GTFO - [10c] Community-Calle

Prisoners, it’s time to return to Rundown 2.0, released back in March 2020 following the success of the Early Access release a couple of months before. And if you thought that ALT://Rundown 1.0 was a breeze you just need to read the name “Infection” to understand that this will be more of a challenge.

In ALT://Rundown 2.0 Infection, you are tasked with retrieving a neonate Hydro Stasis Unit (HSU) and bringing it through a mysterious process involving various machines. While doing so, you and your team will catch a glimpse of the state of the world outside the nightmarish undergrounds of GTFO. But are your memories true?

Make it through all the expeditions and there's a new helmet waiting for you on the other side. The HF Tardigrade C helmet will prove that you've been to hell and back. Wear it with pride.

Your arsenal has been ungraded with two primary weapons from Rundown 2.0. The Malatack CH 4 Burst Rifle and Raptus Treffen Machine Pistol are now back at your disposal.

With this second phase of our plan for GTFO we are committed to continuing to add on the available expeditions at any given time. While at the same time shining new light on the dark parts of The Complex, giving you even more extreme challenges.

In The Complex, the darkness can be both your enemy and ally. It lets you slip away unnoticed after a successful expedition, leaving any horrors encountered still sleeping. But also makes you stumble right into the unforgiving embrace of a towering monstrosity.

To celebrate this darkness we are releasing a limited dark palette that lets you melt into the surroundings. But beware, teammates with happy trigger fingers might not see you until it’s too late and they wasted precious ammunition on you.

GTFO - [10c] Community-Calle
Last time we were nominated for “Best Game You Suck At” for the Steam Awards at the Early Access release we were beaten by Apex Legends. We need to fix this. Not only is the game still brutally challenging in its full release, but everyone that has played GTFO knows that this is our category and here is why:

Rundown 7.0 - Rise statistics
Success rates of total expedition attempts
  • A1 - 38,65%
  • B1 - 19,63%
  • B2 - 21,84%
  • B3 - 18,47%
  • C1 - 9,48%
  • C2 - 16,81%
  • C3 - 8,56%
  • D1 - 9,44%
  • D2 - 10,85%
  • E1 - 5,72%
To prove our point even further, this is Professor Scaler, a prominent top-tier GTFO community member with 1500+ hours in the game. Still dying.

In this Phase 2 of GTFO, we are adding back all the old Rundowns so you can suck at more content than ever before. Nominate us now!

GTFO - [10c] Community-Calle

Welcome back to The Complex, prisoners. With ALT://Rundown 1.0 Deviation we are going back to where it all began. However, your memories may fail you as this nightmare is not what it used to be. When you revisit the six expeditions you will realize that things have changed down there — and not for the better. You must work together or you will die together.

And die you will. With no checkpoints, these challenges come with no second (third, fourth or fifth) chances. Your ability to adapt and survive will be tested just as before, but with the added bonuses of boosters and bots if you need a helping hand to extract safely.

If you would happen to clear all expeditions in ALT://Rundown 1.0 you will be rewarded with the Omneco Pro-Tech Mark I mask.

In this second phase of GTFO we will not remove any expeditions and with every revisited Rundown the number of available experiences will only grow.

GTFO - [10c] Community-Calle

In late August we shared our plan on how future Rundowns in GTFO will work – the previous ones are coming back and we will be keeping all new content as it is added. We are kicking it off where it all started, by granting access to ALT://Rundown 1.0 Deviation in a couple of weeks. All six maps in this first set of expeditions are returning, alongside old favorite weapons, but some things have changed…

ALT://Rundown 1.0 Deviation deepens the mystery of The Complex even further. Prepare to enter a new dimension of terror, where the past is reborn with sharper teeth and tougher challenges. You must remaster your skills and hone your teamwork if you are to survive this new, but familiar, nightmare.

For many prisoners, these expeditions are new horrors and we want to give you ample time to prepare for Rundown 8, which will now release after the previous ones are revisited.

With this second phase of our plan for GTFO we are committed to continuing to add on the available expeditions at any given time. While at the same time shining new light on the dark parts of The Complex, giving you even more extreme challenges.

GTFO will continue to grow from here.
GTFO - [10c] Community-Calle
Rundown 7.0 Rise brought you and your team of prisoners deeper into The Complex, to places never seen. Areas of green vegetation and humid air, even though the stench of rotten pumpkins could be a bit overwhelming in some rooms. This calls for a new type of apparel and with this new Commando Camouflage set you can blend even more Don’t trust it to make you less visible to the creatures of The Complex as they seem to be using other senses than their eyes to track you.

Clear any four expeditions to complete the set of a backpack, vest, and pants. A red palette is also available as the fourth reward if the green only makes your teammates startled and trigger happy.

If you need new friends to play with, GTFO is 25 % off during the whole loot event.
GTFO - [10c] Community-Calle
Rundown 7.0 Rise was released earlier this summer and it's time for its second patch that includes community requested fixes and and quality of life improvements. We've gotten really good feedback from the modding community and we are testing some of their suggestions, including the latency-induced desync of enemy positions. This is a partial fix but it mitigates some of the symptoms of the core problem. With that said, we would really appreciate your feedback on this. Checkpoint-related bugs are still on our highest priority.
