Head to Yulgar's Inn and ask Yulgar himself about blacksmithing. He is willing to return to the forge if you track down and defeat the elemental berserkers Ymirion and Surtion. Yulgar needs pieces of their weapons to forge you an Epic weapon!



Hand over the pieces of the berserkers' weapons to Yulgar and he will forge you a new weapon.
Don't forget to add the weapon handle. Do you prefer Fire, Ice, or both?

AQ3D is celebrating the return of the Carnaval Parade to Rio after having been canceled in 2021. Thank you to @forestbansh for informing us on Twitter of its triumphant return. Three new Carnaval items are available to purchase for Carnaval Feathers dropped from the Carnaval Sneevils in the Social District.

Note: Colorful Feathers have been re-economized. Item purchases with Colorful Feathers now require only 10% of previous cost. These drops have been reduced by 90% as well. Max stack is now 200 vs 10,000. Colorful Feathers are now purchasable in the Carnaval Shop with DCs. Player inventory of Feathers will be capped at 200 upon release if there were previously over 200.

While you heroically help Heartwood’s forest flourish in-game, it is also a great opportunity to think about how to use your powers to help the real world too. You can make a difference by picking up trash around your neighborhood, raking your yard, making a pinecone bird feeder, planting a garden… and if you’re feeling devious, find some dandelions and blow their seeds. People think of dandelions as weeds, but they are a great source of food for insects and humans, and help restore depleted minerals to the soil.

J6 shared with us an Earth Day tradition from his home, called Earth Hour. “Everyone in the neighborhood shuts down for an hour. No lights, no TV, no phone… and it's amazingly peaceful. You take the time to talk more with your family, discover new card games, find fun things to eat that don't require an oven, and most of the time we go way beyond the hour and just forget to turn everything back on. It'll melt your worries away and might make you realize how much noise electricity makes in your life.”

We're the dominant species on the planet, but we're just one species out of millions who need it to survive. We have the time, the skill, and the knowledge to make it habitable, so start with your own backyard and watch the positivity spread outwards from there.
 
A much requested item, the Red Reaper’s Skull Belt is now available in Death’s Stash, for those who like to explore. If you don’t know where Death’s Stash is, maybe try going back to where it all started…
 


This week, April Fowls and Heroes Heart Day have left Battleon! Now that the fowl invaders have been successfully repelled, Maurice can finally take his vacation until the next Heroes Heart Day.
Next week, the Lunar New Year shop will be closed for business, so get your gear to celebrate the Year of the Tiger while you can!
 
We are excited about how well the upcoming Nulgath saga is coming together. The map, the monsters, the dungeon experience. We just need a little more time to make sure it is ready for release. Exit the gates of Battleon and find Hooper in the Crossroads to begin learning what he’s uncovered about the Grenwog. Hooper has been investigating this for years and needs your help uncovering clues to find the Grenwog's nest. And maybe grab some delicious snacks... I mean bait... in the hunt for the Grenwog.

Hop down deep into what may be the Grenwog’s Lair, and fight monsters of all flavors: Rock Candy, Taffy, Hard Candy, and... Angry Carrots? While you’re in the cavern, gather Pixie Dust to harvest and place carrots to lure the Grenwog to you, just like a professional Grenwog Hunter would do!

Old Battleon sprouted... Mysterious Time Carrots?! We have no idea what's up with that, but maybe you can investigate! Whatever the case may be, keep an eye out for the dreaded Bunny Berserker…



Once you've picked up some Chocolate Grenwog Eggs from Time Carrots, the Bunny Berserker, and even the Grenwog itself, take them to Hooper and trade them for some delicious new armors and weapons!
*Note: Grenwog has the only guaranteed Chocolate Egg drops every time.

The invasion of Chickencow creatures from outer space has been fought back by the Heroes of Battleon, alongside the brave members of the Guardians. Heroes and Guardians should continue to mop up the last of the invading forces residing in Battleon Social District. We spoke to renowned Paladin, Pun-adin and slayer of undead things, Artix, for an update on the situation:

Artix - "We've successfully bawk-sed the fowl invaders into the Social District of Battleon, after a high steaks gambit by our Heroes and Guardians. We've yet to discover if this egg-vasion was led by some kind of cow-mmander or Dairy Queen, but we fully eggs-pect the udder madness of it all to end some time next week. Don’t worry, the time will fly right by"!
Thank you so much for that commentary, Artix! We can’t wait to moo-ve on from this terrifying eggs-perience.

In other news, local romantic Maurice, who went missing last week, has now been found! He is reportedly okay, and just had an ailment to recover from. Maurice has informed this crew that he’ll be back in town for one week, before taking his regular year long vacation next week. You can find Maurice sipping on Moglinberry Juice in Yulgar’s Inn.

The big egg-splosion unleashed... a high-steaks Chickencow Egg-vasion! (MooTube videos from Unrelia-bull sources show it to be a Special Event happening right now in AdventureQuest 3D and across 4 other Artix Entertainment video games.)


Cow Tip: Our attackers are a complete source of breakfast when served with milk.

Our first world boss! A titan ChickenCow hatched from the Meateor. Every player in the entire world is attacking the SAME world boss. It is a single boss monster with a health bar that spans every server and every instance. There is a chance for you to get loot every time you hit it! Happy April Fowl's Day Hero!

The Legion Vs Paladin fight has now escalated to a full blown PvEvP battle!


This is "player versus environment versus player." This new game mode will send your team in against other players and their powerful defenses. Face your foes, complete your objectives, and earn glory in battle. For the next 2 weeks, the Siege of Souls will be completely taking over PvP, as the battle rages fiercely, but our experts believe that it should slip into the regular rotation of PvP after those 2 weeks are done. With a very heavy PvEvP style, it’s a little different than what you might be used to!

Join the Queue in from your PvP menu or the Battle Hall! It’s really that easy!
No more need for assault supplies. This map is fully PvEvP. Your team will be randomly assigned to a side, Legion or Paladin. Assault the enemy base and take down their General.

Very powerful Turrets have been added to assist in protecting your base and must be defeated before the General can be killed. A powerful Big Bones, and an army of skeletons (legion) or Palatron, and an army of wolves (paladin) will also spawn to assist you in attacking the enemy base.
Destroy the enemy General for a decisive victory, otherwise, the game ends after 10 minutes. The team with the most points at the end wins. Gain points for each enemy player, mob, or turret destroyed. Even if you don’t land the kill shot on the turret, you’ll still get points! Earn stacks of Fervor for kill shots on enemies!
Fervor is a 4% health and damage buff that stacks with each kill shot, OR you can walk over a Crystal that spawns on the map for 3 stacks of Fervor. There are 3 crystal spawns in the map.
If you die with more than 10 stacks of Fervor, you lose 2 stacks. You cannot drop below a minimum of 10 stacks from death in game. Wow, we said “Fervor” a lot just now! Fervor, fervor fervor. It’s lost all meaning now xD


Yes! You may notice a new mini objective map in Siege of Souls. It’s a new UI for this game mode that displays the current state of the defenses. Each node represents a turret, and the skulls represent the boss.
If they are outlined in yellow, they are invulnerable and you need to kill a closer defense to take down the invulnerability. If the node is gray it has been destroyed. Pretty neat, huh?





The Legion Assault and Golder Order Assault rewards have been moved to the Battle Hall. The quests have been removed permanently. Since these were repeatable quests, there were no badges or titles associated with completing them. Don’t worry, nothing has gone rare! Paladin Rhys and Deadeye have both returned to their factions, extremely proud of the work they’ve done. See High Marshal Firebrand for the new shop: Siege of Souls Rewards.

Greetings Heroes! Can you help the head of The Ravagers, an elite group within the undead Legion, find his missing soldiers? Pivot around Lore and track down the missing Ravagers for a revolutionary reward!



Go down for a visit to the Underworld and find Farfa, the leader of the legendary Legion Ravagers! Farfa’s elite soldiers have gone missing in action. Help track them down and prove your worth to Farfa in exchange for his knowledge of a legendary ancient weapon… the Fidg'it Spi'nar!
You can find Farfa near the Warfiend in the Underworld. To get there, follow the path and take a right, then another right. Keep in mind that the Underworld is ideal for players above level 12!



The legendary Fidg’it Spi’nar is used by specialists within the Ravagers of the Legion. An ancient buckler forged to look like a skull. With fast-spinning scythe-like blades adorned in skeletons, this weapon will claim the souls of anyone caught in the destructive path.

Also, it's fun to spin when you're bored.

Equip the Legion Ravager armor from the 2022 Dage Collection, along with the Fidg’it Spi’nar, and become a true Ravager!

Fidg'it Spi'nar crafting unlocks once you complete the Prove Your Worth questline. Collect Underworld Metal Shards from Daily Bosses, and Fractured Souls of the Forgotten in Pointe Less to craft your very own Fidg'it Spi'nar!



We’re continuing our seasonal cleanup effort, sending NPC’s home after they’ve long overstayed their welcome in Battleon! To that effect, Gunpowder Mary has been convinced to return the TLAPD collections to the depths of the sea until it’s time to uncover those treasures once again, the Midnight General has gone back to the darkest darkness, and the Cyberknight has reuploaded his consciousness to, well we don’t know exactly where he went, but he said he’d return some day when we need him the most.

To show our appreciation for all the amazing content creators, we’re highlighting a new video every week! This week, we’d like to show our appreciation for Camarguets! He makes great videos about AdventureQuest Worlds for Portuguese speakers, and we hope he’ll try his hand at AdventureQuest3D too! We are currently working on the 1st map for this new story.

On Friday, Memet and I wrote a storyline for Yulgar's Inn. We can build this alongside our other releases without needing too many new assets. How do you guys feel about adding some romance-able NPCs?

Way back in.... um... a long time ago, we 3D printed a small number of prototype AdventureQuest 3D fidget spinners. They came with a very unique fidget spinner weapon. It is animated. However, only 20 of those were ever made. Many players have been requesting we re-add this item to the game. At one point I had said that we would add a re-textured version of it to the live event shop. But how about we release a quest-line that allows all players to get one? This week we are going to do just that. Since it is March, makes sense that it should be a Legion themed Fidget Spinner weapon. Clarion wrote the quests to unlock the ability to craft it. It is scheduled to go live this week!
