Skyforge is now in the final stages of development, and is coming to Nintendo Switch on February 4, 2021! When the game launches, you can look forward to a whole host of rewards (including the Cyber Warrior Costume), Founder’s Packs containing the Switch-exclusive Callsign NX Wings, plus a new Invasion kicking off shortly after release.


The next-generation of home consoles is here, and you can experience Skyforge on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S thanks to full backwards compatibility and cross-generational play! Average loading times are significantly reduced, with Skyforge loading up to 150% faster on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 compared to Xbox One S and PlayStation 4 (speeds may vary). From the inky depths of Aelion, the Oceanid threat bubbles up once again! From December 2 on PC or December 4 on PlayStation and Xbox, dip your toes into the Oceanid Invasion by completing new challenges and battling the horrors of the deep.

Immortals who brave the deep end will earn a set of Invasion-exclusive rewards for their troubles! 20 levels of rewards are up for grabs, including a shimmering new Divine Form, an Icy Abyss Khelp Mount, and the electric blue Blazing Visage Costume. You’ll also receive an animated, water-themed Portrait Center as an instant reward when you buy the Invasion Pass in-game!

 


 
Defend Aelion. Level up. Unlock epic loot. Through the Seasonal Challenge progression system, you can complete special challenges to earn points throughout the Invasion. As you earn points, you can unlock up to 20 levels of special rewards, including exclusive items available for a limited time only!

Seasonal Challenges are divided into Easy, Normal, and Hard categories, and more will be unlocked as the Invasion progresses (in the first, third, and fifth weeks). You can earn more points when you complete certain challenges within the first few days of each stage, so check back often to blaze through the Seasonal Challenges and Invasion Pass even faster!

The Avatar of the Oceanid Invasion is Tol-Monter, an eldritch leviathan who commands the Oceanids from Aelion’s deepest trenches. Defeat this fishy foe when it arrives during the Invasion’s third week to claim its Avatar Trophy! You can collect more Trophies to unlock Divine Aspects, and complete challenges as they appear to earn more points and Invasion rewards. The Invasion Atlas and Nightmare Challenges will also serve as a challenge to more seasoned Immortals – progress to earn Oceanid Eidos and unlock special bonuses!


 
With up to 20 levels of rewards to earn during the Oceanid Invasion, you’ll be drowning in new gear! 10 levels of rewards can be unlocked for free, with a further 10 levels of premium rewards being available upon purchase of the Invasion Pass. Here’s a few highlights to strive for:

• Aegis of the Ocean Wings (Level 8): Fly high where the Oceanids can’t reach you with these brilliant Wings!
• Divine Form: Anthelion (Level 14): Harness the ethereal magic of this beautiful, shimmering form!
• Blazing Visage Costume (Level 16): Pulsing electric blue, this gear is clearly full of magic and potential.
• Icy Abyss Khelp Mount (Level 16): Absolute unit.

The latest update for Skyforge is landing alongside the Oceanid Invasion on December 2 on PC (and December 3 on consoles), and we’re looking forward to offering an improved experience for new players!

Firstly, everyone who starts out with a new character in Skyforge after the update can play through an enhanced, streamlined tutorial that runs through Junior Godhood and beyond.

Alongside new stories unfolding in Aelion, beginners will also be able to share their experiences with a friend! For the first time, starting provinces are playable in groups of up to two or three players, so you can start and develop on your Immortal journeys together.

We’ve also made improvements to the path between Junior Godhood and different aspects of divinity. You will now experience a smoother journey, and players should no longer undergo a significant decrease in power upon completing the tutorial. Additionally, the path to further improvements is also clearer.

Finally, long-expected changes to our progression system, including the previously-added Trophy Boosters and improvements to Might and Structures, will be in place to help players catch up on the current season and get right into the endgame!

You’ve been doing a stellar job in keeping the Demon Invasion at bay over the past few weeks, but we need you to hold your ground a little longer. The Demon Invasion will be extended until December 2 on PC and December 3 on PlayStation and Xbox.

The next Skyforge update will launch soon after the end of the Demon Invasion. As this update is set to introduce new features and content, including changes to Might and progression, a little more development time is needed to ensure we get everything right. Thank you for your patience as we continue working on this!

Another game of King’s Ransom is starting on Aelion! As soon as we announced it, a mysterious man appeared in the park. The character is interested in unusual coins and offers various goods in exchange for them. You can get these coins by participating in King’s Ransom. What an amazing coincidence!

The rules are simple: just open the card and take the treasures hidden in it! Participate, earn rewards, and compete for the Triumph grand prize!
