In Carcassonne: Amazonas, players sail their boats to the Amazon to discover abundant wildlife. Players score points not only for discovering animals, but also for visiting native villages and water courses while their boat moves forward on the Amazon.

The Amazon is full of caimans and piranhas which often (and somewhat unpredictably) bring points to those who are farthest down the river (you move your boats forward when you encounter boat symbols on your water courses and also when you do not place any meeple on water courses or villages, nor huts in jungles).

The game ends - as usual - when all tiles have been used up, and the two boats farthest down the river score some bonus points (depending on the number of players).

Carcassonne: Amazonas is the third title in the "Carcassonne Around the World" series.

In Tinners' Trail, set in 19th century Cornwall, you represent a mining conglomerate at the height of the tin and copper mining industry. You must buy plots of land across Cornwall in auctions and survey them for tin and copper, always managing your "work points" and money effectively.

Once you have a mine in place, it's time to extract the ore and (ideally) make a profit, but the deeper your mine goes, the more expensive the process gets. To reduce the cost of mining, you can place developments, such as ports, train stations, and adits (drainage tunnels), but there's only so many improvements to go around. Once you have made your money — trying to time the market to sell when prices are high — you can invest it in industries outside of Cornwall, which gains you victory points. The earlier you invest, the better the return. Can you outplay the competition and make the most money, or will you be left without two shillings to rub together?

This edition of Tinners' Trail differs from the original 2008 version in several ways. The player count, for example, is now 1-5 instead of 3-4, and the resources on the board are now set up via tiles instead of die rolls to maintain variability while reducing the randomness. Dual-use cards are now an important part of the game, giving you information before an auction or an extra boost after an auction.

Inspire thrill, awe, and joy in your guests to earn their tickets, for whoever attracts the most visitors at the end of the race will be awarded Fairview’s Golden Key!

A game of Tenpenny Parks is played over five rounds, called months. Each month, players take turns placing workers on the game board to take actions like removing trees, building concessions and attractions, and buying more property to make their growing theme parks as attractive to Visiting People (VP tokens) as possible.

At the end of each month, rewards are given to the player with the park that best exemplifies raw emotions (Thrill, Awe, and Joy). After five months, the player with the most VP tokens wins!

In the trick-taking card game The Crew: Mission Deep Sea, you and the other players work together to search for the lost continent of Mu. This new adventure takes your crew deep down into the abyss on a search for the fabled sunken land. How far you get depends entirely on how well you work together as a team. Card by card, trick by trick, your search party will discover the challenges that lie ahead and forge a path to Mu.

This new version of The Crew has the same innovative co-operative trick-taking mechanism as the highly lauded original game — but with some exciting new surprises!

While communication between your crew members is severely limited by your submerged state, it is also critical to your success; finding the hidden land in the murky depths depends not only on winning tricks, but also on carefully negotiating the order in which they are won. If things don't go as planned, you might just be able to salvage the operation, but it will take near flawless execution and perhaps a little luck to finally reach Mu.

In Pier 18, you take on the role of a Victorian pier builder as you compete to create the country’s greatest seaside pier. Using only 18 cards, you’ll draft and position sections of pier, building your unique structure outwards to sea in an effort to score the most victory points.

During a player's turn they will draft one of the cards from the centre of the table and add this to their pier. This will make their pier larger but depending on how they place it can score them more or less points. The game ends when there are no cards left to draft and players tally up their in game (scoring the highest of that patron that round) and end game points (a total of all icons scored) to determine who is the winner.

Victory points are earned by meeting the needs of pier visitors and workers, as well as satisfying the demands of powerful patrons, who’ll lend their support to one pier at the end of every round. You also choose a personal goal that you’ll attempt to fulfill throughout the course of the game.

After a number of rounds the player with the most victory points wins the game, and is crowned greatest pier builder of their generation!

Producing chocolate involves many different stakeholders. As one of them, you have to cooperate with the others to make the value chain profitable. Try to get the largest share of the profit for yourself, but do not be too greedy: If the farmer doesn't grow cocoa, the retailer doesn't have any chocolate to sell.

From Beans To Bars is an educational game exploring the cocoa value chain.

Four market participants play as single links of a chocolate value chain. In turns, they buy and sell a cocoa crop, which may rise or fall in value on its way to the Consumers:
  • The Farmer plants cacao, harvests the beans, ferments and dries them.
  • The Merchant buys the cocoa batch from the farmer and transports it.
  • The Processor buys the cocoa batch and makes chocolate from it.
  • The Retailer buys the chocolate and sells it to the Consumers, who pay a preset price for it.

Everyone tries to earn as much money as possible within 30 minutes. Although the four players of each value chain are in competition, they have to cooperate. If the chain doesn't generate enough money, they will all lose money in the long run.

Each team of four (value chain) tries to earn more money than the other teams. Each single player tries to earn more money than the other three members of the team.

The nuclear apocalypse has struck, leaving the world's culinary supply in shambles. Choose a Survivor to battle it out for new nuclear delicacies while wielding hilarious makeshift weapons fueled with ridiculous visual puns to combat your opponents.

Hostile Hoarders is a game of war and self preservation for 2-5 players. Each survivor plays 4 weapon cards face down in front of them. Choose from one of your attacking weapon cards and pair it with an opponent's defending weapon card. Compare your attacking power to their defending power. The winner of the battle has prevailed and collects their reward. If the attacking player has conquered, they receive a meal that day, collecting one ration card. If the defender has bested the battle, they flip their defending weapon back face down and steal thee attacker’s weapon for their own, adding it to their hand.

Various instants can be added to aid in the skirmish. When you have depleted all of your fellow survivor’s defense, go in for the kill. Attack a player with no facedown cards in front of them, and collect their survivor card as a reward. No food, only glory. When all other survivors are eliminated or a player has collected 10 ration points, you are the glutton of the apocalypse.

The diversity of living organisms inhabiting our planet is astonishing. According to the theory of evolution, random mutations occur all the time, granting new traits to animals and plants. These traits are then tested through natural selection. Animals with traits that prove to be beneficial dominate the ecosystem, while poorly adapted animals become extinct.

In Evolution: New World players create animals and give them traits that might help them survive in an ever-changing environment. At the end of the game, victory points are awarded for surviving animals and the traits they possess.

Evolution: New World is an updated and extended version of the classic 2010 Evolution: The Origin of Species game. It includes both well-known animal traits and new ones, complete with refined descriptions and colorful illustrations. Food is now generated using Area cards, and animals can use shelter to hide from predators.
