aim to have the servers back up and running asap so please make sure to keep an eye on our Forums, Twitter and Facebook pages for more updates during the downtime. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The downtime will only effect the US East server, you still can play on both US Central or US West servers. After a few hours maintenance the Tactical Intervention servers are back online!
GamePoint Purchasing is now working again for the EU and Russian Servers along with a number of other fixes and updates.

EU and Russian Servers: Temporary GP Purchasing Issue

We are aware of a Technical Issue on the EU and Russian Servers. Players there are not currently able to make purchases using GamePoints, however you can still purchase with GamePoints on the US Servers and your items will be available across all servers. We are working on a fix for this problem and aim to have everything back to normal as soon as possible.
