In New Bay this year, we decided to get into the book of records for the longest string of lights ever created. Will you help? We’ll make it worth your while! Collect Lights to string together by winning battles and earn camos, collectible items, resources, and vehicles.



Once the string of lights is complete, you'll gain access to two major rewards. The first is the northern hunter Svear, beautiful and extreeemely dangerous! No wonder. This fighter has the biting "Swede" Leo among its ancestors. From it, the Svear inherited its best qualities: decent maneuverability and high single-shot damage.



The second reward is the Snow Globe. Shake it properly and grab one of 25 powerful Tier VII–X tanks. And if you're lucky, you'll even get the shiny, new Tier X Concept 1B! This powerful heavy with its solid turret is always happy to give the enemy a few unforgettable minutes in battle. Storm the battlefield and show the enemy what real damage looks like!

Ideal for a cold winter, warm camos like the cozy Grandma's Gift, dreamy Starlight Night, and scented Evergreen are making their return to the camo selection menu. Dress up and have fun!

The Molten Lava and Urban Jungle camos are no longer available for purchase.

The following camos will become available in the Camouflage menu: the rough Rotkopf for the VK 72.01 (K), the stormy Typhoon for the WZ-121, the bright Overkill for the FV4005, the wild Safari for the FV4202, the biting Piranha for the T95E6, and the splendid Corsica for the AMX 30 B.

Owners of the 60TP Lewandowskiego will soon receive an offer to buy the Krzemień camo. Brutality and belligerence will pave a path to legendary victories!



The price of training for Regimental School (up to 75%) or Tank Academy (up to 100%) used to be fixed and didn't depend on your level of mastery. Now it decreases as your crew mastery grows. The less left until 75%, the cheaper the training for credits. The less left until 100%, the cheaper the training for gold.

These discounts are combined with other temporary discounts for crew training.

It's time to make changes to the way the matchmaker selects vehicles for battles. Light and medium tanks used to have different values in the matchmaker. So there were rarely cases when teams were unequal. As the way to play medium and light tanks is more similar, the matchmaker will consider them to be the same type. This means it will strive to make the ratio of light and medium tanks, as well as other vehicles, the same for both teams.


Now it's easier to monitor your tank's key parameter! The indicator became bigger, its color changes from green to red, and the amount of HP lost is displayed with a visual effect. When penetrated, the indicator blinks.

• Updated graphics were introduced for the FV215b (183) and its Hammer camouflage, the Progetto 46 and its Reborn camouflage, and the T26.
  
• Now the Spear 'n Sear attachment shoots a stream of fire not only before battle, but also after destroying an enemy.
  
• The bug when the XP of an inactive player displayed in battle results was fixed. Now both allies and enemies will see "0" in the XP section of the team's battle results.
  
• Various screens, descriptions, and notifications were improved.
  
• General bugs and client crashes were fixed.

We're continuing to work on in-game sounds. The crews of Italian, Czechoslovakian, Polish, and Finnish vehicles will now speak their native languages. To enjoy the international diversity, enable the "National Crew Voice" option (Settings → Other).
In addition, following the Pz. IV Ankou SP, all other tanks from the Girls und Panzer anime series universe, such as the Tiger Kuromorimine SP, Hetzer Kame SP, IS-2 Pravda SP, and Firefly Saunders SP, will also receive original Japanese crew voiceovers.
Great gameplay must be rewarded. Starting from Update 8.5, Ace Tanker mastery badges, Top Gun achievements, and Kolobanov's Medals earned in regular and rating battles in Tier VI–X vehicles will bring you additional credits.
We keep refining the credit economy to make vehicle research and credit farming more balanced.
Extensive balance changes were made to Tier VI–VIII tanks.
Update 8.5 will introduce animated avatars! They'll add more fun to the game, and will be displayed in the Garage and battle results, as well as on the battle loading, reward, and event screens… Basically, everywhere, except for the team list in battle. Very soon, you'll be able to get the first of these avatars, Overkill, as part of bundles in the Store.

Owners of this medium tank will soon receive an offer to purchase the terrifying, yet captivating, Monster camo.



The Oxidized Metal, Hardy, and Digital Forest Rare camos, as well as the Carapace Legendary camo for the Turtle Mk.1 and the Graywolf Legendary camo for the Object 263, are now available in the Camouflage tab.

The Spooky Web, Pumpkin Mayhem, Pumpkin Spice, Scary Swarm, and Spidertrap camos will no longer be available for purchase.

• The Pz. II, T-54 ltwt, as well as the Chimera with its Phantom Legendary camo were updated to the new visual quality.
  
• The line of accumulative avatars for rating battles was extended. Now, each league has 9 levels.
  
• Slots can now be purchased in the Store instead of the Garage.
  
• The Hit Points parameter was added to the Brief Characteristics menu. The minimum and maximum values on the scale correspond to the lowest and highest HP in the game: the lowest value of 270 HP for the Type 95 Ha-Go and the highest value of 2,850 HP for the Maus.
  
• The bug where the consumable use time displayed above the tank was refreshed upon enabling/disabling another consumable, was fixed.
  
• Areas where vehicles became stuck were fixed, and some models of buildings and objects were adjusted for some maps.
  
• Various screens, descriptions, and notifications were improved.
  
• General bugs and client crashes were fixed.

To participate in the event, you'll need a Tier III vehicle or higher.

The Operation includes two reward progressions, each consisting of 80 levels. The upper progression is available to regular Pass owners. In other words, all players. The lower progression is only available to Premium Pass holders. Increase your Pass Level to get rewards. To do so, complete missions and earn Flames: 10 Flames = 1 level.

Although your Pass Level increases automatically, you will need to collect your rewards manually.

You can earn up to 30 Flames per day. Premium Pass owners enjoy access to an additional daily mission that provides an extra 10 Flames. With Premium Pass, you can earn 40 Flames a day and unlock 4 levels with rewards. Also, Premium Pass lets you instantly increase your Pass Level using gold.
