The month of April has come once again, accompanied by the familiar sounds of overused memes, ear-shattering screams, and incomprehensible inside jokes. This can only mean one thing: The “Meme Machines” are back to cause chaos, misfortune, and calamity amongst our various facilities. Their nonsense-spouting algorithms can only be shut down by one thing: violence. Grab your clown costumes, makeup, and guns, and don’t let them get the last laugh!
Operation Last Laugh is an April Fools Mann vs. Machine tour brought to you by Moonlight MvM featuring 7 new missions on 7 maps, each filled with the latest mind-boggling, grin-forcing, Humor Suppression Pump-melting content. Complete 6 missions to receive an in-game medal! Event servers are available worldwide in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
In addition to laughing your sides away, you can donate to the charity fundraiser for Food For The Hungry, an organization that elevates vulnerable communities from extreme poverty. Up to 4 in-game medals are awarded for donating $5, $15, $25, and $35 USD, respectively. Click here for more information on how to donate.
Interested in creating content for future MvM events? Well, you’re in luck! Moonlight MvM is accepting new map and mission submissions for their next event. Check out the submission rules or join the Moonlight MvM Discord for more information. All contributors will receive a special in-game content creator medal!
Have fun, but don’t dawdle, or else the meme machines will conquer the universe by April 17th!

Steam Workshop Creators, can we have your attention please. The following message is so urgent, so time-sensitive, we made the executive decision to skip TikTok and Twitter entirely and break the glass on the most bleeding-edge communication technology available.
Welcome to the future. Welcome… to a "blog-post".
"Wow!" you're probably thinking. "I forgot how hard reading is!" Yeah, it's scary how fast you lose that. Don't worry, we'll be brief:
The last few Team Fortress summer events have only been item updates. But this year, we're planning on shipping a full-on holiday-sized update — with items, maps, taunts, unusual effects, war paints, and other community-contributed fixes for the game! Which means we need Steam Workshop content! YOUR Steam Workshop content!
So get to work! (Or back to work, if you were already working but got distracted when the entire internet simultaneously found out about this state-of-the-art blog-post.) Make sure to get your submissions into the Steam Workshop by May 1st, so they can be considered for this as-yet-unnamed, un-themed, but still very exciting summer-situated (but not summer-themed) (unless you wanted to develop summer-themed stuff) update.
Get ready! It might be winter up north, but down south it's heating up with the TF2 Summer Brawl! Seven teams from across the land down under are heading to the sunshine state of Australia for a one-day brawl! Only one team can claim the summer cup! Who will it be?
Tickets might be sold out, but you can still watch all the action on CappingTV's Twitch channel! The event will start Saturday at 12pm AEST / 3am CET / 9pm ET (Friday). You can also head over to the event website to keep up-to-date with all the happenings!
Collegiate TF2 (CTF2) is announcing their upcoming Spring 2023 6v6 League where college students form teams with players from their same collegiate student body to compete against other schools!
CTF2 offers players of any skill level the chance to team up with their peers and compete, with no competitive experience required. From seasoned competitive players to newcomers, all are welcome to compete for their school.
The registration for the Spring Season will be open from January 2nd to February 7th. The season will have teams playing one match per week from February 8th to March 29th, with playoffs in April (TBD based off of the number of teams).
If you're not interested in competing, CTF2 will have other opportunities to be involved through casting matches, production, and general league organization.
Check out their Discord server if you're interested and would like more information!
