Meet five daring light tanks — swift, compact, featuring great damage per minute and a short aiming time! Tier IX and X vehicles come with a new Adaptive Concealment mechanic.
The map has been visually revamped! More realistic lighting and materials will make your gaming experience even more immersive. The updated Middleburg map features more light and objects, while its gameplay didn't change. Well, only that it's now covered by more trees.



If your device isn't ready for the new Middleburg graphics, you can enable the medium quality option for objects and terrain in the settings. At the same time, the graphics of maps that haven't yet been updated to the new visual quality will remain the same.

This time, changes affected four branches of different nations: Japanese heavies, French tank destroyers, and German and American medium tanks. Playing these well-known vehicles will now bring you lots of new experiences and emotions. Rebalancing will emphasize the playstyle succession inside branches, fully unfolding it at the highest tier.
New Legendary camos will await owners of two predators: the snowy Irbis for the Leopard 1 and the flaming Colossus for the Löwe.




More than a dozen Legendary and Rare camos, including Moderno for the Controcarro 3 Minotauro, Ammoel for the T57 Heavy Tank, and Hugo for the Caliban, became available in the camo selection menu.

The Grandma's Gift, Starlight Night, and Evergreen camos will no longer be available for purchase.

• Added Ukrainian localization of the game.
  
• The following tanks, along with their Legendary camos, were updated to the new graphics quality: the Rhm.-Borsig Waffenträger, the FV4005 and Overkill, the IS-4 and Skilled.
  
• Rewards in daily containers and containers for completing missions were changed. Parts of the certificate for Premium Account will be replaced with a mission for receiving a mastery badge. Complete this mission to get certificates for x3–x5 XP as a reward.
  
• Various screens, descriptions, and notifications were improved.
  
• General bugs and client crashes were fixed.

Update 9.7 brings Ukrainian localization to World of Tanks Blitz. This means that you'll be able to select this language in Settings, as well as read news in Ukrainian in the game client and on the portal. The crew will also speak Ukrainian in battle!

You may still see texts in English among Ukrainian news and articles for a while. Translation is time-consuming — please wait a little, we'll soon update everything.

Dear players!

In September, CIS servers were turned off for World of Tanks Steam. All CIS realm players got an opportunity to transfer their accounts to the EU server and continue playing World of Tanks Blitz via Steam.

Since that time, the majority of our active playerbase have used the account transfer opportunity to stay with Wargaming and play on the EU server. However, there remains a large quantity of so-called “inactive accounts”: players who decided to take a break from the game for a while and thus haven’t made a decision about the transfer.

On February 1, 2023, the automatic transfer for such inactive accounts had begun. All inactive accounts previously registered on the CIS realm via Steam will be automatically transferred to the EU server, retaining the progress, vehicles, purchases, gold, statistics etc.

By completing Operation missions and increasing your Pass Level, you'll forge ahead and get rewards. A Premium Pass will bring you even more rewards for the same levels. And the License will allow you to simultaneously complete missions for several unlocked weeks at once and change the conditions of one mission every week.

Once the Operation ends, the Pass Level can no longer be increased by completing Operation missions. However, Premium Pass owners will be able to increase their Level using gold for one more day. During this time, Premium Pass will be available in the Store. Remember that purchasing it grants you additional rewards for all of the levels you've completed.

Whoa! What's that over there? It shines so brightly that you can hardly see the moon in the sky. Oh, that's a whole mountain of rewards that can be received during the Gifts of the Moon event! Collect Red Envelopes and use them to get camos, Gold boosters, a Garage slot, credits, and other useful resources.
From January 20 to January 29, play regular or rating battles or temporary modes in Tier IV–X vehicles and receive Red Envelopes for victories. You'll earn 5 Red Envelopes for your first victory of the day and 1 Red Envelope for each subsequent victory.
Use Red Envelopes to complete all event stages and claim rewards! As for the final stage, you can complete it up to 10 times and receive 5 Gold boosters each time.

There will be Gold boosters, credits, certificates for x3 XP, a Garage slot, certificates for vehicle research, the Unexpectable Rare camouflage, and the Moon Rabbit animated camouflage.

As a Chinese tradition goes, having a hare figurine in the house this year will bring you great luck. We tried this out, and it also applies to the game! Collect Golden Hares and earn tons of riches, including powerful vehicles. And winning battles will get you even more rewards!

With every victory in a Tier IV–X vehicle, you'll earn 2 Flags. Another 2 Flags will be added for a Mastery Badge of Class II or higher. Use Flags to complete stages of the first part of the event and get rewards! Including certificates for x3 XP, Container with an avatar, boosters, Container with a camo, a certificate for the Bunnysher attachment, “Collect them all!” Containers, as well as a themed avatar and a camo.

To enjoy even more prizes, get bundles with gold. Each of them holds Golden Hares. They'll bring you a ton of resources, the Legendary WZ-113 camo, a unique profile background and avatar, and Lanterns! Exchange them for the WZ-120 1G FT, AMX CDA 105, or a Mystery Certificate that's guaranteed to drop one of more than 100 Tier V–X Premium or Collector tanks.

In this Update, shot sounds have been improved so that they can be heard clearly, without being distorted or muffled, not only on high-end audio systems but also on ordinary smartphones, tablets, and small speakers.

• 100 mm D10T stock gun: Aiming time of the stock/top turret was decreased from 6.6/6.5 to 6.3/6 s.
  
• 122 mm D2-5T stock gun: Gun aiming time was reduced from 6.9 to 6.6 s.
  
• 122 mm D-25T top gun: Gun aiming time was reduced from 6.8 to 6.2 s. Gun reload time was decreased from 14.38 to 13.9 s.
  
• Vehicle traverse speed on the spot was decreased from 36.49/40.4 to 30.45/34.11 deg/s for the stock/top chassis, respectively.
  
• View range of stock/top turrets was decreased from 230/240 to 225/230 m.

New Legendary camos will await owners of several tanks. The first two on the list are the Förster for the Grille 15, which looks like it came straight out of the deepest of woods, and the Steppe for the IS, that's sure to appeal to lovers of historical camouflages.



The primeval Jötunn for the E 100, the striking Poison for the T92E1, the historical Taiga and Tundra for the SU-152, the mythical Garm for the E 75, and the audacious Basher for the AMX 50 100 were added to the camo selection menu.

• The following tanks, along with their Legendary camos, were updated to the new graphics quality: Caernarvon Action X (Resolute and Morpho camos), Leopard 1 (Wild camo), and STB-1 (Adamant camo).
  
• iOS: WoT Blitz is now supported only on devices with Apple A7 SoC and later: iPhone 5s, iPad Air, iPad mini 2, iPod touch 6, and newer. Update 9.6 and subsequent game versions will not be available on older devices with 32-bit processors. The game no longer supports iOS 9 and 10. To continue playing, please make sure your device is running iOS 11 or newer.
  
• macOS: The game no longer supports macOS 10.11 El Capitan and 10.12 Sierra. To continue playing, please upgrade your computer to macOS 10.13 High Sierra or newer.
  
• A new button that allows you to copy any nickname and user ID appeared in the player profile.
  
• Various screens, descriptions, and notifications were improved.
  
• General bugs and client crashes were fixed.
