Older seasonal Epic Sets consist of five identical armor items, so they look the same for all classes. To provide you with more customization options, older seasonal Epic Sets are to receive class-dependent designs (Easter, Birthday, Halloween, Christmas).

In the Twitch stream on December 20th, 2024, Thorsten (Head of Studio) mentioned that the last year did not go as expected. Some of the features which have been released did not meet the community's expectations. In reaction to that, internal processes have been reviewed and reorganized with the goal to release content by including the community more closely, striving for higher quality and acceptance.

Around the same time, an open letter published on Discord by Vaaz drew our attention where the community voiced their frustration with the game’s quality and direction. We would like to thank you for your open words, and we are grateful for such a dedicated community. We are confident that we will find answers for your demands with our new processes.

Change takes time but you can expect even more surveys regarding new and existing game features. The outcome of surveys will be communicated more transparently. We will intensify our cooperation with content creators and peer groups of experienced and dedicated community members to constantly gather feedback during the whole production phase and beyond. Of course, this will include open and/or closed beta tests as well.

While the issues raised in the open letter have been addressed during the Twitch stream, we want to highlight that several concerns mentioned in the letter, along with additional community requests, have already been resolved with the release of update 24.000 today. Moreover, this year's event cycle has been designed based on community feedback to ensure it is more diverse and beneficial during the scheduled events. For instance, the witches’ dance event was introduced this weekend in response to the Sandstorm extension release.

During the last Hellevator, we disabled leaving a guild and kicking members on a trial basis. After your valuable feedback we have decided to withdraw these adjustments.

Instead, with the upcoming Hellevator, Hell Tokens earned from the Hell Attack will be saved in the guild. All other Hell Tokens will remain bound to the respective members as usual and will be taken with them when they leave the guild.

Since the introduction of the Paladin class, we have received feedback expressing concerns that the Warrior class has become obsolete. Many players feel that the Paladin is stronger, leaving the Warrior as one of the weakest classes in the game.

We are currently exploring ways to enhance the Warrior class to make it more competitive; however, we are encountering several challenges. One significant issue is that the existing classes in dungeons are not straightforward to adjust. Any changes made would impact every dungeon where these classes are encountered.

To effectively improve the Warrior class, we first need to separate the PvE and PvP systems within the game. This separation would allow us to better feature other classes in dungeons, ultimately enriching the gameplay experience for all players.

The compensation strategy is designed to promote competition and innovation on future fused game worlds. It is grounded on the analysis of competitive characters, with compensation levels at approximately two-thirds of the potential experience (XP) players could earn in a specific period.

For gold, the compensation is set at about one-third of the total gold attainable by players, aligning with what a free-to-play (f2p) gamer could accumulate. While multiple formulas could be used to calculate gold from various activities like city guard, gold pit, and expeditions, a single formula based on expeditions has been chosen for its simplicity and lower risk of errors, ensuring the compensated gold amount remains consistent.

While some may be anticipating a new server launch in January, we want to inform you that we have decided not to release a new server this month. The next server launch is expected to occur in February.
